SSS Ranked Transmigration: Taming Beauties and The Beasts!

Chapter 171: Coronation

Everyone made a lot of speculations, and every kind of rumor spread quickly like a wildfire because most of them were helpless and even felt that this was going to be the downfall of the Elarion Kingdom.

Not only that, there were even a lot of people that started to leave the kingdom and headed to another kingdom as they thought that the Elarion Kingdom was already done with such a foolish decision.

Naturally, most of them that left early were businessmen since they thought that there was no future in staying here.

However, Cain didn't actually care about those who had already left, as he had his own reasons. He even guessed that it wouldn't be long for them to go back into his kingdom and begged to accept them since he already told his subordinates to note every single one of the people who had left his kingdom and banned them from entering into the kingdom even for an inch.

Cain had also prepared for a few things later in his speech after the ceremony to calm things down in his kingdom.

Around two hours later, Cain's group finally arrived at his home and was greeted by his old 'bodyguards'.

"Dante, I have a task for you. Kill the king of the Slegia Kingdom and the highest people who were involved in pushing the war. Bring him and Nix with you in case something unexpected happens." Cain patted Dante's shoulder lightly as he pointed to a man that was fully covered with black robes before walking forward with the others.

Afterwards, Cain took Little White from Sylvia's embrace before patting her and Ayla's heads softly. "Both of you, play around by yourself inside the mansion. Remember to not go outside before I give you both the permission."

Cain then instructed everyone to not leave the mansion as the situation wasn't good at this time, at least not until he had officially become the king.

Elara, Anya, Lyra, Li Meilin, and Yuchen immediately grouped themselves while Garran and Arion were chatting leisurely as they found a tree and sat below it.

Elion, Li Fenghai, and Kael also had a chat between themselves since they could be said to be the leftovers from the group.

"Let's talk about it later, Elion." Cain smiled at Elion when he noticed that Elion looked at him with a hesitant expression.

"Thank you, Big Brother Cain." Elion nodded lightly as he smiled awkwardly.

After Cain entered his building, he petted Little White in his arms softly. "Little White, now it's time for me to keep my promises."

Woof!

Little White rubbed his head as he enjoyed being petted by his master.

"I will bring you to my beast space, don't be scared." Cain reminded Little White before putting him inside the beast space.

He then made a projection and tossed a brown pill at Little White. "Eat it. Your disease will be cured if you eat it."

After Cain saw Little White caught the pill and ate it immediately, he took back his projection and layed down on his bed.

Ding!

Bell rang a few times, indicating that it was 12 o'clock, which was also the time the coronation would start.

The streets of Eldoria City were packed with countless people, their murmurs filling the air like a restless tide. The news of the youngest prince's sudden ascension to the throne had spread like wildfire, leaving the citizens in a state of disbelief and curiosity. Some whispered in awe, while others voiced their skepticism, questioning whether a young prince could truly lead the kingdom to prosperity.

The layout of the coronation was grand and symbolic. A wide staircase of polished white marble led up to the Main Palace of the Kingdom, its towering spires gleaming under the midday sun.

At the base of the stairs stood a raised platform adorned with banners bearing the royal crest as a golden phoenix rising from flames, symbolizing rebirth and resilience. The platform was flanked by rows of royal guards in gleaming armor, their presence adding an air of solemnity to the occasion.

At the top of the stairs, the throne awaited, its intricate carvings and golden accents reflecting the grandeur of the Elarion Kingdom. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as the crowd waited for the ceremony to begin.

The two little girls stood near the front of the crowd, their eyes wide with wonder. Ayla tugged on Sylvia's sleeve, her voice a mix of excitement and confusion.

"Big Sis Sylvia, is Big Brother Cain really going to be the king? Does that mean he'll wear a shiny crown and sit on that big chair?" Ayla asked, pointing toward the throne at the top of the stairs.

Sylvia nodded with a small smile. "Yes, Ayla. Big Brother Cain will become the king today. He'll wear a crown and sit on the throne to lead the kingdom."

