"No, Ruler, not two holy swords... but three!"

A white-haired, dark-skinned youth leaped down from a high building, holding the third Excalibur in his hand.

"Archer! So you've finally shown up, you bastard!"

Rin Tohsaka immediately shouted, though she wasn't entirely surprised by Archer's arrival. After all, given Archer's Master's personality, it was only natural that he would join the Holy Grail War. However, the situation was far more complicated than she had anticipated.

"Tohsaka, I'm not Archer. I'm Shirou," the white-haired youth replied with a helpless smile. He was the younger Shirou of this world, but he had inherited the memories of his future self.

"Shirou? Of course, I know you're Shirou. But you're also Archer himself, and you've gained his abilities. Don't think I won't scold you for this," Rin retorted, placing her hands on her hips.

In this world, Rin had summoned Saber, while Shirou had summoned Archer. After the world was split, Shirou, who had been in Fuyuki City ten years ago, had gained the powers of Archer and the memories of his future self. Knowing what was to come, Shirou couldn't stand idly by and had rushed to the scene.

With his memories intact, Shirou knew that Rin would eventually grow fond of Archer. So, when Rin scolded him, he didn't argue. Instead, he threw the holy sword toward Jeanne.

"Since projecting Excalibur, Archer's foundation has been severely damaged and can no longer sustain high-intensity combat. So, Ruler, I'm entrusting this holy sword to you."

"Huh? To me?" Jeanne fumbled as she caught the sword.

"Yes, to you. No one here is more suited to wield this holy sword than you. With the power of three holy swords combined, we should be able to defeat this mutated sea demon," Shirou said, feeling utterly exhausted. All he wanted was a peaceful life, but fate had other plans.

"Alright, I understand!" Jeanne didn't hesitate and immediately accepted the sword.

And so, a strange sight unfolded on the battlefield. Three Excaliburs, each wielded by a different maiden, stood ready to face their enemy.

The second wave of battle began without delay. Without hesitation, Waver used a Command Spell to replenish Rider's mana.

"By the power of my Command Spell, Rider, unleash your Noble Phantasm—Ionioi Hetairoi!"

Empowered by the Command Spell, Rider quickly regained his strength.

"Hahaha! To think my Master from the future would be so reliable!"

Rider laughed heartily as he and the sea demon disappeared once again.

At the Church

"Kirei! You—!"

Risei Kotomine was pinned against the wall, staring in shock at his son, Kirei Kotomine.

Although everyone had memories of the future, those memories differed from person to person. As someone who had died during the Holy Grail War, Risei had no memories of the future. His memories ended at the moment of his death, just like Aoi Tohsaka.

Risei knew that Kayneth had killed him, but he had no idea what kind of person his son, Kirei, had become. To avoid being killed by other Masters, Risei had hidden himself in the church's most secure location.

Unfortunately, Kirei, with his future memories, knew exactly where to find him.

"Father, now..."

Kirei looked at Risei, who was on the verge of death, and couldn't help but smile. Even though Risei was barely alive, it didn't stop Kirei from deriving pleasure from his suffering.

[No hesitation.]

Risei stared at Kirei, realizing for the first time that his son had emotions after all.

[To find pleasure in evil is tragic.]

[Kirei, such a person is destined to self-destruct in their pursuit of pleasure.]

[However, as your father, I forgive you.]

[I failed to raise you properly, and for that, I am also to blame.]

[May the Lord forgive my son, who has been blinded by evil and pleasure.]

With his final breath, Risei uttered two words before passing away.

"Hmph!"

Kirei sneered and reached for Risei's hand. The look in his father's eyes before he died had been unbearable. And those last two words? He hated them even more.

"If God truly exists, then why does He allow evil to flourish? Doesn't that mean He, like me, enjoys watching evil deeds?"

"To serve such a God is my greatest fortune."

Kirei bowed slightly, then used the methods from his memories to claim the accumulated Command Spells from past Holy Grail Wars.

"Hero King, with this, even if you refuse to cooperate, it won't matter!"

Kirei raised his arm, now adorned with the Command Spells from previous wars. With these, they could use their Noble Phantasms without restriction.

"Now that you've obtained what you wanted, let's go, Kirei. The conditions I mentioned are almost fulfilled."

Gilgamesh smirked, his golden armor gleaming.

Back at the River Battlefield

"Second wave, deploy!"

"Five... four... three... two... one!"

As the countdown ended, the sea demon reappeared on the river.

"Excalibur!!!"

Three golden beams of light descended simultaneously.

"By the power of my Command Spell, maximize the release of your Noble Phantasm, Saber!" Kiritsugu Emiya didn't hesitate to use his second Command Spell.

"My body, by the power of my Command Spell, maximize the release of my Noble Phantasm!" Rin Tohsaka also used a Command Spell she had obtained from Jeanne.

