"Beep! Beep! Beep!"

The piercing sound of the signal broadcast echoed across the Sabaody Archipelago, its unmistakable tone sending a chill through the air. It was the dreaded signal—a warning that indiscriminate destruction was imminent.

On the back of Raki, who had transformed into her majestic Suzaku form, Robin's eyes narrowed slightly as the familiar sound filled her ears. This was not her first encounter with a Buster Call.

Her thoughts drifted back to the first time she had faced such destruction—Ohara.

The second time, at Enies Lobby, was different. It had been Ace who had used the Golden Den Den Mushi in Spandam's possession to summon the Buster Call, but not out of malice. He had done it to free her from the haunting shadow of her past.

In that instance, Ace had turned the government's weapon of mass destruction into a tool under his control. The Vice Admirals sent to execute it were crushed, leaving one dead and four severely wounded. The once-imposing fortress of Enies Lobby was reduced to ruins, and with it, the darkness that had long weighed on her heart had lifted.

Now, standing on the battlefield again, she faced her third Buster Call. But this time, it was different. This was no ordinary Buster Call—it had been initiated by Saint Saturn, one of the Five Elders. A 'Super' Buster Call, far more devastating than any that had come before!

Yet, despite the gravity of the situation, Robin felt no fear. There was no trembling or dread, only a deep sense of calm and unshakeable confidence. The weight of the world's greatest authority could not faze her now. She was Nico Robin, historian of the Entei Pirates and a woman of Portgas D. Ace!

Yes, Ace's woman.

Her gaze softened as she looked at the figure standing before her, dwarfed by Saturn's monstrous form, yet towering in her eyes with strength as solid as a mountain. A small smile played at her lips, filled with quiet reassurance. As long as Ace was by her side, there was no reason to fear. Not the Marines, not the Five Elders, not even the World Government itself.

Her lips curled into a graceful smile, her heart steady.

Suddenly, a storm of sand and thunder erupted. In the blink of an eye, Enel, Crocodile, Onigumo, and Gion, who had used Moonwalk to soar through the air, appeared before Robin and the others.

"Nico Robin, I'll leave her to you. Seems like she wants to meet Flame Emperor," Crocodile remarked with a sly smile as he glanced at Robin.

"Huh? You... You're Naval Headquarters Admiral Candidate Gion?" Nami gasped, recognizing the woman standing before them. The figure of Gion was familiar—back during the Buster Call at Enies Lobby, she had led the assault as one of the Vice Admirals.

Gion had even pleaded with Ace to spare the ten thousand Marines under her command during that battle. Nami remembered her clearly.

"Why does Admiral Candidate Gion want to meet Ace?" Tashigi whispered in disbelief, her hand covering her mouth. She couldn't comprehend it—Gion wasn't just any Marine officer. She was one of the few female Vice Admirals and a strong candidate for the position of Admiral, a figure of great admiration and inspiration among female Marines.

Not only that, but Gion was a renowned master swordsman. Tashigi had once aspired to train under her, back when she was just a lowly captain. But at the time, Gion had seemed like an unreachable star in the vast sky. Facing her in battle had been a distant dream.

Now, here she was, not seeking combat, but an audience with Ace.

"She was affected by Ace's Conqueror's Haki at Enies Lobby," Crocodile explained, a knowing grin on his face. "Let her explain the rest herself, hahahaha!"

Laughing, Crocodile turned and left with Enel and Onigumo, heading back to the battlefield. They were spirits summoned by the Flame Emperor from the underworld, relentless in their pursuit of battle until Ace commanded them to stop.

Meanwhile, the ominous signal broadcast continued to reverberate across the island.

"The Buster Call has been activated! This is a Buster Call initiated by the Five Elders, Saint Saturn!" a Marine officer shouted in alarm.

"The island has been deemed a threat to the World Government and an obstacle to justice!"

"All fleets, open fire on the Sabaody Archipelago!"

"Destroy it completely!" the command echoed through the chaos.

The stage was set for total destruction.

At this moment, hundreds of Marine warships surrounded the Sabaody Archipelago. With the activation of the Buster Call signal, the Naval Headquarters Vice Admirals who had accompanied Saint Saturn from the Holy Land Mariejois quickly issued their orders.

