Wings of Fire in MHA

Waking up Carter made a quick breakfast before heading out, as he ran he heard Ochako a few meters behind him panting as she struggled to catch up, he felt no pity though and kept going at his pace and eventually made it to school and sat down not even sweating while Ochako looked like she was about to collapse. As more students piled in Carter said hello to Kirishima as Kaminari as they sat down and watched as Katsumi and Ida had their shouting match once again about her having her feet on the desk, thankfully Aizawa showed up before they could really get mad. "All right settle down. Today we're going to elect the class president." he said as he unzipped that snug looking sleeping bag that Carter was determined to find.

Chaos reigned as everyone was loudly shouting that they were the ideal candidate as Ida's voice rose above the rest "We are a democracy, we should vote for this as a class!" "Why would we vote when we barely even know each other?" Kaminari asked confused "Because it would show that whomever gets elected was good enough to already gain the trust of their peers." Ida explained as everyone agreed "I don't care how you do it, just figure it out before class ends." Aizawa said before zipping up his sleeping bag and passing out in a corner. Mood.

As Ida explained Carter zoned out as he didn't really care who was the class president. Soon all the votes had been tallied, and surprisingly Momo and Izuku got both president and vice-president respectively, and that was that. As the period ended Aizawa finally woke up and faced them "Alright, put on your gym uniforms then follow me, we're gonna take a trip." he said as everyone excitedly changed and Momo got everyone lined up to get on the bus.

As he sat down next to Momo with Izuku on his other side, Carter was about to put his headphones on before Tsuyu asked an interesting question that caught his attention, "So Izuku what's g your quirk? It seems to be a lot like All Might's." she said as Izuku gave a stuttering reply and even Katsumi glanced over "N-no my quirk is nothing like All Might's, it's just strength enhancement." he said as Carter noticed his heartbeat speed up like a bullet train, the boy was nervous but why? "Plus All Might doesn't get hurt when he uses his quirk." Kirishima said as he joined with others adding their own ideas.

Suddenly all of them turned to Carter "What's your quirk?" they asked in unison as Carter rolled his eyes 'great, here goes having a peaceful day'. "Well as you can see I have these big wings and a tail, my quirk is called dragon duh, but it gives me enhanced senses,physical abilities and mental capacity since I have extra limbs and can react much faster than a human." he said as Tsuyu nodded happy with his answer as everyone started talking about their quirks and turning to Momo he asked "So how does your quirk work, I know you can make things but what are the requirements?" "Well, using lipids my body is able to make anything as long as I know the atomic composition of what I want to make." she said as he raised an eyebrow 'that could be useful' he thought trying to remember the different strong metals from his old life that would be useful, things like mithril would be useful since he could make an actual weapon since he would rather not forge one himself as he could make one, but would rather have decent materials since we wasn't the best.

After a 30 minute drive they arrived at a large dome structure, as they got out of the bus they found Aizawa and another figure in what looked like a space suit waiting for them 'I don't like that' he thought as the feeling of the void poured of from the space suit figure, "OMG it's THRISTEEN!!" Ochako squealed seeing her favorite hero in person "Hello class come on in, All Might will be joining us later." Thirteen said waving them over as the void feeling Carter got from them now had a tinge of humanity to it now that he could hear the female voice.

"Welcome to the Unforeseen Simulation Joint or USJ for short, here we will be training you on rescue operations in natural disaster zones." Thirteen said as they entered the dome and they saw several large areas, one was flooded, another had fires while several other varied. "As you know heroes have to rescue people, but when using your quirk you have to be careful, even when helping someone. Take me for example, I can make a black hole and clean up a bunch of ruble and other debris really easily, but if i'm not careful I might accidentally hurt someone and potentially kill them!" Thirteen said explaining to the student what they would be doing any why it was so important.

As Carter listened, he noticed a black dot hovering in the air behind the fountain at the bottom of the stairs they were on, shifting his attention to it he watched as it grew bigger and was alarmed when several rough individuals came out along with a massive black figure covered with muscles with a beak led by a shorter figure. "Thirteen get the students out, now!" Aizawa said as he had noticed the newcomers as well "Oh are we gonna fight fake villains too?" someone asked "No those are real villains, Thirteen get them out, i'll hold them back." Aizawa said as he put a pair of goggles over his eyes and leap into combat, 'interesting' Carter thought as he saw Aizawa erase several quirks and trash the villains closest to him.

"This way, hurry." Thirteen said leading them back as another large portal swirled into being right in front of the exit. "I'm afraid I can't let you leave." said a man as he stepped out of the portal, he was dressed like a bartender but his head was replaced by a black fog with a pair of yellow eyes "We are the League of Villains, and we are here to kill All Might." he said shocking them with his statement. "Like hell that gonna happen!" Katsumi yells as she and Kirishima lunge for the villain as Thirteen yells "No don't!" but its too late as the portal swallows the pair up before going for the rest of the class as well.

