Just as Bai Yi seemed to grasp something crucial, he suddenly heard a furious shout from Lei Zhen beside him. Whirling around, Bai Yi witnessed a scene he could not bring himself to believe. Bai Yi saw that one of Lei Hu's hands had pierced through Lei Zhen's chest, extending out from the front. Moreover, within the hand that had penetrated Lei Zhen's chest, Lei Hu held a still-beating heart.

"Lei Hu, you, you, you..." Lei Lie stammered three "you's" in succession, then found himself at a loss for words. The sight before his eyes completely exceeded Lei Lie's cognitive capacity. He couldn't understand why Lei Hu would suddenly strike, and deliver such a lethal blow at that. Although Lei Zhen was a Supreme Peak fighter, with his heart in Lei Hu's grasp, even if he did not die immediately, he couldn't have long left. Lei Hu did not seem panicked, though. Even though he was surprised by Bai Yi's speed, the moment the Thunder Cage trapped him, Lei Hu let out a tiger's roar and his right hand transformed into a tiger's paw, swiping at the Thunder Cage. Seeing Lei Hu's action, Bai Yi was not alarmed but pleased; he even floated back without further concern for the cage or Lei Hu who was attacking it from inside.

Thanks to Bai Yi's brief delay, Lei Lie's attack was imminent. Lei Lie, with his fists clenched together, was ready to smash down on Lei Hu with great force. Knowing the immense power behind Lei Lie's impending strike, Lei Hu intended to break free from the Thunder Cage with brute force to avoid it.

But when Lei Hu's right palm struck the Thunder Cage, the cage suddenly twisted violently, and all the columns of Thunder Light, as if a multitude of serpents, writhed up Lei Hu's right arm onto his body. Then, Lei Hu's form was forcibly immobilized on the spot. Aside from being able to move his eyes, his body was completely restrained.

Lei Lie's thunderous punch, brimming with a domineering aura, slammed heavily onto the top of Lei Hu's head. The punch landed squarely, forcing Lei Hu's figure to buckle, sinking into the ground from his knees down. Blood, steaming hot, streamed from Lei Hu's eyes, ears, nostrils, and mouth.

However, because of Lei Lie's supremely powerful strike, the white Thunder Light that had been used to bind Lei Lie's body also shattered instantly. Thus, although Lei Hu was severely injured, he regained his freedom. Moreover, since Lei Hu was originally the most physically formidable among the four, despite being struck by Lei Lie which caused bleeding from all seven apertures, he still appeared extremely ferocious.

Since Lei Lie's punch had landed squarely on the top of Lei Hu's head, his body naturally fell in front of Lei Hu. Just as he was preparing to strike again and rip out Lei Hu's heart, Lei Hu, despite his serious injuries, was not as incapacitated as expected. Instead, he suddenly leaned forward, his right palm, now a tiger's claw, slammed towards Lei Lie's head, and the five sharp claws gleamed frostily. If this claw were to hit, Lei Lie's half skull would probably vanish.

But Lei Lie had the upper hand, and given that Lei Hu's movements were somewhat sluggish from the last blow, Lei Lie simply clenched his left fist and swung a punch sideways, advancing instead of retreating, smashing it into the tiger claw's palm before its power reached its peak.

Lei Hu, struck by this immensely powerful punch, was immediately sent spinning to the right. But even so, Lei Hu did not give up his attack. As he spun, a tail as tough as a steel whip lashed at Lei Lie's waist. Lei Lie had not anticipated this at all and he couldn't believe that Lei Hu still had the strength to counterattack after taking two hits from him.

So, he was sent flying diagonally by this tail strike. Bai Yi, having used a move called Thunder Cage earlier, had retreated to the side. Seeing Lei Lie being thrown after just two strikes, Bai Yi flashed forward in surprise and caught him. Lei Lie wasn't seriously injured, just caught off guard and flung by the force of the tail. Once caught by Bai Yi, his posture stabilized.

Seeing that Lei Lie was unharmed, Bai Yi looked up at Lei Hu who was not far away. Lei Hu looked rather pitiful by then, not only was there bleeding from his seven orifices, but his right arm appeared to be dislocated. Although it wasn't broken, it probably couldn't exert much force. He also breathed heavily, clearly Lei Lie's head-on strike had damaged Lei Hu's internal organs. But there wasn't a trace of fear in Lei Hu's eyes, instead, the madness within them deepened.

"Bai Yi, prepare your strongest strike. This time, we must finish him!" No sooner had Lei Lie's words fallen than he charged towards Lei Hu, who was kneeling on the ground, with a series of lightning bolts. "Bai Yi, strike now, quick! This guy is very strong; I can't hold on much longer!" Just as Bai Yi made his move, Lei Lie suddenly shouted at him. It turned out that upon colliding with Lei Hu, Lei Lie had actually grabbed Lei Hu in his arms, embracing not just him but also the huge tiger phantom.

However, he hadn't expected Lei Hu's strength to be greater than he had imagined, so he had no choice but to urgently urge Bai Yi to make a move. As Lei Lie's voice faded, an arm full of pale Thunder Light already had pierced through Lei Hu's chest, and in the palm at the end of that arm was a bloody heart, still pulsing.