The Holy Land Mariejois, protected year-round by an Admiral of the Naval Headquarters, also kept several Vice Admirals on standby, ready to be deployed by the World Government at any time. These high-ranking officers had been brought to the Sabaody Archipelago under the direct command of Saint Saturn.

Buster Call, a devastating force authorized by the World Government and wielded by the Naval Headquarters, was an elite military operation consisting of ten of the most powerful warships in the world, built in Water 7. Led by five Vice Admirals and supported by 10,000 elite Marine soldiers, it symbolized the ultimate show of the government's destructive power.

However, when the Buster Call was initiated by the Five Elders—the highest authorities in the world—there was no limit to the amount of force that could be mobilized. Not only would the entire power of the Naval Headquarters be deployed, but the warships and resources directly controlled by the World Government would also be thrown into the fray.

Now, this Buster Call had brought more than 150 Marine warships to the shores of Sabaody, accompanied by the full might of the Naval Headquarters. The scale of this operation was dozens of times greater than any ordinary Buster Call, and its objective was clear: the total destruction of the Sabaody Archipelago!

"Fire! Destroy the Sabaody Archipelago!" a commanding voice boomed across the fleet.

The sound of roaring cannons followed instantly.

"Boom! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Boom!"

Countless artillery shells rained down on the island, the air filled with the deafening blasts of destruction. The roots of the massive Yarkman mangroves, which stretched out over the sea and formed the foundation of the archipelago, were shattered by the barrage, breaking apart into fragments that were flung violently into the sky by the explosions. Buildings that had stood for generations were obliterated in mere moments, engulfed by the relentless hail of cannon fire.

Entire sections of the Sabaody Archipelago were consumed in flames, trembling under the sheer weight of the bombardment, as though an earthquake had struck. Within moments, the peaceful island had been transformed into a burning hellscape—a sea of destruction.

"Why?! There are so many innocent people here!" Issho shouted, his face twisted with rage as he watched the shells arc through the sky, hurtling towards the densely populated areas. His fists clenched as the realization dawned that the Marines were intent on annihilating everything and everyone on the island. The sheer disregard for civilian lives was appalling, a cruelty beyond what even pirates might inflict.

Aokiji stood beside him in grim silence, his expression dark and contemplative. He had seen this before—this was how the World Government operated. If something was deemed a threat to their rule, it would be wiped from existence, no matter the cost. Even the Sabaody Archipelago, a place formed by the ancient roots of the Argman mangrove trees and the territory of the Celestial Dragons themselves, was not immune to such brutal eradication.

The mangroves themselves might survive the onslaught, but the islands resting on their roots, along with all the people and structures, would be wiped away without mercy.

For Aokiji, this situation was all too familiar. His thoughts returned to Ohara, the island that had been erased from history by the very same method years ago. Back then, even civilians—people who had no part in the forbidden research—were not spared. He still remembered the destruction of the escape boats, carrying innocent souls who had no idea why they were being hunted. And it had been Sakazuki, his fellow Vice Admiral at the time, who had coldly ordered their annihilation.

Unable to accept such ruthlessness, and driven by the pleas of his friend, the giant Vice Admiral Saul, Aokiji had saved Robin, offering her a chance when no one else would. He had acted against his orders, wanting to believe in the possibility of a different future.

It was that same event that had set him on the path of "Lazy Justice"—a moral stance that avoided unnecessary violence. And later, he had crossed paths with Ace. Their encounter, followed by the events at Enies Lobby and a shared drink in Water 7, had given him new perspective. He saw how Ace had saved Robin, giving her a home, and he began to believe in a world where, as Ace had put it, "everyone can have enough to eat, and everyone can enjoy a banquet."

But now, faced with the reality unfolding on Sabaody, those ideals seemed impossibly distant. The sound of war echoed in his ears, drowning out all other thoughts.

"Crunch, crunch..."

Aokiji's fists tightened until his knuckles turned white, a deep sadness settling in his heart. What difference was there between this and Ohara? Where was the world Ace had spoken of—a world of peace and plenty?

