Pakura wasn't surprised by this decision.

Though she was primarily focused on her training, she didn't have a strong desire to become the Fifth Kazekage. Returning to claim the position was more about her attachment to Sunagakure and a desire to vent her frustrations.

After Chiyo and Maki finalized the inauguration ceremony date, Pakura excused herself and left.

It was clear to Pakura that he had gone to avenge her.

"You're back."

Shishou looked up at Pakura and smiled.

"Yes," Pakura replied, sitting on Shishou's lap and leaning into his embrace.

Shishou nudged Sasori's puppet body with his foot and said, "I brought you a gift. Unfortunately, Sasori abandoned his main body puppet and escaped at the last moment."

Shishou then recounted his battle with Sasori.

Pakura wriggled a bit in Shishou's arms and said with a smile, "As long as his puppets are destroyed, Sasori is no longer a threat."

A puppet master without their puppets was significantly weakened and not a concern.

Pakura was already aware of Sasori's chakra core from what Shishou had told her, so she wasn't surprised.

Looking up at the moon in the night sky, Shishou continued their conversation.

"You came back late. It seems Sunagakure has decided to make you the Fifth Kazekage, right?"

"Yes, they even set the date. In a few days, they'll inform the Daimyo of the Land of Wind."

"Once you're Kazekage, what are your plans?"

"What plans? I'll continue my Sage training."

"You're the Kazekage now; you should have some plans."

"Well, I plan to set up a secretarial team like Tsunade did, then leave everything to Maki and the others while I focus on my training."

Shishou couldn't help but laugh, shaking his head. He felt that Tsunade and Pakura had been influenced by Mei Terumi, becoming somewhat unprofessional.

"You'll just be a figurehead Kazekage."

Pakura laughed, "As long as they listen to me, it doesn't matter."

Then, with a determined look, Pakura said, "Shishou, will you come to my inauguration ceremony?"

Shishou was taken aback, "Attend? In what capacity?"

Pakura proudly lifted her chin and smiled, "How about as the Fifth Kazekage's man?"

Shishou laughed and hugged Pakura tightly. "My battle with the leader of Akatsuki is approaching. I'm worried it might bring trouble to Sunagakure."

Although he could easily deal with Akatsuki members, they were still formidable and could cause significant casualties to ordinary people.

Hearing this, Pakura agreed. "Alright, let's not talk about that. Let's continue what we were doing."

With that, Pakura leaned in and kissed Shishou.

After a while, Shishou carried Pakura into the room, and they continued their passionate embrace.

Once Temari successfully integrated Wind Release chakra nature transformation into her jutsus, Shishou bid her farewell, preparing to leave Sunagakure.

Having been on a mission for so long, it was time for Shishou to return to Konoha.
