Wang An Leiji (Yang Leiji) (What If I Was In Martial Peak)

Chapter 554: Boon Ends (1)

~ Spatial Territory ~

Once my bolt of lightning had fired off towards its destination and vanished from sight, I relaxed for a moment checking myself for any flaws. It was a brand new high end skill I created. And while I knew why I did it this way, Smiles was left a little confused as she began letting out the people she had pulled into her small universe.

"Son, why did you use such a method to transport Wu Kuang, couldn't you have a gate? Like the ones you've made recently that connect home." Smiles questioned with an understandable curiosity.

I looked at Smiles with a mildly remorseful expression. I did have my reasons for doing it this way, but explanations would be too tiresome to handle right now. But I figured I'd give her a little something to help steal her resolve.

"Mother Smiles, I have many reasons for doing it that way. All of which are equally important in my eyes. But to answer your specific question, the place Wu Kuang is heading is the same place that Ink has been sealed. Ink has to be sealed with an immense amount of power. As a result the area around the Heavenly Beginning Great Restriction is nothing more than a desolate place where no energy exists, sapped by one of two powerful existence." I began explaining. "The lack of energy at the desired location makes it rather difficult to open a passage. Not impossible for me, but it would take some degree of considerable effort on my part." I added, waiting to see the reaction I'd get.

"That… I see. And the other most important reason?" Smiles asked, thinking I had at least determined which was most important to me.

"I was able to send a greater degree of energy to the Heavenly Beginning Great Restriction and thus give it crucial repairs… And if the, now two 9th ranks, are worth their salt they'll discover a way to really make Ink reel in pain. After all, it is my lightning." I answered with a confident smirk.

"Pfft, you're quite serious when it comes to dismantling Ink. Even so, you're still so damn cute." Smiles giggled, wiping a tear from her eye. "Now can we leave? I want to get busy making more cuties. Oh, and when we get back can you procure us several more of those pills?" She asked, forgetting about the war for a moment and showing where her mind was really at.

"Yeah… I can do that, all you must be going crazy if you're acting this distracted. I imagine my father is going to be feeling quite drained for the next several years…" I chuckled, raising my hand and with a simple twist, thousands of gates appeared. "Everyone listen up… The great moon that was present here has been mostly used up. And what is left I need to use for my students' curriculum. Before you are gates that lead directly to each of the forces who had people gather here. Each is equipped with an array that will purify any Ink Force. Not really needed since I've obliterated all of it except the small remains there. Just think of it as an extra precaution." I explained holding myself in a truly regal stature.

The sense of disappointment was heavy, some wanted to go for another free round of the easiest cultivation they'd ever get. However, these cultivators understood just how much of a benefit they received over the last several months. And so, they held their heads high and then gave a proud, perfect, thankful and united salute. Everyone bowed in accordance to their rank, directed at the Divine Monarch that had given them so much while expecting nothing in return. After, they found their gates, took another look back and bowed again before leaving with a new found respect for the masters of the human race, and outlook on cultivation.

"Almost done Mother Smiles. The remaining ones are just my students." I said, stretching after I made the gates disappear. "Oh, what do you think I should do with those new universe worlds? I have a few ideas but I think I'll save it for someone else to do if they need a break from excessively using their loins." I chuckled.

"Huh? Whatever do you mean? It's not like we're taking advantage of him…" Smiles responded with a nervous giggle. "Achem, I mean, talking like that and I may just make you drink like you are now…" She teased, rubbing my hair. "Now, what is that plan you had with the universe worlds?" She asked.

"Oh, I was thinking of compressing them down into a small weapon. Brutal and barbaric, but extremely effective. And since these world's don't have a connection to the world tree yet, they don't have any spirits that would be harmed in the process." I answered, trying to fix my hair now.

"That's a great idea. I can see it now…" Yang Kai chuckled, arriving with his newly enhanced spear. "I'll work on doing that. It shouldn't be too hard for me to do. On a different note, these enhancements you made on my spear… They seem to be brimming with an intense energy… I don't think there is a Royal Lord who could beat me. In fact I feel I may be able to handle two of them perhaps more, if I have a little help." He continued, as he excitedly inspected the spear.

"Father, the moment you broke through to the 8th rank, no Royal lord could stand against you. I know you're trying to keep a level head, but you're far stronger than you think you are. That's coming from me, who can see through any facade, even unconscious ones." I said.

"Oh? And how strong do you think I am now?" Yang Kai asked.

"If you were to go all out, holding nothing back, you'd be able to demonstrate a third the amount of strength of a Giant Spirit God. The strength you saw earlier, you'd be a third of that. And considering you're at the 8th rank right now, that is already the second most impressive strength the Human race currently has." I explained, with a light verbal jab towards Yang Kai.

"Hmph, I'll do half as much soon. And don't go getting cocky, son. Or I'll have to get your mother, all of them." Yang Kai laughed, patting my shoulder.