Ayla's eyes sparkled with admiration. "Wow! Big Brother Cain is so cool! But… will he still have time to play with us?"

Naturally, Ayla asked about it because she was more concerned about playing with Little Wolfie and Nix as she had become fond of them, especially Little Wolfie.

Sylvia chuckled softly. "I'm sure he will. He's always made time for us, even when he's busy."

As the ceremony began, Ayla clapped her hands excitedly, while Sylvia watched with a quiet pride, her heart swelling with affection for the young man who had become like an older brother to them.

Elara stood beside Sylvia, her hands clasped tightly in front of her. Her emotions were a whirlwind of pride, nostalgia, and a touch of sadness. She had been Cain's maid for years, standing by his side through thick and thin. She had seen him grow from him when he was still weak into the man he was today, a man capable of leading a kingdom.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she watched Cain ascend the stairs, his posture regal and confident.

Nix, in his smaller form, perched on Cain's shoulder as he walked up the stairs, his dragon eyes gleaming with pride. Little White, now cured and full of energy, also perched on Cain's shoulder, his tail wagging excitedly. The two beasts seemed to understand the significance of the moment, their presence adding to Cain's aura of authority.

Yuchen watched with a mix of awe and curiosity. 'I can't believe that he's really what he had said back then.'

Paused for a moment, she remarked. "He's so young, yet he carries himself like a seasoned ruler."

Old Feng nodded in agreement. "Age matters little when one has the heart and mind of a leader. Young Master Cain has both."

Garran grinned, nudging Arion. "Looks like our little group just got a king. Think he'll still have time for us?"

Arion smirked. "If he doesn't, we'll just remind him who helped him get here."

"Hmmph! Quit dreaming. You two are strangers! Don't act as if you had been with Big Brother Cain for so long!" Ayla snorted and glared at Garran and Arion, who was playing role model as if they were best friends who had been through thick and thin together.

Both of them immediately coughed and became serious as they were embarrassed that they were being reminded by a little girl.

Elion watched with a hint of envy but also admiration. "He's achieved so much in such a short time. I can only hope to follow in his footsteps."

Kael and one of Cain's old bodyguards exchanged glances, their expressions filled with respect. "The kingdom is in good hands," Kael said quietly.

As Cain reached the top of the stairs, the crowd fell silent. The High Priest, an elderly man with a long white beard, stepped forward, holding the royal crown—a masterpiece of gold and jewels, its centerpiece a large sapphire that shimmered like the night sky.

"Cain Frostbane," the High Priest intoned, his voice echoing across the square. "Do you swear to uphold the laws of this kingdom, to protect its people, and to lead with wisdom and justice?"

Cain's voice was firm and unwavering as he replied, "I swear."

The High Priest placed the crown on Cain's head, and the crowd erupted into cheers. The bells of the palace rang out, their joyous peals signaling the dawn of a new era.

Cain turned to face his people, his gaze sweeping over the sea of faces. "Today marks a new beginning for the Elarion Kingdom. Together, we will build a future filled with prosperity, unity, and peace. This is not just my kingdom—it is ours."

Pausing for a moment, Cain continued. "After this, I will announce a lot of happy news to all of you. From full tax exemption, the end of the war, full support from the kingdom, and many more."

The crowd roared in approval, their doubts immediately forgotten in front of that many benefits and in the face of Cain's charisma and determination.

As the celebrations began, Ayla and Sylvia rushed up the stairs, their little legs carrying them as fast as they could. "Big Brother Cain!" Ayla called out, her voice filled with excitement.

Cain turned and smiled, crouching down to their level. "What is it, you two?"

"Can we try on your crown?" Ayla asked, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

Cain laughed, removing the crown and placing it gently on Ayla's head. It was far too big for her, slipping down over her eyes, but she giggled with delight. Sylvia tried it next, her expression one of awe as she felt the weight of the crown.
