Luffy's test

"Oh ! I remember ! You know Shanks ?" Luffy asked a typical Luffy type question.

But it was a great mistake. As soon as Buggy heard the name Shanks, she became extremely angry. Her pale face with white makeup turned red with veins bulging on her forehead. The temperature around us dropped immediately as this time I felt like I could die at any moment. It was not exactly conquerors haki. But something else. Fortunately Luffy noticed the change in the atmosphere immediately.

"Don't speak the name of that fucker in front of me ever again ! And as per my relationship with that red haired fucker, I will tell about it if you pass my test." Buggy said seriously.

"What kind of-" Before Luffy could finish his question, I saw a small blur in the corner of my eyes and in the next second Luffy was sent flying away from his spot.

"Luffy !" I shouted as I turned towards him. I could still see blood in the air which was yet to fall on the floor of the Deck. Looking at where Luffy was standing before I saw a detached fist. My danger sense flared as I felt something very odd about the fist. But I didn't have time to worry since Zoro unsheathed his sword almost immediately. I left him and turned to Luffy instead. He was still flying away. If he lost consciousness then he would definitely drown. I ran towards the opposite side of the deck following Luffy. I couldn't risk calling Blue at that spot since he might get targeted by Buggy. With no other choice I decided to swim as fast as possible to get to some distance and then call Blue for help.

But before I could jump into the sea, Luffy managed to steady himself in the mid air using his version of moonwalk. I sighed in relief, as Luffy rushed back to us at twice the speed compared to which he had been sent flying.

Seeing the rubber head is safe I turned to Zoro, currently Buggy was just playing with him taking advantage of his devil fruit powers to let Zoro cut her and reassemble herself while attacking him with small knives. Zoro was getting a lot of small cuts on his body. But nothing major. Not to mention, Luffy arrived just in time to save the day from the killer harlequin.

As soon as Luffy came back to fight, Buggy stabbed Zoro through his defense and kicked him away. Then she put away her small blades and got ready for a fist fight with Luffy with a huge grin on her face.

As soon as Luffy came near her, he extended his arm backwards and punched Buggy with all his might.

Buggy matched Luffy with a similar move. Their fist clashed with each other in the mid air.

*Boom*

The clash created a large shock wave as both the fighters tried to dominate the clash. At first Luffy's raw strength overwhelmed Buggy slowly but surely.

But shockingly all of a sudden Luffy was pushed back and lost the clash.

As Luffy was sent flying again, with a lot less blood this time, Buggy finally jumped down from the figurehead of her ship and landed on the deck of Baratie.

"As expected of you Monkeys…. I really envy those monstrous strengths of yours…. You have a lot of raw strength exactly like your grandfather." Buggy said, rubbing her arm.

"Well let's take this to the next level."

Buggy laughed like those creepy ghosts in the horror movies. And then she disappeared from his spot.

In the very next moment I felt a lot of danger. All of my senses screamed at me as I immediately tried to jump to the side. But that was futile since in the middle of my jump something hard hit my abdomen knocking the wind out of me. Pain shot through my stomach. I felt like my internal organs had gotten ripped apart. I struggled to maintain consciousness as I was sent flying.

The next thing I knew, I crashed into water. The coolness of the water brought me back to my senses as I tried to swim my way up. But with all the pain, it was very difficult for me. Fortunately Blue was there to rescue me in dire situations. But by the time I got back to the deck, everyone except Luffy was down from the fight.

*Cough* *cough*

'Fuck ! It definitely fucked up my internal organs.' I cursed in my mind as I looked towards the fight between Luffy and Buggy. Luffy was trying his best, while giving his all in the fight. With his heavy breathing and small injuries all over his body, it was clear that he was struggling a lot. And Buggy on the other hand was barely trying. From the relaxed look on her face as well as her completely calm breathing it was clear that she was not giving it her all. Not to mention compared to Luffy, she had barely taken any damage.

The intense fight went on until Luffy did a weird move. He kicked Buggy's crotch with all his might. Even Buggy was so surprised by this move that she forgot to move. So she didn't manage to dodge that attack of Luffy. But despite hitting the mark it was useless since Buggy didn't even flinch.

"Huh ! Why aren't you dead yet ! Makino told me about this secret move that can take down any man ! So why are you standing ?" Luffy's eyes were wide in shock. He looked at Buggy as if she was his greatest enemy.

Buggy on the other hand looked frustrated. She had used haki to protect herself. But she felt extremely embarrassed when she realized that all this time she was just fighting a newborn kid in the body of a teenager. Luffy didn't know about the difference between the bodies of male and female. Buggy immediately reflected on her decision to fight Luffy.