All he could hear now were the desperate cries of civilians, caught in the crossfire of Marine artillery. Just a short time ago, at the banquet in Water 7, those same people had been laughing and celebrating. But here, on this island ruled by the Celestial Dragons, their laughter had been replaced by screams.

Something was fundamentally broken in this world!

"You're very sad, aren't you, sir?" Issho's deep voice broke the silence as his Observation Haki sensed the turmoil within Aokiji.

"Ah, how tragic..."

Aokiji clenched his teeth, his eyes brimming with unshed tears. But under the effect of his Devil Fruit powers, those tears froze the moment they formed, shattering into tiny ice fragments that dissipated in the air. An Admiral of the Headquarters, even in a moment like this, wasn't allowed the simple dignity of crying.

"Destroy all the escaping ships. No one is to leave this island alive," came Akainu's cold command from the shore. He stood there, having regained some strength, watching as the Vice Admirals retreated from the central battlefield.

This island was now an obstacle to justice. Its existence would be completely erased.

"Sakazuki!" Aokiji snapped at hearing that all-too-familiar directive. His body immediately began to transform, ice crackling as it spread, freezing the ground beneath him. His form shifted into a chilling elemental state, exuding an immense cold.

Just as Aokiji prepared to act, Sengoku appeared before him in an instant, slamming his head into the ground. "What do you think you're doing, Kuzan? Have you lost your mind?!" Sengoku growled, holding him down with all his strength.

"Just... just hold me down, Marshal," Aokiji's trembling voice rasped through clenched teeth. "Or I might end up killing Sakazuki."

His words reached Sengoku's ears, filled with sorrow and rage. Looking down at the man he once believed would lead the Marines as their future Fleet Admiral, Sengoku could only watch as Aokiji, his shoulders shaking, cried tears that froze into tiny shards of ice before falling to the ground.

Even now, an Admiral wasn't allowed to show weakness in front of his comrades.

"Kuzan, you fool," Sengoku muttered, sadness etched in his face. A man he had so much faith in, reduced to this.

It was cruel—Aokiji had witnessed such destruction before, during Ohara. But this... this was even worse. The scale of devastation here far surpassed what he had endured at Ohara. Yet, it was the price that had to be paid in the name of justice. There were too many things on this island that needed to be erased. Most important of all, as long as the Sabaody Archipelago existed, it would symbolize the World Government's failure and shame before the world. Its existence simply could not be tolerated.

No one could escape that cold, hard truth.

From high above, Ace stood, watching as a magical formation surged with power. His gaze slowly shifted to Issho, the gravity around them intensifying.

"Ace-san?" Issho looked up, startled to see the faint smile on Ace's face.

"Do what you need to do. And carry my name on your back," Ace declared.

As if in response, a mysterious light enveloped Issho, a surge of energy flooding through him.

"The Second Division Captain of the Entei Pirates' Grand Fleet, Issho, follows your command, Captain!"

"Buzz!"

Issho felt an overwhelming force erupt within him, his body brimming with new strength. In disbelief, he glanced at his hands as a firm resolve settled into his expression. He knew what he had to do.

With a mighty roar, Issho's figure shot into the sky, rising high above the island. He stretched out his arms as the incoming cannon fire rained down upon the Sabaody Archipelago.

"Gravity Field!"

"Buzz!!!"

The entire battlefield quaked as Issho's power surged outward, covering the Sabaody Archipelago with an immense gravitational force. Under its influence, the countless cannonballs suspended in mid-air, halted by the overwhelming pressure of Issho's gravity.

"Second Division Captain of the Entei Pirates' Grand Fleet—Issho, standing for justice!" His voice echoed across the battlefield, directed at the fleet of more than 150 Marine warships.

Aokiji's body, still trembling with emotion, suddenly froze in place. His face, buried in the ground, displayed a conflicted mix of emotions—bitterness, sorrow, and hope.

...

"As a pirate, why would you pull such a disgusting stunt just to save these people?" Akainu spat, his fury palpable.

"Boom!!!"

At that very moment, in the center of the battlefield, a massive magic circle ignited, glowing with black flames and streaks of lightning. A powerful explosion followed, and from within the smoke and fire, five monstrous figures emerged, cloaked in black flame clouds.

The Five Elders—every last one of them—had arrived!