As it tries to get him Carter takes a breath and blasts the portal with fire forcing it back as Thirteen tries to use her quirk on the villain but he uses the portal and it hits her instead. Seeing the hero down Carter flies forwards blasting fire forcing the villain away as Ida runs out of the building going back to the school to get help while Shoji goes over and checks on Thirteen. "Are you the exchange student? We know very little about you." the villain says as he creates distance but Carter easily catches up and slashes at him with his claws trying to incapacitate him but stops knowing that he needs to protect the ones left.

As he reaches them, he sees that they have managed to stabilize Thirteen but she needs medical help immediately, looking around Carter sees that the portal villain is back with the large beaked creature and Aizawa has fought his way to them, off in the distance he sees Katsumi's telltale explosions kicking up dust and Shoto's ice freezing a large area as well and decides to go and help Aizawa. Taking to the air he dives down and swats away a villains that was sneaking up behind Aizawa with a knife. "I told you to leave." he says breathless as Carter keeps his eyes on the large bird thing. . . 'it feels weird' he thought as he felt more than one energy in it. "Thirteens injured, portal scattered the others while Ida ran back for help." he said as Aizawa cursed.

Carter suddenly pushed Aizawa out of the way as a portal appears behind him and a cracked hand tried to touch him, "Tch almost got him." they grey haired figure cursed as Carter flexed his claws and Aizawa got back into his fighting stance "I'm tired of this, your no fun to play with Eraserhead, Nomu kill the student then kill Eraser." the villain said to the large bird. 'Fast' Carter thought as he dodged under the powerful punch that scattered fallen villains with air pressure alone as he struck out with his claws leaving a large gash on the 'nomu's side, but to his surprise it healed in two seconds. "Hah good luck noob, Nomu here was made to kill All Might, you don't stand a chance!" the man jeered as he dodged another blow and flicking his wings created distance. 'Super strength and regeneration, advanced most likely' he thought as the beast ran at him again and he dove down at it, as it swung its massive fist the size of his head he slid in between its legs and slashed its achilles tendons before punching it squarely in the back with a decent effort. But same as the first time it healed almost as fast as he cut it and punching it he felt the force disperse into it's body harmlessly as it turned to swung again. 

'That makes three quirks, no wonder this thing feels wrong' he thought as he put more effort in and managed to punch it in the chest and actually pushed it back a few meters "What, how did you do that cheater!" the villain yelled as he charge at Carter but Aizawa got in his way "Gotta deal with me first." he said as they started fighting. Seeing the nomu was still undamaged Carter decided to go all out and flapping his wings, appeared in front of the nomu dodging a swing and landed punch after punch into the things chest as it started to dodge and strike him back, 'Damn that hits like a truck' he though as he was thrown almost three meters from the first punch the nomu had landed on his face as he knew he'd wake up with a bruise tomorrow.

"What how! Nomu was made to take down All Might, how can you get hit and not die! Kurogiri he's cheating!" "There's nothing I can do about that, Tomura." Kurogiri said as Carter rolled to the side as nomu destroyed the ground where he was a few seconds before. "Nomu help me!" Tomura yelled as Aizawa wrapped him up in tape and Carter chased down the nomu as it barreled towards Aizawa. Right as nomu pulls it fist back to hit the back of Aizawa's head, Carter kicks it hard in the side sending it flying as Tomura gabs the capture device with he hands and disintegrates them to dust as Aizawa jumps away.

As nomu gets up Carter notices the yacht in the floored zone crack in two and start to sink as Izuku,Tsuyu and Mineto swim towards the shore. 'Better wrap this up' he thinks as he starts to fight nomu again starting to ramp up his strength as he usually can only go all out when sparing with Cathleen and the nomu was good practice.

While this is going on Katsumi,Shoto,Kirishima and Tokoyami reach the square and see Carter fighting the Nomu as well as Aizawa start to struggle as fatigue starts to catch up with him. "Should we help them?" Kirishima asks as Carter grabs nomu by the leg and slams it into the ground only for it to get back up punch him in the face tossing away trees and bushes while Carter doesn't move an inch. Suddenly Aizawa yells as Tomura manages to grab his elbow and starts disintegrating his flesh, taking that for an answer they rush in to assist as Carter is still tried up with Nomu. Katsumi blasts Kurogiri as he tries to form a portal and take them away as Shoto and Kirishima rush Tomura, feeling pressured he yells "Nomu, kill these brats!" and it punches Carter away before rushing over to help its master.

