Chapter 1213: Part 2: Tommy Anderson's clever decision
Anderson Family Meeting:
"Someone is killing people in our own territory. I think it has to do with the captured wizards of the True Elements Society."
"I don't want to put my daughter's life at risk. So I have decided to release the imprisoned True Elements Society wizards tomorrow," Tommy said.
Gasp!
Some of the elders exclaimed. They never thought it would be the True Elements Society. If the True Elements Society wants to deal with them using such methods, then no one can be safe.
Thinking about the death of the 11th Elder and two lower hall elders, everyone's back went cold.
"No, it's a bad idea," Blevins refuted the decision all of a sudden.
Tommy's eyes turned cold. The room went silent. They were expecting the 2nd Elder to create a scene.
The 5th Elder, Alec's face turned ugly. He disliked the 1st and 2nd Elders, as did most of them. Things had been going badly ever since their feud started with the True Elements Society.
Even today, he was puzzled as to why they had imprisoned True Elements Society wizards. Just because they had offended the main family descendants? He doesn't think so.
Vera was dissatisfied with the 2nd Elder's words as well. She didn't know how the Family Head was controlling his anger.
Tommy looked at him, his gaze piercing into Blevins's body—the pressure of a Magic Lord, something not even the Supreme Wizard could handle.
Blevins shuddered. He had never seen the Family Head this angry before.
"You want to put my daughter's life at risk?" Tommy asked.
Hearing that, Blevins immediately felt bad. He had reacted without thinking. He then quickly thought of something before saying, "Family Head, their wizards have insulted our family. It's normal for us to implement the laws."
"What laws?" Tommy said with a snort.
"I don't want two wizarding powerhouses to go against each other just because of a bunch of arrogant brats," Tommy said.
"It was my final decision. I'm going to contact the True Elements Society Head right away. If any of you have objections, raise your hand," he added.
"Family Head, Miss Cory's safety is important."
"We should resolve our misunderstanding with the True Elements Society."
"It's really unnecessary to fight against them."
One by one, the elders started to give their opinions. But most chose to support the Family Head. First, because they didn't want to get targeted by the True Elements Society.
So much so that they were ready to offend the 2nd Elder.
"Family Head, we should resolve this issue right away," Alec said.
"I support your decision, Family Head," Vera said next.
The rest of them supported the Family Head's decision as well. Secondly, earlier they had been afraid of the 1st and 2nd Elders because they had received so many benefits from them.
So they had supported their choices so far. But this time, it's a matter of life and death. They are not fools to offend the Family Head this time.
This time, it's a matter of his daughter's safety. No one wants to get on his bad side. Who knows? What would the Family Head do to them?
Tommy eased his eyebrows. After a long time, he was seeing this amount of support—all thanks to his daughter. He knew these people didn't want to get on his bad side.
And the 2nd Elder didn't have reasonable arguments to convince them.
"Alright, the meeting is ended," Tommy said before leaving. Find your next read at My Virtual Library Empire
Blevins's face looked contorted. Those who received benefits from him immediately vacated the place. Even the people behind the 1st Elder left the room.
They didn't have the 1st Elder here, so they were quite happy. Alec and Vera left the place with relief. They didn't think anyone apart from the True Elements Society was causing trouble.
When everyone was gone, the 2nd Elder, Blevins, stayed behind. His eyes reddened in anger. He was not angry with the Family Head.
Rather, all of his anger was directed towards the 1st Elder. He thought the old man had spoiled everything because of his greed—greed for the main lineage's bloodline.
Next, it wouldn't be easy to create trouble anytime soon. So he left the room with dissatisfaction.

True Elements Society:
Head's office:
Head Howard Mason was reading the report sent by Vincent Carey. Elder Stella was sitting opposite him. After reading the report, he viewed the Anderson Family Territory Map.
This detailed map was different from an ordinary one. Only people in high positions had detailed maps with them because the map had markings of forbidden areas inside the Anderson Family Territory.
Some of them were natural; others were man-made. Such places were likely to be experimental areas.
Howard's eyes flashed with a gleam. Now he understood everything. The captured wizards were alive, except for the one who was killed on the first day.
"How did he do it?" Howard asked himself in his heart.
He was amazed by the fact that the report not only included the map but also the prison layout. With this, he could go there directly to rescue them before others arrived.
He then raised his head and asked, "What do you think of the rush report?"
"It must be true. The kid doesn't lie. He must have captured a few wizards and interrogated them," Stella replied.
Because it's the only possible way to collect reports. Vincent Carey is a Gravity Magic user. He can't possibly use other methods.
Howard suddenly thought of something important.
He asked, "I heard their 11th Elder was killed. There are also two killings reported. Do you think this kid is behind it?"
It was a ridiculous thought, but he asked it anyway.
Stella was dumbfounded. She shook her head, saying, "Someone is fishing in muddy waters."
A look of realization dawned on Howard.
He said, "I heard his daughter faced many assassination attempts in the past few years. Maybe others have done this."
"That kid has done a good job. Tell him I'm on my way," he said.
Stella nodded before sending the message. Then they talked about a few other things before she left. Howard felt a huge weight lifted off his shoulders because of this report.
