Villain: The Play of Destiny

Chapter 469

Keith watched the Wicked Sword in his hand disintegrate into dust, and his brows furrowed, forcing him deep into his thoughts.

{The First Sword of Judgement, the Sword of Intent, can only be used if you develop your personalised Sword Intent, Host. Though you have great mastery over the weapon, you have not dedicated your Will to it yet. You need to become one with your weapon in spirit to develop a personalised weapon Intent. In your case, it will be especially very hard.}

"Why's that?"

{Your mind is not focused on a single weapon, or even two or three. You desire to become perfect with every weapon that you like. Also, you are special, Host. The Intent you develop will be extremely special too. Which is why it will take you a lot of time to form it.}

He sighed as he heard those words, but a smile crept on his lips too.

The Six Swords of Judgement were just as strong as the Nine Discs of Demise, if not more, and since both the Battle Arts were Hell-Grade Arts, it was, of course, not going to be easy to master them. Not even for him.

However, he was going to Master them one day, and he was going to improve them even more, taking them to the heights that no one had ever seen before.

And what he liked about these Battle Arts was that they both were highly personalised. This meant that no two people possessing them would have completely the same forms and abilities.

For example, to Master the very first Sword of Judgement, one needed to possess incredible Mastery over the weapon, and one also needed to possess their Sword Intent. And though two people could possess similar Sword Intents, there were always some differences, making them unique to their users.

Every Sword of Judgement was linked to the last one, and in the end, they all depended on the Sword Intent of the User. So, if the Sword Intent was unique in every individual, then all six Swords of Judgement were going to be unique too.

This was the difference between high-grade Battle Arts and lower-grade Battle Arts, which did not provide much personalisation and were extremely limited in terms of power and potential.

Keith was lost in his thoughts when he walked out of the secret training room of the Palace, and his dear daughters immediately sensed his presence and were already walking over to his location.

He had been gone for nearly a day now, and they were all, of course, very curious about his disappearance.

"You have a secret room here, don't you?" Kiara pouted as soon as she stepped into the corridor he was walking through, curiously looking around but finding no doors there.

"There are lots of secret rooms in the Palace." He chucked. "And yes, you are not allowed to access them."

"Just like the Library?" She showed her dissatisfaction and he chuckled at her.

"I know how crazy you all are, and the Library is not safe for you." He flicked her nose and smiled at Feifei and Minami, who was holding the sleeping Void in her arms.

"Hey, Feya."

"Eeee!" The little Dragon cheerfully greeted him, and he smiled at her.

"She does not like it when anyone other than me, Rebecca, Kiara, and Minami touch her, and the rest of the girls are quite upset." Feifei giggled as she informed him about how her little Fey Dragon had been behaving around everyone.

"Well, that's because she can sense that we are related to you by Blood, and she's still very young and does not feel safe around them."

"Heh? Is that so?" She playfully looked at him. "She also lets Ingrid and Ingvild to touch her. What do you have to say about them?"

"Well, their case is special. And they are your sisters too. Half-Sisters."

"Knew it!" Kiara grinned, having always been curious about why she felt a certain blood connection with the two Carmilla Princesses, which was not as strong as that of Venessa, Rebecca, and Minami, but was still present and was growing stronger with time.

"Is that why you haven't accepted Ingrid yet?" Rebecca curiously asked, and he nodded to her.

"Their transformation isn't complete yet, but will be finished soon, and Ingrid would benefit a lot from this wait." He told her and lovingly scratched the crown on Feya's head. "Where's everyone else?"

"Kashish and Ginara are sleeping in their rooms after training for the entire day. Qingyue and Rouxi are out to explore the surroundings, and Nana, Zoey, and Ayesha are with them. Alana, Helena, Ingrid, Ingvild, and Avriel are keeping Grandma company, and the little princess is teaching them Aerzarian." Kiara smiled.

"Is that what you call the language now?"

"Yes." Minami happily looked at him. "It will be the language of Aerzar."

"I see." He smiled and then lovingly patted her head. "And the rest?"

