Buggy decided to pass Luffy in her test after she learnt that Luffy was still a child at heart and mind. She was not about to embarrass her by fighting a kid who doesn't know the difference between birds and bees. Even as a clown or a harlequin she has standards.

"Alright, alright ! You passed my test. Here, have some candies." Buggy tossed some candies to Luffy.

"Thanks ! I didn't know that you were such a good guy !" Luffy's mood turned 180 degrees after getting the candies. Like a kid who got the exact Christmas gift that he wanted from Santa, Luffy's face brightened up in an instant, completely forgetting that Buggy had just tried to kill him and his crew members.

After seeing Luffy's attitude, Buggy suddenly felt nostalgic. Now she could clearly see why Shanks chose this brat. Luffy's attitude somewhat resembles captain Roger. But it was a little more childish.

'At least Captain Roger knew about the difference between birds and bees !' Buggy mentally grimaced.

But then it clicked Buggy.

"You brat ! Did you just call me a 'guy' ! Buggy became furious again. But Nami came to rescue Luffy.

*Bonk*

"You idiot ! She is a girl not a guy !" Nami scolded luffy. She had understood that Buggy had a very chaotic personality along with New World level of strength. In this world buggy was not just a clown. She was a deadly harlequin. And if the said woman just wants to test Luffy's worth then there is no point provoking her further. This time the punch on his head was meant for his own good.

Then Nami turned to Buggy. Trying to not make her angry anymore.

"Sorry sorry ! I will make sure to teach this kid about everything. You see he is not 18 yet. So can you please cut some slack for him ?" Nami asked Buggy.

Buggy understood what Nami wanted to say. So she just nodded. It was clear that Luffy was just a very young upstart. But from the conversation she understood that at least the swordsman and the orange haired girl, whom she recognised as the cat burglar with the second highest bounty in the east blue, belonged to the boys' crew. Both of them had a commanding aura.

Buggy knew about Nami. At first she wanted to invite her into her crew before leaving the east blue. Apart from being one of the most feared information brokers, Nami was a great navigator and cartographer. Not to mention her bounty poster was also a great fapping material for some perverts in her crew. But now that she has joined the straw hat, he has no intention of inviting her into her crew.

As Buggy was recalling all the information she has gathered so far about the straw hats, Zoro, Nami and Luffy gathered around the unconscious Usopp. Nami quickly patched up Zoro's wound quickly with her subpar medical skills.

But Zoro didn't have much time before everyone turned to look at a certain swordsman, who has been given the title of the world's greatest, floated towards them with a small boat, which was looking like a coffin.

"It seems that lady luck is very angry at me. I have to face two monsters in a single day." Zeff said bitterly.

"Don't worry old man. I wouldn't let him cause you any trouble." Buggy said confidently. But Zeff looked very unsure.

Zoro and Nami were in a similar situation. But both of them realized that Buggy was just playing with them. Especially Zoro. He became quiet. Just from the earlier fight it was clear that there was a huge gap between him and the woman in front of him. Buggy might act like a fool. But the pressure he felt from her conqueror's haki was unreal. It was not the first time in his life he was getting tested for his will power. But it was the first time he was facing someone with greater will power to his own. Zoro didn't understand all the explanation regarding haki given by Zeff. But what simple things he understood was that haki can make him a lot stronger. Not to mention all of the greatest powers in the world know how to use it. Zeff had also told Zoro that if a haki user and a non haki user clashed, then there is only one percent chance that the non haki user will win.

With this simple explanation, Zoro understood that as the world's greatest swordsman, Dracule Mihawk must have known how to use haki.

And when he saw the man in the coffin like boat, Zoro immediately recognised him as the greatest swordsman in the world, Mihawk.

After being humbled by Buggy, Zoro understood that his chance of winning against Mihawk was zero. But despite that, Zoro felt like if he doesn't challenge Mihawk right then and there, then he will lose something important...… Something very important about his dream.

Zeff on the other hand looked at Mihawk with a calculated gaze. He had ordered all of his men to not leave the restaurant building at any cost. He didn't want them, who cannot perceive the difference between real strength and themselves, to do something stupid and lose their lives. And it was a good decision. Buggy had knocked them all out with his conqueror's haki. Zeff has never met the swordsman before. But from what he has heard, Mihawk was not a mindless killer. So unlike Buggy there should be some windows to negotiate if push come to shoved.

"Here he comes..…. The greatest swordsman in the world, Hawkeye Mihawk." Zeff introduced the newcomer.

After hearing that introduction, Usopp, who has woken up, immediately dropped to the floor again and started playing dead.
