Onepiece: I'm Gojo Satoru

Chapter 127: Chapter 125 Legends Unite, Tensions Rise

After two days of travel, Zefa and Garp finally arrived at the G8 base. The sight of the legendary duo stepping off the ship was enough to stir excitement among the stationed marines. However, their expressions were far from jubilant; they looked irritated, with grimaces that could freeze an ocean wave.

Satoru approached to greet them, but his enthusiastic welcome was met with cold indifference.

"What's going on? Did I somehow offend them?" Satoru muttered, pulling Bogart aside for answers.

"It's not me they're upset with—it's you," Bogart replied with a smirk.

"Me?" Satoru was baffled. "What did I do?"

Bogart crossed his arms. "Well, let's see: thanks to your little stunt with Big Mom, these two were forced to leave their comfortable posts and come to the New World. Think they're thrilled about that?"

Realization dawned on Satoru. A wry smile tugged at his lips. "So... it's my fault, huh? I can't exactly control what happens when Big Mom decides to fight me."

### The Arrival of Legends

Inside the G8 base, the marines buzzed with excitement. For them, the arrival of these two legends—Karp, the "Hero of the Navy," and Zefa, the revered instructor—was a rare honor.

"Our commander's background is insane," one marine whispered. "The grandson of Vice Admiral Garp *and* the disciple of Zefa? No wonder he's unstoppable!"

Another marine chimed in cheekily, "That makes Garp and Zefa my honorary grandpa and master, right?"

The surrounding marines exchanged skeptical glances, muttering about shameless opportunism.

Meanwhile, Zefa and Garp strode straight into Satoru's office, their sour expressions still in place. They sat down heavily, claiming the best chairs in the room.

Satoru, carrying two cups of steaming tea, sighed. "Alright, you two, relax. Your scowls are scaring my soldiers."

Garp took a sip of the tea, only to immediately bellow in pain. "Hot!"

Zefa, wiser to the situation, blew on his tea before drinking. "Hmph. That's what you get for being impatient."

"I get it, I get it. You're both upset," Satoru said, raising his hands in surrender. "But I promise, I'll make sure you both get your well-deserved rest here. No one's forcing you to fight unless absolutely necessary."

That seemed to placate them. Garp leaned back in his chair, grinning. "Well, kid, I suppose you *are* learning how to treat your elders."

Zefa chuckled. "Good. But tell us honestly—how'd you manage to beat Big Mom? Did you really take her down on your own?"

Satoru shook his head. "Not exactly. She fell ill during our fight. I just capitalized on the opportunity."

Garp snorted. "I thought so. The idea of you taking her down solo at your age sounded a bit far-fetched, even for me."

Zefa nodded in agreement but added, "Still, don't get too cocky. You're strong, but you've got a long way to go before you can truly dominate a battlefield against a Four Emperor without luck on your side."

Satoru smirked. "I appreciate the advice, but give me time. Soon, I'll be more than capable of crushing anyone who stands in my way."

"Ha! Big words, kid," Zefa said, rolling his eyes.

"Careful," Garp teased. "That kind of confidence could land you in hot water."

### A Strategic Shift

"But," Satoru continued, "as much as I'd love to keep both of you here, it'd be a waste."

Zefa and Garp exchanged skeptical glances. "What are you planning, kid?" Garp asked.

"I mean, with the three of us at the G8 base, it's overkill. I'm suggesting you two head to the G5 and G3 bases instead. Consider it a working vacation. No heavy lifting unless absolutely necessary."

Zefa narrowed his eyes. "You just want to get rid of us, don't you?"

"Not at all," Satoru said innocently. "I just think spreading our strength across the New World makes more sense. Plus, if something big does happen, we can count on each other for backup."

Garp leaned back, stroking his chin thoughtfully. "Hmmm... I suppose lounging around here does sound a bit boring. Fine, I'll take the G5 base. But if I end up working too much, I'm coming back to yell at you!"

Zefa sighed in mock exasperation. "Fine, G3 it is. But you owe us for this."

"Of course," Satoru said, grinning. "You have my eternal gratitude."

The legendary duo finally relented, a spark of excitement returning to their eyes. Though reluctant to admit it, both looked forward to the possibility of action.

As the arrangements were made, Satoru leaned back in his chair, exhaling a sigh of relief. With Garp and Zefa deployed across the New World, the Navy's strength was fortified like never before. And for now, Satoru could finally enjoy a brief moment of peace—before chaos inevitably found its way back to him.