"Yingying and Marianne are inside the second Training Room," Feifei spoke next. "Aunt Celine is preparing dinner with Amira, Reina, and Fiona."

"And Amy, Rebecca, and Viola have returned to Gaia." He said, unable to sense their presence, and they nodded to him.

"Yes, Rebecca wanted to return to keep Mother company. She only asked you to bring her inside Aerzar so that she could catch some sleep." She giggled, and then again lovingly searched the head of her beautiful dragon.

"I know." Keith smiled. "And what were you doing?" He looked at the other two girls and asked.

"Preparing your and Rouxi's Nuptial Bed." Kiara grinned, and he could not help his chuckles.

"Thank you." Find your next read on My Virtual Library Empire

"You're welcome!"

"Come, let's go to my lounge."

Keith sensed that she had something to talk to him about, and then he silently followed her to the lounge which was in her section of the Palace.

"Yes?" He asked as soon as he sat down, and Kiara seriously looked him in the eyes.

"How strong is Qin Feng?"

"Not strong enough to kill me." He told her, and all three of them frowned at his words.

"But strong enough to harm you?" The little miss of his Family asked, and he nodded to her.

"He's a Martial Master now."

"What?" Both Kiara and Minami looked at him in surprise, and he nodded to them.

"Yes."

"How can he progress so fast? It takes years to advance one Martial Realm." Minami asked, genuinely very curious about it.

"He has his secrets." He smiled. "But he is a Human Auror and such fast progress is bound to harm his foundation."

"Still, he's a Martial Master now. The difference between a Martial Knight and a Martial Master is too much." Kiara worriedly looked at him.

"I will be fine. Like I said, he is not strong enough to kill me. And though, he can harm me, he can not do much." He looked into her eyes and assured her. "Ingrid or Ingvild?"

"Ingvild," She answered, understanding his question without him needing to elaborate on it. "She's been feeling restless. And it's understandable. After all, the man who destroyed her family killed her father, separated her from her sister and kept her locked up for years, now wanted to kill you and harm her new family. She asked me if you would be fine."

"I will be fine."

"Even with a difference of an entire Realm?" She frowned.

"We are not humans, Silly." He chuckled. "He only has a clear edge over me when it comes to Aura Reserves, but the potency of his Aura can never compare to mine."

Kiara nodded to him in understanding, but it was clear that she too was worried now.

Minami kept an indifferent expression on her face, and Feifei, having sensed his confidence, was quite calm.

"If you and Rebecca work together..."

"I will deal with him myself. And I am prepared for it." He cut her off, and Kiara sighed and nodded to him.

"You should talk to her."

"I will." He promised, and then looked at the door of the lounge that opened, and in walked Amira and Reina, happily smiling at him.

"We prepared your favourites today!" Reina told him, and he got up to give her and sister soft kisses on her lips to thank them.

"I hope it tastes as good as you."

Their faces burned in a furious blush when they heard his whisper.

Kiara started giggling as she had clearly heard what he had just said, and Reina and Amira immediately dragged him out of the room before she could start teasing them.

By now, they knew very well that Kiara and Rebecca spared no one in the family, and when Celine joined in with them, they would tease the life out of you even on the littlest of things.

"Can you call Qingyue and Rouxi?" Feifei asked when they sat down at the dinner table.

"Already did. They will be here soon." He smiled at her and then turned to look at the rest of the family as they entered the dining hall and joined them at the table.

"Where were you?" Alana asked after she hugged him and planted a kiss on his cheek.

"Training." He told her, and she smiled and gave him another kiss before taking her seat. "How's the progress?"

"They will all learn the language before me!" She pouted, and the girls who had entered the room with her all giggled at her words.

"Brother!" Ingvild happily hugged him and smiled when he kissed her on her forehead.

"Sit by my side." He told her, gesturing to the vacant seat on his left, and she happily hopped on it without a question. "So, who is your best student?"

"Avriel!" She unhesitatingly answered and then told everyone how fast the progress of her dear friend was in learning Aerzarian.

The family kept chatting for a good while before Rouxi and Qingyue returned, and then they all had their dinner as they busied themselves in new conversations.
