Chapter 5: Home
Leonidas Morvaine's home was a masterpiece of magic and elegance, tucked away near King's Cross Station. On the outside, it looked like any other Victorian townhouse—modest and unassuming, blending perfectly with the Muggle surroundings. But step inside, and it was an entirely different world.
The interior was enchanted with powerful concealment and expansion spells, making the space far larger than it appeared. There were sprawling rooms for study, training, and relaxation. A dueling hall took up an entire wing of the house, its walls charmed to repair themselves after every intense practice session.
In one corner of the house, a lush herbal garden flourished, thriving under magically controlled sunlight and temperature. Leonidas spent hours there, tending to rare magical plants and brewing potions from their leaves. His skills in herbology and potion-making were unmatched for someone his age, though he credited Sebastian for his early lessons.
Near the training area was a small but well-stocked library. The shelves were packed with books—not just the standard Hogwarts textbooks for all seven years but also rare tomes on advanced spellcraft, magical creatures, and even obscure magical theories. The system had provided Leonidas with more than enough galleons to build his collection and live comfortably.
His wand, an elegant creation of ebony and phoenix feather, rested on a stand in his room. It had appeared on his fifth birthday, courtesy of the system. The wand's glossy black surface and subtle curves hinted at power and sophistication. Leonidas often practiced with it in the dueling hall, perfecting spells and strategies.
Sebastian, ever the dutiful house elf, ensured that every corner of the house remained spotless. When he wasn't assisting Leonidas with training, he could be found maintaining the dueling hall or preparing meals.
Leonidas' days were a mix of rigorous physical and magical training. He was no stranger to martial arts, his enhanced physique allowing him to outmatch any opponent in a duel. Still, he preferred fighting like a wizard—wand in hand, spells at the ready.
And yet, despite the luxury and preparation, Leonidas' mind was always focused on the bigger picture. He wasn't just preparing for Hogwarts—he was preparing for something far greater.

31st August
The air was heavy with anticipation. Tomorrow marked the beginning of Leonidas Morvaine's journey to Hogwarts. But today, as the last rays of sunlight streamed through the enchanted windows of his townhouse, Leonidas was far from idle.
After his birthday on 25th July, when the system delivered another cryptic gift, he had spent the past month creating something extraordinary—a network of ravens.
These were no ordinary birds. With the ability to speak and relay messages, they had become his eyes and ears across London. Leonidas had enchanted them with painstaking precision, tying their loyalty to him. Each raven had a name, a task, and a purpose. From watching over Diagon Alley to scouting the alleys of Knockturn, his feathery spies brought back whispers of the wizarding world's secrets.
One of the ravens, a sleek black bird named Kakashi , perched on his desk as Leonidas reviewed the day's reports.
"Master," the raven croaked, bowing its head slightly. "There has been unusual activity in Knockturn Alley. Wizards in dark cloaks, whispering about something called the 'Mudblood Rebellion.'"
Leonidas raised an eyebrow, leaning back in his chair. "Interesting. Keep an eye on them, Kakashi. Report back if they make a move."
The raven nodded, spreading its wings before vanishing out the open window. Leonidas smirked, tapping his fingers on the desk.
"A rebellion, huh?" he muttered. "Let them plan. Since the original didn't mention something like this then someone must have taken care of them."
Sebastian entered the room, carrying a tray with a cup of tea. "Master, your evening tea. Have you completed your preparations for tomorrow?"
"Almost," Leonidas replied, lifting the cup. "The train leaves at eleven, and my perfect self shall make a grand entrance, naturally."
Sebastian glanced at the empty perch where Kakashi had been moments ago. "The ravens have been most helpful, Master. Their loyalty to you is unmatched."
"Of course they are. Who wouldn't be loyal to me?" Leonidas said, his tone dripping with mock modesty.
He sipped his tea, letting his thoughts wander for a moment. Over the past year, he had grown in more ways than one. His body, honed through rigorous training and enhanced by the system, was far ahead of his peers. He was no ordinary boy, and he knew it. His broad shoulders, sharp features, and commanding aura made him look older than his eleven years. It wasn't just strength he had gained—it was presence, the kind that turned heads.
And with such a body, there were certain… desires.
"Sebastian," Leonidas began, placing the cup back on the tray. "There's one more matter I need to address. I've come to the conclusion that my brilliance must be shared."
The house elf blinked. "Master?"
"I'm talking about women, Sebastian," Leonidas said, his tone casual, as though discussing the weather. "It's only fitting for someone of my stature to surround himself with the finest. Young, mature—it doesn't matter. I shall create a circle of beauties worthy of a king."
Sebastian's ears twitched, but he said nothing, merely bowing. "As you wish, Master."
"Good. We'll start small, of course. Hogwarts is bound to have a few suitable candidates," Leonidas continued, leaning back in his chair with a satisfied smile. "And I'll need allies outside school as well. Mature women, experienced in the world… they'll have their uses."
His black eyes glinted with amusement. The plan was simple—charm, strategize, and conquer. The network of ravens, his growing power, and his natural charisma were all tools in his arsenal.
"Now, Sebastian," he said, standing up, "ensure my belongings are packed. I don't want to be seen fumbling like a commoner tomorrow."
"As you command, Master." The house elf disappeared with a soft pop, leaving Leonidas to his thoughts.
Tomorrow would be the beginning of a new chapter. The world would soon recognize the greatness of Leonidas Morvaine—not just as a wizard, but as a king in every sense of the word.
