CHAPTER 15

***Mr Ken***

The duo arrived at schoola little past evening. Chen bid Damian goodbye before heading to his room. The next morning, both friends were at the blacksmithing shop. "Can you make us two armours, one for me and one for my friend over here. Damian said pointing at Chen who was beside him. Ok, that'll be two silver coins each. The blacksmith responded. They paid for the armour and were given a specific date to come for them. At class that day, Chen submitted his assignment that was given to the class by Mr Ken. "I'm not in the mood for teaching so let's go into the open field". Mr Ken suggested. The whole class was overjoyed cause they knew that it would be practical teaching today. Mr Ken drew a circle in the middle of the field and stood in it. " The teaching for today will be laying a single attack on me". Mr Ken explained how the practical would go. "What do we get in return?". A student chipped in. " Ohh, you want to get rewarded, anyways, the person who would lay even a finger on me would be given a thousand gold pieces". Mr Ken dropped the bomb. "A thousand gold pieces". Chen thought. The other students began to mummur amongst themselves. " Let the test begin". Mr Ken signalled the start of their practice. The students all moved, attacking with all they've got. Mr Ken easily avoided all the attacks without moving an inch. "Yawn, this is getting boring". Mr Ken confessed. " Arrgh". A boy with brownn hair yelled as he shot out a big ball of earth at Mr Ken. Mr Ken seeing the attack nodded his head in disappointment. He smashed both of his fingers into the middle of the huge rock rendering the attack useless. Water snakes surrounded Mr Ken, attacking at once. He twirled his body in a graceful manner evading the onslaught of attacks as if he had been practicing for this moment. After evading the water snakes attacks, he looked up only to see a larger water snake heading towards him from the sky. "A sneak attack won't work on me". Mr Ken thought. The water snake opened its mouth wide aiming to swallow Mr Ken. He let the water snake hit him but it did not even shake him. The students all gasped in shock. " How!".
