Xypher crossed his arms. "That depends. What's going on?"

The elder's face darkened. "An evil mage, known as Malagar, seeks to corrupt our village and drain the World Tree's power. We cannot stop him alone."

Lyra clenched her fists. "Then we'll help you!"

The elder nodded. "Before facing him, you must undergo the Trials of the Ancients—a test of magic and strength."

The village warriors led Xypher and Lyra to a sacred training ground, where they faced powerful magical opponents.

Xypher fought a flame-wielding warrior, pushing his energy beyond its limits. His Aura Breaker evolved, and his power surged.

Lyra fought an air-dancer, learning to control the wind itself, her movements becoming faster and more fluid.

Malagar, the Evil Mage, had arrived.

Xypher charged in first, fists glowing with raw energy. "You talk too much!" He launched a devastating punch, but Malagar deflected it effortlessly, sending Xypher crashing into a wall.

Lyra attacked with swift wind-infused strikes, but Malagar's magic overwhelmed her, knocking her to the ground.

Lyra extended her hand. "This ends now!"

She unleashed a storm of cutting winds, slicing through Malagar's dark magic. With a final Wind Burst, she sent him flying into the abyss, his screams echoing through the cavern.

Xypher smirked. "Wow… you can achieve forms like me, Lyra. That's great!"

Lyra smiled… before her body collapsed.

Xypher caught her just in time. "Hey! Lyra!"

She had used too much energy and lost consciousness. Xypher carried her back to the village and gave her a magical drink infused with the World Tree's energy.

Lyra sighed. "I guess."
