What the hell is making games in the Ninja World?

"Wow~~ So amazing, so amazing! The Genjutsu game is incredible!!!"

The excited and loud shouting echoed through the venue, as 9-year-old Uchiha Obito's eyes sparkled, and he was completely hyped up.

Hatake Kakashi shot a cold, dead-eyed glance at Obito. "Looks like you're finally aware that you're the bottom of the class."

Obito turned even redder with anger and immediately started arguing with Kakashi, looking like he was about to fight. 

Kakashi, on the other hand, acted cool, using his cold tone and sharp tongue to relentlessly mock Obito, showing off their classic elementary school-level argument.

Stuck between the two, Nohara Rin had long since gotten used to such situations and quickly played the role of mediator, soothing them both.

Watching this scene from behind the window, Uchiha Kai, who had been observing from backstage, turned to Minato and said, "Minato, is this the team you're leading?"

Minato Namikaze wore a bright, sunny smile. "Hmm, it's those three. You know the other two, apart from Nohara Rin, right? Kai."

Uchiha Kai nodded. "Uchiha Obito, that kid is quite the oddball in the Uchiha clan. From the start, he was considered to lack the talent to be a ninja, and they were planning to assign him to another career."

"But he made me his target and example, saying 'If Kai-san can be a ninja, then I can too.' So, he went to the ninja academy."

"And the one with white hair is Hatake Kakashi, the son of the Konoha White Fang Hatake Sakumo. Like you, he's a top-tier genius ninja. He graduated at 5 and became a Chunin at 6. So, I can't understand why such a ninja would be put in a team with two fresh graduates from the academy."

The conversation quickly turned into a rant because both Nohara Rin and Uchiha Obito had just graduated, and only a few days ago, they were assigned to Minato Namikaze's team, which was now known as the "Team Minato."

Of course, as a transmigrator, Uchiha Kai wasn't really shocked by this news, but that didn't stop him from commenting.

Minato Namikaze explained, "This was a deliberate arrangement by the Third Hokage. Kakashi is indeed a genius, but he sees everyone as tools. He views his teammates as mere tools."

"If this continues, Kakashi will become a strong ninja, but a cold, emotionless one. The Third Hokage doesn't want that to happen, and neither does the late Sakumo-san."

"So, the Third Hokage wants me to help Kakashi. Obito and Rin have had a good relationship with him since they were at the academy, and even after Kakashi graduated early, they kept in touch. So, after they graduated, it made sense to form this team."

Hearing this, Uchiha Kai raised an eyebrow, a playful expression crossing his face.

The Third Hokage doesn't want the son of Konoha's White Fang to become an emotionless tool, so he's stirring up all this trouble. 

But the truth is, the reason for White Fang's suicide was his own struggle with the question of 'people versus tools.'

Now, is the Third Hokage trying to make up for that regret, or is this just fake sympathy?

Well, don't blame Uchiha Kai for his negative assumptions about Sarutobi Hiruzen. After all, he was seen as the 'naturally evil Uchiha' in the eyes of Konoha Council.

Of course, these were just Uchiha Kai's inner thoughts, and he wouldn't say them out loud. Right now, he was more concerned with his game issue, as it would affect his future power-ups.

So, with a quick flick of his eyes, he turned to Minato and said, "Minato, the new game I developed will open for trial play this afternoon. It's a four-player team format. Your Team Minato is made up of four people, and since you just started training those kids, their coordination and teamwork still need some work."

"How about taking them into the game this afternoon? It'll help improve your team's chemistry while you're at it."

Minato Namikaze rubbed his chin and smiled. "Sounds good. Then, I'll leave the spots for this afternoon's trial to you."

And so, the first four-player team in the ninja world version of "Left 4 Dead" was confirmed.

At the same time, Uchiha Kai received a system prompt indicating that his mission had been completed.
