Heroes of the Holy War

Kaen, after a moment, creates a spiral of flames around himself, while Kazoto, leaning against his back, uses "energy discharge" on the ground. The flames begin to swirl faster, and Kaen stabs his katana into the ground. Kazoto jumps out of the vortex and, bouncing from fence to fence, tries to strike one of the girls, but she dodges and thrusts him into the fence. However, instead of destroying it, Kazoto ends up in a place where everything is black and white. He sees the girl, but when he tries to hit her, his fist passes right through.

"What is this? Did I end up in the shadow world or something?" Kazoto says, then sees Kaen preparing to perform the

"Heaven's Spiral Slash."

The Heaven's Spiral Slash is an attack created by Kaen and Kazoto. It uses the mana of wind, fire, and the power of Raigan. The electrical discharges and Kaen's fire practically fuse into plasma, making the blade that absorbs this energy practically a lightsaber.

Kazoto, looking at the girl standing in front of Kaen, notices a bright light under her feet. When he runs into it, he jumps out from under her feet and immediately thrusts a kunai into her shoulder. Kaen quickly turns around and throws his katana at the girl. She dodges, but Kaen smiles and crosses his fingers on his right hand. Suddenly, the katana pierces her back. The girl turns around and sees Kazoto holding the katana. When the energy saturation effect fades from the blade, Kazoto pulls the katana from her back.

"Rule number one in a 2v2 fight: always watch your back," Kazoto says, throwing the sword back to Kaen. When one of the girls tries to escape, Kazoto paralyzes her with Raigan. The girl falls to the ground, and Viktor lifts her by the hair, saying,

"How nice it is when a fly dies," before grabbing her head and crushing her skull with sheer force. Kaen and Kazoto turn away to avoid vomiting.

"We have a slight problem," Viktor says in a serious tone.

Moments later, the girls' bodies turn to ash. Kaen, shocked, looks at the rock they brought, which also disappears.

"Was... that an illusion?" Kazoto asks, to which Viktor replies,

"Shadow clones." Viktor starts preparing things, and a worried Jay asks,

"What happened?" Viktor, taking his sword, says,

"Take care of your sister," then goes to another room. Elarina approaches and asks Kaen,

"Are we going too?"

Kaen replies,

"If we want the sword, we need to help Viktor and Jay. Will you stay, just in case?" Elarina, worried, responds,

"What if I get po-" Kaen interrupts, saying,

"If needed, I'll teleport you to us and back," then places a symbol in the shape of the sign "transfer" and "fire" on Elarina's hand. He then approaches Jay and, applying the same symbol, says,

"With this, I can bring Kazoto here in case of any problems."

"Are you going too?" asks Jay, frightened.

The conversation is interrupted by Viktor, saying,

"Put the mark on me too."

Kaen responds,

"I warn you in advance, I can't remove them."

Jay immediately reacts angrily and says,

"And you didn't warn me?"

Kaen defends himself,

"Do you want protection?"

After preparations, Viktor and the boys leave and start running toward the city. When they reach the fountain in the city center, they jump onto a building, and Viktor begins to speak,

"They sent clones to find out if the sword is worth anything. They must have eavesdropped on you."

Kazoto immediately asks,

"You don't give away valuable artifacts?"

Viktor, confident, replies,

"You know I'm trying to get my daughter back."

After a moment of silence, Viktor continues,

"Jay took the sword to their hideout under the city. If we enter there, we'll find the sword and a map to the dungeon where they are keeping my daughter. The dungeon is the labyrinth of Muggen. Without the map, you'd sooner find the meaning of life than the entrance and exit."

Moments later, Akira's shouting is heard. Kaen finds Akira, who is being dragged by Aki, who is talking with Hana.

"What happened to his hair?" Kazoto asks, noticing that Akira has short hair again, but this time it's perfectly slicked to the left. Akira, tied up, shouts something, but Aki and Hana ignore him and drag him somewhere. As they disappear around the corner, Viktor notices two henchmen entering the hideout, grabs Kaen and Kazoto under their armpits, and jumps alongside them, quickly knocking both out. He says,

"You'll wear their uniforms and enter quietly. I'll use my entrance."

Kazoto, taking the clothes, says,

"Who do you owe a debt to?" Viktor smirks, and Kaen says,

"If you don't know what it's about, it's about money." Kazoto doesn't understand and finishes putting on the uniform. When they enter the hideout, they see many workers forging something. Kazoto spots Viktor, who signals them to move to the weapon stand. The boys approach, and Viktor strikes Kaen on the head. As Kaen falls, Viktor quietly says,

"Lie down for now."

When he grabs Kazoto as a hostage, he shouts,

"I want to talk to Hans!"

Moments later, Hans emerges from the balcony under the roof.

"Now shoot him," Kazoto paralyzes him with Raigan, and Viktor jumps up to Hans to interrogate him, but someone kicks him off the balcony. It's one of the twins.

"You don't have any weapons anymore," says the girl next to Kaen, to which he utters the words,

"Fourth technique of the new flames—Lucifer's Sword," then a sword forms in his hand, with which Kaen barely cuts a lock of the girl's hair. The other draws an "X" in the air, sending it toward Kaen. Kazoto grabs a chair and blocks the girl's attack.

"Mai, can you hold them?" the girl from above shouts.

"No way. I just did my nails," says Mai, and Kaen takes the opportunity to grab her by the hair and pins her to the ground. Kazoto utters the words,

"Let Zeus fill my lightning with the light of darkness. Black Flash!" then fires a black lightning bolt at the girl, who raises her hand, and the spell disappears. When Kaen sees this, he immediately jumps high into the air, throwing four kunai. Mai retreats to her sister, who catches all four kunai.

"It's futi-" she doesn't finish as she receives a clean blow from Kazoto.

"Your face is futile," Kazoto says, jumping back to Hans, who tries to escape.

"Miki, do something," Mai shouts to her sister, who, getting up, says,

"You could do something too."

Moments later, Viktor appears before the girls and says,

"Space.

Seven heavens.

Creation.

Reality Breakdown."

A moment later, white light fills the room. Shortly after, music starts playing, like in a gambling house. Hans rises and, moments later, falls to his knees, saying,

"I beg, please, I'll give you your daughter, but leave me." Viktor looks with disdain and, after a moment, his foot crushes Hans's head. Turning to the girls, he says,

"He doesn't know where she is, does he?" The terrified twins are unable to move, and Kaen and Kazoto don't know what happened to the room.
