Chapter 1228: Cut Down These Soldiers
Once Archer and Ella were done with their fun, the half-elf licked the seed off her lips with a big smile as she made her way to the bathroom while throwing him knowing looking as he watched her perky behind.
'I swear this blonde is naughty and wants to be ravaged again,' he mused while staring at her.
He chuckled before a pair of arms wrapped around his shoulders. ''Morning husband, I loved last night. We must do it more often,'' Teuila whispered.
Archer reached back and ran his fingers through her soft blue hair while replying with a charming smile while she leaned against him, causing her big boobs to squash against his back.
''So did I Teu, but there's something I wanted to ask you,'' he said.
When the young woman heard his words, she quickly jumped off the bed, standing before him with a worried expression in her birthday suit, but all it did was make him fall in love all over again as he saw her concerned expression filled with love.
''What's wrong!'' Teuila demanded, her voice laced with concern.
Archer chuckled softly at her reaction, his eyes twinkling as he brushed a stray blue lock from her face. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a small ring box and gently took Teuila's soft hand in his.
With a charming smile, he slipped the ring onto her finger and asked, ''Teuila Aquaria, will you marry me?''
The brown-skinned beauty froze in place, her ocean-blue eyes widening in astonishment. She stared at the ring, her breath catching as the realization of his words sank in. Teuila stared at the ring, her fingers trembling as tears welled up in her ocean-blue eyes.
She looked up at him with a hopeful expression, her voice catching in her throat. ''You… you want me to be your wife?''
''More than anything, you basically already was, but we're making it official,'' Archer said softly, his smile unwavering.
Unable to hold back her emotions, Teuila threw her arms around him, burying her face in his chest as her tears spilled over. ''Yes!'' she cried, her voice muffled against him. ''Yes, I'll marry you! I've been waiting years for you to ask.''
Archer wrapped his arms around her, holding her close as she clung to him. Her joy and love radiated through every trembling breath she took. Before the moment could fully settle, a familiar voice broke through the air. ''Am I interrupting something?''

They both turned to see Ella standing in the doorway, a radiant smile lighting up her face. Her short blonde hair shimmered in the light, and a towel was wrapped snugly around her slender figure.
Archer's expression softened as he smiled warmly at her, while Teuila quietly wiped away her tears. ''You're just in time,'' Archer said, pulling out another ring box. He took Ella's hand and dropped to one knee. ''Ella, my childhood best friend and lover, will you marry me too?''
Ella's eyes widened in shock before a soft laugh escaped her lips as an extremely happy expression appeared on her beautiful face. Her cheeks turned rosy as she nodded, leaning down to embrace him.
''Of course, Archer. Talk about taking your time. I've looked forward to this moment for years,'' she whispered, her voice filled with affection.
Following that, the three of them started chatting before Teuila suddenly stood up while revealing, ''I'm going to check on the deep-sea bases. The undersea legions need training against the deep sea monsters.''
When Archer heard this, his eyebrow rose in curiosity and annoyance before asking, ''Are we having issues down there?''
''There's a few problems. But me, Kassandra, Lucrezia, and Demetra have been killing the swarms, but they have been coming daily,'' Teuila answered with a tired sigh.
'Dellah, increase production of the undersea weapons,' he sent a message to the mature dwarf. 'And I'll design more stuff before sending it to you before the end of the week.'
Afterward, he turned to the blue-haired beauty, his voice steady and reassuring. ''I'll design more cannons and other weapons to support you girls. If they keep pushing, I'll find some underwater insects to tame and turn the monsters against our enemies.''
Teuila's eyes lit up with realization as a thought struck her. ''There are a few creatures similar to the Nightmare Ants and Chulls,'' she said, her voice tinged with excitement.
''Once I deal with Ashoka's situation I'll go tame them,'' he replied with a thoughtful expression, ''Thanks for telling me gorgeous.''
When the blue-haired woman heard this, her eyes widened in surprise before a radiant smile spread across her face. Without hesitation, she wrapped her arms around him in a warm hug.
''I love you more than words can express, darling,'' Teuila murmured, her voice thick with affection.
Once she pulled back, Ella followed suit, embracing him tightly. After the moment passed, the two women returned to Draconia, their spirits lifted. Archer smiled while watching them leave.
'I'll start showing them all more attention. I'm sure they'll like it,' he pondered with glowing violet eyes.
Following that, he left Sia's quarters and appeared on the top of the wall where the dragonkin woman was patrolling the top while checking on the Dragonfire Companies' cannons, causing him to think, 'Was there another attack? It couldn't have been that bad.'
Archer shrugged before approaching the older woman but quickly noticed the six Oathkeeper knights guarding the entrance. He chuckled just as she turned to him with a beaming smile.
''Morning, handsome,'' Sia greeted him in a sweet voice just as she cuddle while whispering into his ear. ''Thank you for last night. I feel so much better now.''
''You're welcome,'' Archer replied with an amused expression. ''Your screams were amazing, my love.''
The older woman chuckled softly, then addressed the current situation. ''More enemy scouts had been spotted in the distance a few hours ago. I sent some of my soldiers, and they should return by sunset.''
Archer nodded in understanding, his expression serious. ''Good. Order your legion to reinforce the defenses. I want a deep trench dug in front of the wall, with another one a few meters further out. That should slow down any potential attacks.''
Sia's smile widened as she nodded eagerly. ''I'll get started on it right away. There are a few ideas I've been wanting to experiment with myself.''
Afterward, the two continued their conversation, their words weaving a sense of camaraderie, until he finally bid her farewell and made his way toward the Oathkeepers waiting for him at the base of the wall.
As Thalion caught sight of him, the group stood to attention and saluted in unison. Archer smiled as he spoke, ''We have to head west to find Queen Ashoka who's being attacked by overwhelming numbers of enemies.''
The knights agreed with several nods before they left through the west gate and appeared on a dirt road. Archer started walking while scanning the distance for any enemies. 'I wonder where they're hiding?' he mused.
Following that, they traveled west for hours only encountering monsters and a fire Duskfire scout who tried to flee but Archer used Mana Manipulation on them and caught one man before eating his soul.
He throw the corpse to one side and informed the Oathkeepers, ''There're more enemies than I ever expected. They are besieging Ashoka's camp a few days' march from here.''
Thalion nodded with confidence oozing off him, ''There are four knights with her, my king.''
''Yes,'' Archer answered before using the tattoo to contact the tiger woman but nothing happened causing him to think, 'What's going on here? Is something blocking her?'
He shrugged and continued on until coming up against the first problem. They were trying to cross a river, but an Alliance army blocked the bridge, causing them to stop walking to allow him to plan.
'Their on both sides trying to block our passage,' he mused with an excited smile while looking at the six Oathkeepers. 'Should I let them go wild? It's not like I need their protection, but it makes the harem relax when they're here.'
Archer turned to Thalion with a sly grin. ''You six have free rein. Cut down these soldiers. They're standing in our way of helping Ashoka.''
The towering knights responded with sharp salutes, their massive weapons glinting ominously as they prepared for battle. Without hesitation, the Oathkeeper Commander barked the order, and they surged forward with disciplined precision.
Following that, the enemy soldiers spotted them and charged forward after their leaders encouraged the horde to attack. Archer's grin widened before he used Mana Manipulation to create a flame wall on either side of the knights.
The Oathkeepers, towering giants clad in unyielding black steel, marched forward like an unstoppable tide, their heavy footfalls shaking the ground beneath them. The enemy soldiers, once confident in their numbers, now faltered as panic overtook their ranks.
