Waiter from Nowhere

The same routine, I woke up at 7am, going to the gym but this time after I finished the gym I went to the wet market to buy our crew meal for today I bought three whole chickens.

Because I'm always this kind of person. When God blesses me, I share it with others. That's my belief.

After that I went home, took a shower, got dressed, packed my things and went off to work.

I'm walking close to the door and the shift leader greeted me with the smile on her face "Good morning Jay!". And I replied "Good morning too and by the way I'm really sorry for last night". She replied "It should be us apologizing to you". I'm confused and went inside.

I'm going to the kitchen because I need to put my bag in the locker room and give the chickens to our chef. That is when I saw our owners face with a smile on her face too.

"The best of the best I've ever met in my life, Jay!" She shouted at me with a joyous movement. I'm still confused. First, the million pesos tip. Second, coworkers are admitting they were wrong. And lastly this the owner who is very strict and had an ominous aura is over joy in front of me.

"Are they after the money? Did JM spill the tea?" I ask myself. I'm still confused and not talking but the owner said "Say something. You are the reason we have one day closed reservation".

"Is this about Jacob?" I replied and the owner was shocked and said "You didn't know who he was?" I replied "I know him he is a very funny, cool and generous wolfman" and the owner's face became more shocked and said "He is the prince of the wolfman tribe" and I fainted.

Because of too much information and shocking events I fainted. I remember before waking up I heard movements, glass breaking, cooking pan noises, calling the order and the smell of the dishes in the kitchen.

When I gained consciousness, I saw myself laying down in our break area and JM saw me and said "Oh you're awake, drink some water and don't push yourself". "How long did I sleep?" I replied. He said "About 3 hours, I think you lack sleep because of the tip yesterday. I can't sleep either and sorry I told them I got excited". I replied "No worries I need to help them I gotta go".

I went outside the kitchen and what I saw was that I almost fainted again. The owner saw me and said "Jay don't push yourself. I saw you almost fainted again haha". "It's okay madam but what happened here?"

[Flash back]

After Jacob goes home, he tells his father that he experienced such a wonderful event in his life. Talking about the encounter with Jay.

Jacob's father, who is the King of Wolfman is very happy to hear this story from his son and contact the owner to have a close reservation in our restaurant.

[Back to the present]

"So that's what happened" I said. "You can serve them if you can" the owner said. I get excited and go to the place where Jacob sits.

"Wassup Jacob!!!" I shouted like we're very close to each other. "Yow wassup brother!!!" He replied with an exciting tone and clumsy movements. And we both laugh hard like we don't care.

"So we did it huh?" Jacob said and I replied "Yeah. Haha". Yesterday after talking with Jacob while waiting for his food we became close and came up with a plan that when we see each other again we greet each other like we were friends and I teach him how.

After that we became the center of the attraction in the house(restaurant). I heard some whispers "Look it's Jay, the human who doesn't see us as a monster", "Could I tell him to meet my daughter? Haha", "Look at that arm", "He's ugly".

"Who said that!?" Everyone is laughing and the king of wolfman too. And the King gestures to them to remain silent.

"Are you the Jay that my son told me? Or are you the one who told my son that Jay you are?"

Everyone in the house has a question mark on their head. And the Queen punched him. And said "Be serious honey or I will triple the punch". The king replied "I tried what I saw on the internet, It's a meme honey, have some humour"

I have a weird humour too and I get what the king is trying to do. And I laugh so hard. And of course everyone in the room has a question mark on their head.

"See honey he gets it" the king said. After I laughed I replied to the king and said "It was a meme on the internet". He laughed and said "I like you Jay, I saw my younger self to you".

"I didn't introduce my name. My name is Labra, I'm the King of Wolfman. We are here because we want to experience the hospitality that my son told me".

I got this main character syndrome reading lots of books. I don't know why but I vowed to him and said "I am at your service" then looked at him.

Jacob points at me and shouts "CRINGE! HAHAHAHAHAHA". he laughed so hard that everyone in the house laughed together. And I was embarrassed that time. I went to the kitchen and rebuilt myself, got the dish and served it to the family of Jacob.

It was a party with us and it is a gate way to connect with other beings in the world. My boss and colleagues who had doubts in the first had opened their mind in the idea that we should exist together.