"Haahhh!!!"

Under the combined force of the three Excaliburs, the sea demon's body began to disintegrate into golden particles. This time, the disintegration was much faster, and half of the demon was destroyed in an instant.

"Good! It looks like we can completely destroy it this time!"

Rider gave his royal assessment, while Waver remained silent.

[My King, if only you could be this reliable all the time...]

Waver wanted to say this but held back, seeing that the sea demon was indeed being destroyed.

"Pop! Pop! Pop!"

The sea demon's body crumbled like burning willow catkins. Once its outer defenses were breached, its core was exposed.

"Jeanne..."

"My Lord has answered my prayers, allowing me to see you again."

Caster's large eyes filled with tears as he gazed at the golden light. Then, both he and his Noble Phantasm were engulfed by a dark, viscous substance.

"We did it!"

Jeanne sighed in relief.

"No, wait! Caster's Noble Phantasm hasn't disappeared yet!" Saber warned, her expression serious.

"What?!"

Jeanne's eyes widened in disbelief as she looked toward Caster.

"How is this possible?!"

After taking three Excaliburs head-on, Caster was still alive? How resilient was this guy?

"Ruler, Caster has revived. Should we hit him again while we have the chance?" Rin suggested.

"Ah, right. We have no other choice. Let's try it!"

Jeanne quickly used four Command Spells to replenish their energy.

Within five seconds, a second barrage of Excaliburs was ready.

But in those few seconds, the "Prelati's Spellbook" had already restored the sea demon to a third of its original size.

"Excalibur!"

"This is our chance! It's only restored to a third of its power. We can definitely destroy it this time!"

Rider was confident, but his words inadvertently set up a flag.

Logically, his judgment was correct. The previous triple Excalibur had destroyed the sea demon and severely injured Caster. This time, with the demon only at a third of its power, the outcome should be even more decisive.

However, the "Prelati's Spellbook" and the sea demon had surpassed all logic.

"No! Something's wrong! Rider, I sense the presence of the Root from Caster!" Waver's expression changed drastically.

Why could an Outer God's minion connect to the Root?

Indeed, the situation had taken a turn for the worse.

"Fire!!!"

Three beams of light shot toward the sea demon once more. But this time, a thick black mist enveloped the demon, weakening the Excaliburs' power by at least 70%.

"We're done for!"

The same thought crossed everyone's mind.

As expected, the three beams struck the sea demon but had little effect. The demon, which hadn't fully recovered, was now even more resilient.

"Roar!!!"

In pain, the sea demon retaliated, firing a dark purple beam of energy.

"Luminosite Eternelle!"

Jeanne raised her banner, using her Noble Phantasm to block the attack.

"So this is how it is..."

After barely withstanding the sea demon's counterattack, Jeanne's frown deepened. She could feel that this sea demon was different from before.

"Ruler, do you know what's going on?" Rin asked urgently.

"I don't know the full details, but I can make an educated guess. Caster isn't a traditional mage and lacks the aptitude for magic. This spellbook allows him to perform magecraft in his place.

"This spellbook, known as 'Prelati's Spellbook,' contains immense power and can summon creatures from other dimensions. These beings, originating from beyond our world, are usually kept at bay by the World's defenses.

"Normally, an Outer God cannot descend directly, only sending their minions. But our world has undergone a change, allowing the Outer God to not only send a strengthened minion but also grant it a portion of its power!

"Unless we possess a Noble Phantasm capable of opposing both the World and the Outer God, our attacks will have little effect!"

"So we need an Anti-World Noble Phantasm?" Rin asked, her brow furrowed.

Among the Servants, only one possessed such a Noble Phantasm, but Gilgamesh seemed uninterested in joining the fight.

"No, we don't necessarily need an Anti-World Noble Phantasm. Even if we had one, it might not be enough. Besides that, we also need a Noble Phantasm capable of opposing the Outer God itself."

As Jeanne spoke, she turned to Saber.

"Saber, if you were to go all out, could you defeat this Outer God's minion?"

Saber pondered for a few seconds but couldn't be certain.

"If I release all thirteen seals of Excalibur, it's possible. However, since this sea demon has gained a portion of the World's power, I'm not sure if Excalibur will still be effective."

The Star of Excalibur, forged from the stars, naturally had the power to oppose foreign threats. But Saber wasn't sure if its range would be sufficient.

"In that case, why not leave this Outer God's minion to me?"

A male voice suddenly rang out, startling everyone.

Turning toward the source of the voice, they saw a young man with an aura vastly different from anyone else present.

"You're... Akira Luo?!" Rin was the first to recognize him.

As someone who had also been abandoned by her parents, Rin couldn't help but feel a deep resentment toward Akira, the man who had abandoned Sakura and Illya.
