Chapter 533: Reasonable Demands

"ENOUGH!"

A booming sound shattered the air, followed by a spatial vortex opening up.

Emerging from it was another airship, larger and more advanced, but strangely familiar.

It resembled the spaceship from those fragmented memories. They must have either discovered its blueprint or salvaged and restored a wrecked one.

As the ship hovered overhead, a dozen figures soared out, each displaying power levels far beyond the norm.

Not a single one was weaker than Zelly, showcasing their immense strength.

They were the pinnacle of human power, known as The United Power.

"You finally show yourself. I was starting to wonder if you were going to keep hiding," I chuckled aloud, testing their reaction to my bold demeanor.

Their reactions varied: some exchanged looks with frowns of disapproval, others sneered with obvious disdain.

One stepped forward, his expression a mix of irritation and challenge, clearly unimpressed by my rude words.

However, the one I was most interested in was the metallic silver figure at the forefront.

His entire body was silver, with a red gem on his forehead that, upon closer inspection, contained a cluster of codes.

It became obvious to me that this individual had no brain; he looked more like a computer that got a body.

"My name is Tony Astron, leader of the United Power," he introduced himself, his voice mechanical and vibrating.

"I'm Zyden Magnum Godheart, Supreme God Mage," I introduced myself proudly, reveling in the awesome feeling the title brought me.

"Let's discuss this. Fighting each other will only lead to losses on both sides," he explained, attempting to downplay the fact that he had initiated the conflict by sending his robots after me.

"What both sides? There are thousands of you, and only one of me. The loses won't be proportionate at all," I chuckled, taunting them because I was bored.

"You—" One of the members of United Power began to speak, but he was quickly silenced by a raised hand from Tony.

"Let me talk to him, " His metallic voice resonated with authority as he intervened, ensuring no further interruptions.

"That's right, you should listen to your leader. You're just a minor character so don't over step your authority," I shook my head in disappointment.

This angered a lot of members, but they all maintained their silence out of respect for their leader.

This guy must be pretty powerful to keep these prideful and egotistic people in check.

"What do you want?" he asked, now willing to engage in conversation after realizing that fighting me would only lead to more deaths.

I contemplated for a moment and decided not to be too demanding, or they might start to perceive me as the antagonist here.

Which was far from the truth, because I possess all the qualities that a protagonist should have.

Perfect face, perfect body, perfect mind, perfect attitude, perfect power—perfect in every way imaginable. It would take me years to list all my perfect characteristics.

"I want full control of Earth. Basically, you all need to serve me as the new owner. There will no longer be governments because I will own all the countries and all the resources. When I say everything, I mean everything,"

The members of the United Power started barking out how ridiculous my demand was.

"What? You can't be serious!"

"This is madness!"

"Who do you think you are?"

Their voices was filled with annoyance, expressing their disbelief.

"I'm literally a god, but much more handsome and cooler," I replied with a confident smirk.

"You..." A black-haired woman stepped forward, clad in armor that only covered her chest and waist, holding a sword that emitted a dangerous aura.

"You're quite the hottie. How about you quit that United Power and be with me? It's a higher status than your little play organization,"

"Fuck off!" She eyed me menacingly, clearly insulted by my proposition.

"Don't insult her," Tony came to the rescue. For a robot, he knew how to be a simp.

"I'm giving her the chance to be with me. That's an honor," I stated confidently.

"Interesting. It seems my observation about you being extremely egotistic was correct," He spat back.

I raised my eyebrow at his incorrect assessment.

"I'm pretty sure I'm very humble," I replied sarcastically.

"I don't think my data is wrong. It says here that you have a 100% chance of being narcissistic and very dangerous because you are too egotistic, and see yourself as the center of the universe,"

"That's really biased because your data came from studying humans," I pointed out.

Tony paused for a moment, contemplating how to reply.

"Well, then can you enlighten me about yourself? You said you are not from this world, so it's alright to assume that you are an alien."

"There's really nothing more to say. Just know that I'm powerful, and if you all don't surrender, you will regret it," I stated firmly.

"And where is your confidence coming from? I admit you're strong, but after calculating our total force and considering the power you've shown, I'm 100% confident that we can defeat you if we go all out and don't care about collateral damage," he countered boldly.

I shook my head after hearing his silly statement. It seemed they had underestimated me because I had been holding back.

'Should I get more serious?' I thought to myself, hesitating, as I considered whether it might be overkill.

But seeing the defiant look on their faces, it seemed I had to dial back on my humility and assert myself more forcefully.

"Supreme Tier Magic... Chronos-sphere," I declared.

Instantly, a purple, semi-transparent barrier enveloped me, extending in a 100-meter radius.

"I'll show you that you can never beat me, no matter what you do," I taunted. "Come on, launch your strongest attack against me."

"I've had enough of your bullshit!" The woman I teased before roared, as golden energy began to converge into her sword, transforming into light particles.

She raised her sword, and with each passing second, the light grew brighter and brighter.

The air around it hummed with intensity, and even the space itself bended under the pressure.

"Radiant Slash!" she cried out while swinging her sword.

From its tip, a flash of light briefly glowed, and an attack close to the speed of light cut through the air.

It was really fast.

However, the moment it entered my barrier, it instantly became suspended mid-air.

"Talk about bad timing," I chuckled aloud, finding it amusing that she had chosen to use that type of attack after I had cast a literal time freeze area of effect.

"Impossible," she was speechless.

The attack she had just launched was one of her strongest and fastest, so the shock was too much for her.

I spun my staff for added effect before responding, "Nothing is really impossible for me."

"So, I'll ask you again, submit or die. Choose carefully, I'm running out of patience," I declared my tone colder and more threatening now.
