As Bai Zhongqi immersed himself in preparing for the future invasion by the Teizen, Earth was far from tranquil. This was to be expected, especially since Bai Zhongqi had launched a campaign to eradicate the Brain Worms, causing major political upheaval in many leading nations. Power structures shifted, and control over societal and national affairs severely waned. Even in a traditionally stable and civilized country like the Lighthouse Country, riots of varying degrees broke out in over forty cities, with some regions suffering significant loss of life and property.

What was even more terrifying was that Earthlings experienced a collective mental breakdown upon receiving news of an impending invasion by a Cannibalistic Civilization. Although Bai Zhongqi released only limited information, the basic details became well known.

A two-year preparation period (or rather, a struggle for survival), a fleet of thousands of interstellar warships, enslavement of countless other civilizations, preying on intelligent beings, vicious and brutal...

Such news was enough to make any rational person collapse. People were living ordinary lives, never imagining significant changes to their lifestyles, but then the Iridium Star people appeared, and Earth's societal landscape began to change dramatically day by day. Suddenly, there were Brain Worms and Lizard People, even facing an existential crisis for the Earth—it was too much for anyone to accept.

After concluding his Fleet preparation plan on Spratly Island, Bai Zhongqi took a blue wave boat to Amsterdam, Netherlands, to attend a meeting.

Most European countries saw near total destruction of their political and business sectors during the extermination campaign. Like the Netherlands, a well-known Western European power, from the national to the local government, almost everything was dissolved. The Dutch military itself lost all combat effectiveness due to purging the Brain Worms and the human officers entangled with them.

In the Netherlands, Bai Zhongqi even had to deploy over ten thousand Bionic Human soldiers from Spratly Islands to maintain stability.

However, this approach caused dissatisfaction among many locals. In truth, after Bai Zhongqi disclosed the situations regarding the Brain Worms and the Teizene to the world, while many people became shockingly aware that their known world was an illusion, those who lost their sense of familiarity with the world of yesterday sometimes reacted hysterically.

When Bai Zhongqi's spacecraft arrived in Amsterdam, he was transported in a vehicle provided by the Dutch side to the conference center. To his surprise, there were massive crowds of protesters along the way.

Sitting opposite him, his assistant Zero blinked her large eyes and said to Bai Zhongqi, "The protesters here come from all over Europe, and the opposition to you is from every facet. Your Majesty, you have almost faced unanimous opposition from left-wing, right-wing, centrist, just about every political spectrum and ideology, which can be considered unprecedented."

Zero watched as Bai Zhongqi became engrossed in the view and chuckled lightly, "There aren't many of our Bionic Human soldiers maintaining order on this street, but these protesters are 'quite disciplined.' Heh, they know what kind of people they are dealing with, and that if they were to anger the Iridium Star people, they would certainly be doomed."

Bai Zhongqi didn't care and simply said, "For some people, what they are opposing and what their ultimate goals are, they don't really care. What's important to them is that they've taken action, adopted a stance, and that makes them believe they are some remarkable figure, or perhaps a champion of civil rights."

Zero seemed very interested in these actions and ideas of humanity, saying, "Public opinion is quite unfriendly towards us now, even those enthusiasts who were once eager to make contact with us now hold grievances."

At that moment, Bai Zhongqi heard someone outside the car window shouting, "It's the Iridium Star people who brought destruction! Teizene is nothing but a hoax, a trick concocted by the Iridium Star to rule Earth!"

"It's the Iridium Star who exposed our Earth! If Earth hadn't made contact with the Iridium Star, then we wouldn't have been discovered by the Teizene!"

Bai Zhongqi squinted his eyes to look at those standing on some platform loudly expressing their views outside. These people were discussing conspiracy theories, and Bai Zhongqi was considering whether he should do something about these people.

However, Zero seemed to enjoy the commotion, saying with a smile, "This person's analysis is actually quite accurate; indeed, without Iridium Star's quantum communication devices, Harass would not have been able to send Earth's coordinates back to Teizene Star."

Bai Zhongqi hadn't disclosed these details, but some people speculated. They thought that before the Iridium Star arrived, no aliens or even alien invasions had been seen, so it must somehow be related to the Iridium Star.

The emotions of the protesters escalated at that point, with someone even shouting, "Iridium Star people, get out of Earth, Earth belongs to Earthlings!"

"The Earth belongs to us!"

Meanwhile, the ideologists were also chanting, "Long live democracy, the dictatorial reign of the Iridium Star will eventually collapse!"