To Tomuras surprise Shoto manages to freeze the nomu's let side and Kirishima shatters it but right in front of them it regenerates its arm and leg back by the time that Carter catches back up to it. Noticing Izuku,Tsuyu and Mineta, Tomura has Kurogiri open a portal to them and is about to grab Tsuyu by the face 'This should break that cheating brats spirit' he thinks before Nomu suddenly appears in front of him BAM, as Izuku slams his fist right where Tomura's head would have been.

Jumping back in alarm Tomura yells for the nomu to kill Izuku but before he can, "Not if I can help it!" a loud voice booms as the square shakes as a figure lands in the center, "ALL MIGHT!!" Tomura yells seeing his "NOMU KILL HIM!!" he yells as he starts to scratch his neck in irritation at seeing the Symbol of Peace. Turning around he sees that Izuku and the others have already gotten behind All Might who is now trading punch after punch with the nomu as the students drag Aizawa away from the shockwaves.

'Cathleen said he was strong but it's a entirely different thing to see it up close.' Carter thought as he carried Aizawa up the stairs up to Thirteen and found that the rest of the class was there as well with Momo treating people with first-aid supplies she made. Setting Aizawa down he felt the battle down below start to ramp up and flew down to see if he could help, but it sees his help wasn't needed as All Might was going out and with a final shout he blew the nomu into the sky and it smashed through the ceiling of the USJ and kept on going, showing just how strong the Symbol of Peace was.

Noting that All Might seemed to be weakening rapidly Carter dove down to keep the villains away from him but he didn't have to as they ran away with Toura screaming about how All Might was 'Cheating' and a 'bug' as the portal closed and Ida finally arrived with the U.A staff who were all heroes. As he landed next to All Might, he watched in shock as his proud tall muscular form started to wither and shrink, before turning into someone he knew, All Might was Toshinori! 'So that's why they felt so familiar, but how does Izuku fit into all this?' he thought as All Might finally noticed him. "Ah, greetings young Carter, sorry you have to see me like this." Toshinori said scratching his cheek as Carter shook his head "No its fine, I'm just glad you got here before anyone was seriously hurt." he said as All Might nodded "I should have been here sooner, but thank you for keeping them safe." he said as Midnight and Cementoss arrived next to them with Cementoss making a wall to shield Toshinori from the rest of the class. "I'm sure you know that you can't tell this to anyone." Midnight said said and Carter nodded, he knew all about keeping secrets. 

As the police and ambulances arrived Carter watched as they piled all the unconscious villains into trucks and took them off while the paramedics took Thirteen,Aizawa and the more injured villains with them. Some of the students were also getting medical attention as they had pushed themselves quite a bit fighting the villains but the ones that were fine were giving their statements to the police. After they got his Principal Nezu reminded him not to tell anyone about All Might being Toshinori before he was allowed to go home, though he did notice with a bit of a smirk that Izuku and Ochako were awfully close to each other and had fun imagining how Izuku would struggle to confess eventually as he walked home. Reaching home he ate before calling Cathleen to tell her about what had happened because he knew if she found out from anyone else, she would probably go AWOL just to check on him, or smack him for not telling her first.

Villain Bar-

As Kurogiri closed the portal behind them Tomura yelled and slammed his fist into the ground while cursing All Might as All for One's monitor lit up on the tv. "What happened?" he asked "You said All Might was weak! But he just blew through nomu like it was nothing!" Tomura shouted as AFO chuckled "Well at least we can better prepare for next time." he said "Master the exchange student was also there, the boy was able to trade blows with the nomu and even withstood several direct hits while pushing nomu back several times." he said as AFO stilled "That may be a problem in the future, what was his quirk, he has no registry in Japan." "It appeared to be a mutation quirk, the boy had a pair of wings as well as a tail. His speed and strength were much higher than that of the other students, although one student did pose enough of a threat that nomu's automatic command took over to protect Tomura so it may be wise to keep an eye on him as well." Kurogiri reported as AFO thought for a moment while Tomura went to his room to sulk.

"Monitor them, try to figure out what kind to creature those wings belong to, and help Tomura recover from this slight setback, maybe help him find some companions, Dr.Garaki is working on a new type of nomu that should be ready soon."" he said as Kurogiri bowed "Yes master."

Hero Public Safety Commision HQ-

President Pantu looked up as someone entered her office "President there was an incident at UA, they were attacked." the assistant said setting a folder on her desk before leaving, pausing what she was doing Pantu looked over the report and was surprised to see that one of UAs exchange students was involved and had been able to keep up with the 'nomu' that had even given All Might trouble, 'This could be useful.' she thought as she went over the battle report on Carter and other students in 1-A before calling her assistant back in "Have someone keep an eye on the 1-A exchange student, he may be worth recruiting." she said before turning back to her work, villains never rested so neither could she especially since the biggest hero school in the country had been attacked she knew she would be swamped with reports and more things to do.
