From Nine Rank Psychic to a Totem of a Small Tribe

Inside his dark soul space, Gavin feels the connection with his clone gets cut. Now, he has to wait for the clone to return after the destruction of the Snake Tribe. 

It will take two hours to cross through the mountain range from beside the waterfall. It is a shortcut to reach the Snake Tribe as after reaching the other side of the mountain, a couple of minutes distance is the Snake Tribe.

Even his clone if can kill the snake tribe's totem takes 10 minutes, then also for the clone to gather the resources and tribe members and return with them will take an hour extra. So minimum of around 7 hours will take the clone to return.

He scans the valley for the last time and finds nothing of his concern. He starts to see if he can create a bronze-rank spell with a partial understanding of his clone's ability. While waiting for the clone to return.

As time passes, snow starts falling and stops after a couple of hours, after some time when the light of the day starts to fade. Gavin inside his seal space busy trying to create a new spell forgets the time outside.

He wakes up from his practice when he feels his clone spirit again. He from the happiness of the clone's spirit and winning message transmitting to his mind when they connected.

But he wants to know how they won.

So, without wasting a moment, he starts to observe his clone's memories. He watches as when the clone and the tribe members reach the Snake Tribe's settlement. The sky was still dark, so they surrounded the snake tribe and waited for the light to shine on the ground.

The darkness is excellent for his clone to attack, but the tribe members cannot attack. So, as the surroundings brighten for the tribe members to see.

The Clone from the western side of the tribe launches a stone spear spell. The tribe members surrounding the snake tribe receive his signal and start shooting arrows at the snake tribe.

The stone spear from his clone tore through the wall of the snake tribe and disappeared from his vision inside the snake tribe settlement. The shout and cries from inside the snake tribe settlement can be heard but no one comes out of the snake tribe.

Gavin watching the clone memory, understands why the snake tribe members do not come out of their settlement. He had heard the attack strategy of the Snake Tribes and the humans were the same. The difference is the humans use magic guns to shoot and then arrows.

The Clone runs around the snake tribe and repeatedly shoots white stone spears on the wall of the snake tribe's settlement. The wooden wall is unable to stop the stone spear as it tore through the snake tribe's settlement wall and disappeared inside the snake tribe.

But sometimes the cry of pain after the clone's stone spear spell meant that the stone spear hit something. 

The Elder suddenly stops his clone, telling him that his owl which is flying above the snake tribe is unable to find the snake tribe totem Ice Poison Snake inside the settlement.

But the owl found in the center of the snake tribe is a hole that leads underground. And now, the tribe members of the snake tribe are entering inside the hole. Hearing this the wolf instructs the elder to lead the tribe members to attack.

From the clone's memory, Gavin watches the clone start running toward the snake tribe settlement and jumps inside through the tear on the wall of the settlement by the clone's stone spear. 

When he arrives at the road where he can see the hole, he notices Snake Tribe's hunters standing in front of the hole.

The snake tribe hunter spotting his clone, starts shaking and some even hand-shocked holding their spear. 

He hears the clone thought seeing the snake tribe hunters standing in front of the hole blocking him.

He understands why the clone did not start massacring them but slowly walked toward them. For his clone, it is easy to kill with his ability but he wants to save as many snake tribe members as possible after the snake tribe totem is killed.

The Snake Tribe will be no more and their tribe members will be part of their tribe. So, if there is a choice he does not want to kill the snake tribe members. The clone controls 'Earth Elemental' energy to surround the Snake tribe hunter's heads.

Blocking their breathing, He watches as they claw on the barrier formed around their head, time passes without oxygen they kneel on the snow and slowly fall unconscious.

Then his tribe members who enter the Snake Tribe Settlement step forward and pull them away from the hole. 

The clone even with his wolf vision cannot see anything inside the hole but he can hear the sound of the breathing of a snake and spiritual energy fluctuation inside the hole.

The Clone thought at the time that the Snake Tribe totem was trying to advance to the bronze rank. Gavin also felt the same from the flunctuation of spiritual energy data he watch from the clone's memory.

He knows the clone killed the Snake tribe totem at last but he wants to know how.

He watches the elder step forward and shouts, " Kais, Why are you hiding inside the hole?" 

When he receives no replies he continues, " Kais, Your tribe always invite our tribe to come to your tribe but will you not receive us."

From inside the hole sound came, " Jion, Your hidden tribe dare to attack us ?"

Elder chucked and replied, " Kais, What nonsense are you saying?" he shouted to his tribe members around, " Tribe members tell me, Did we come to attack the Snake Tribe?"

The tribe members shouted laughing, "No." for the snake tribe to hear.

Elder continues," Did you hear this Kais? We did not come to destroy you like you destroy the Wild Cat and Spring Fairy Tribe? Right Seamus?"

Seamus shouts back," Yes, Elder we did not come to destroy them?"

The shout from the hole," The remnant of the Spring Fairy tribe join your tribe then your tribe is responsible for informing the Savage King, Black Jackal, and Golden Sparrow tribe."

Elder shouts back laughing," Did we stop you and the outsiders from destroying the Savage King Tribe?"

The shout of anger," Laugh all you want but when our totem advances to bronze rank, we will destroy all of your tribe leaving no members alive."

The shout causes commotion among the tribe members all staring at his clone for an answer. His clone simply barked at the elder, who understood what his clone was explaining.

Elder nods and shouts," Then tell your totem to crawl outside without spiritual energy he cannot advance to bronze rank. After the break through he may even die."

The clone explained to the elder that he was attracting all spiritual energy toward him around the area. The clone from the surface can feel the spiritual energy moving toward a spot.

Which he guess, is the Snake Tribe's totem. Without adequate spiritual energy, the snake tribe totem will fail to advance to the bronze rank. If the totem is halfway to the breakthrough cannot put a brake.

Then the magic core which is evolving without adequate spiritual energy will start to absorb the snake's vitality to evolve. There will be three outcomes- he successfully advances but without resources to supply his lost vitality the snake will fall into weakness, the second snake will fail to breakthrough, and the third will be the snake's magic core to evolve and absorb the snake vitality completely but still failed to evolve.

A new voice came from inside the hole, and most of the tribe members recognized the voice.

Neel," What utter nonsense are you spouting?"

Elder shouts back," Is It I am spouting nonsense or you can check your totem." 

The silence follows for a couple of minutes, and then the sense of the wolf suddenly perks up and the owl also starts making noises.

The clone starts barking and the elder understanding his clone, shouts," Every step back, the snake tribe's totem is coming out."

His clone also stepped back distancing himself from the hole but his eyes always remained on the hole. He watches from the hole blue mist comes sprouting out surrounding the hole. 

The Blue mist obscures everything around the hole.

His clone for courtesy shot a white stone spear toward the hole but the sound of the spear hitting a hard object came out from inside the mist.

The clone suddenly jumps back as a snake head comes from inside the mist with his mouth open heading toward him. The Snake follows him as he steps back to stop the Snake and distance himself from the Snake. The clone creates a black stone wall on the path of the snake.
