Luffy Twin Brother: The Monkey King

Chapter 27: Chapter 27

"Run!" Kong ordered Vivi, his voice sharp with urgency. She didn't hesitate, spurring Karoo forward as fast as she could.

Then, Kong stepped forward to meet the incoming wave of magma. For a split second, the world seemed to freeze—the air itself growing heavy.

Then, an explosion of unrestrained Conqueror's Haki erupted from Kong, so overwhelming that storm clouds churned violently overhead, crackling with unseen power.

"W-what is this…?" Zoro's eyes widened in shock, his grip tightening on his swords.

He wasn't alone. Sanji, Nami, Usopp—everyone on board the ship froze in place, their bodies trembling as the weight of Kong's presence crashed over them. It wasn't just powerful—it was terrifying.

"He got stronger…" Luffy muttered, a forced smile tugging at his lips. A bead of sweat rolled down the side of his face as he clenched his fists. He needed to get stronger, fast, if he wanted to keep up with Kong.

A powerful shockwave burst outward from Kong's Conqueror's Haki, sending Vivi and the duck flying back along with everything around them. Even the rushing magma was forcefully pushed back as if it had slammed into an invisible wall.

Akainu's eyes flickered with a hint of shock—just for a moment. Then, his killing intent doubled.

With a furious snarl, he moved forward, his fists erupting with magma, sending a barrage of molten fists rocketing toward Kong.

Kong wasted no time, leaping off the cliffside and onto the ocean's surface, his feet skimming the water as he ran at blinding speed.

Akainu didn't let up, his magma fists tearing through the air, exploding against the water with each miss. Waves erupted, steam hissed, and the sea churned violently from the Admiral's relentless assault. Kong dodged each blast to the best of his ability, but the sheer heat and pressure made it impossible to avoid everything.

Akainu kicked off the ground, his body becoming a streak of molten fury as he closed the gap instantly.

Kong's eyes narrowed. Without hesitation, he launched himself into the sky, soaring upward as if gravity had no hold on him. He shot through the air, piercing through the clouds, but Akainu followed without hesitation, his body a trail of searing magma.

Kong smirked. His body shifted instantly, his density skyrocketing. With the weight of a mountain, he came rocketing down, his sword gripped tightly, meeting Akainu's blazing fist head-on.

"Sword Art: Meteor Fall!" Kong roared, slashing his sword downward with all his might.

"Surtur!" Akainu bellowed, his molten fist surging forward, his strongest attack unleashed.

The clash shattered the sky.

A deafening explosion erupted from the impact, the sheer force ripping through the atmosphere. The air howled as shockwaves tore through the clouds, racing outward with unstoppable force.

The ocean trembled beneath them, a massive crater forming where the sea had been—as if the very ocean had been blown away by the sheer power of their battle.

Far below, the Straw Hat ship rocked violently, nearly flipping over from the impact. The crew scrambled desperately, working together to steady the ship against the unforgiving waves.

Not all were so lucky.

Several marine ships capsized instantly, their crews screaming as they were flung into the sea. Others were sent drifting uncontrollably, their sails shredded, their hulls cracked from the sheer force of the blast.

But flipping over wasn't their only concern.

The aftermath of the clash birthed colossal waves, surging outward with enough force to swallow entire islands whole. The Straw Hat crew braced themselves, fighting against the violent sea as the towering waves loomed over them.

Alabasta was somewhat save since the waves large enough to small islands were going away from there due to how close they were. But still, large waves were still going to hit the island, making the people wish for their island to return to its dryer days.

Yet, Luffy's focus remained unshaken.

His wide eyes locked onto the center of the explosion, searching desperately for Kong. His heartbeat pounded in his chest as he scanned the chaos, refusing to blink.

Then, he saw him.

Kong was falling, his body limp, plummeting headfirst toward the ocean below. And Akainu followed.

Both warriors were unconscious, their battle ending in devastation. It was clear what had happened. Kong, in a final, all-or-nothing move, had maximized his density, turning himself into a human meteor as he fell toward Akainu at full force. His swordsmanship, his mastery of Conqueror's Haki, and the sheer weight of his attack had been enough for both parties to faint.

"Hana was shocked." On the marine ship, the captain, Hana, stood frozen in shock aboard the marine ship, her wide eyes locked on the unbelievable sight before her. Kong had caught Akainu mid-fall, landing effortlessly on the surface of the water as if it were solid ground.

"Round two, and Kong takes the win again!" Kong roared with laughter, his voice carrying over the battlefield. This time, there were no tricks—just raw power and a well-timed strike that had sealed his victory.

But did Kong stop there? Of course not. To the absolute horror of everyone watching, he casually strolled onto land, pulled down his pants, and went on to pee… right on Akainu's unconscious face.

"Something about this guy… he isn't likable… so I'll go overboard," Kong muttered, aiming directly for Akainu's nose and mouth.

Hana's jaw dropped at the sheer audacity of the act. She wasn't alone—every marine present stood frozen in horror, unable to process what they were witnessing.

With his business handled, Kong wasted no time. He bolted across the raging waves at high speed, racing toward Luffy's ship before it got too far. he didn't trust himself not to get lost if he fell behind. As he moved, he made sure to knock out every marine aboard the nearby battleships, clearing his escape route.

Finally, he leaped onto the Straw Hats' ship, landing smoothly before straightening up and scanning the faces of the stunned crew members.

"What?" Kong asked, confusion evident in his voice. He followed the crew's wide-eyed stares, tracing them to his right side… only to freeze in place.

His left arm was missing.

Kong blinked. He was sure he had grabbed Akainu with his left hand… but as the realization settled in, he recalled the truth—it had been his right hand. His body, in its stubborn resilience, had subconsciously blocked out the pain, refusing to acknowledge that it couldn't withstand the sheer force of impact.

"Ha…" Kong said in shock. For a moment, he simply stared, his mind struggling to catch up. Then, a sharp, searing pain shot through him, twisting his face in agony. A cry tore from his throat before everything faded to black.

Like Akainu, Kong collapsed. But unlike most, his sheer willpower fought to keep him tethered to consciousness unless he had relaxed…
