Turning My Junior Sister into a Mary Sue In Xianxia Yuri World

Volume 3 Chapter 87 / Chapter 254: The Protagonist, Just a Touch

The grand courtyard in front of the main hall was filled with dust and debris, with broken tiles and bricks scattered everywhere.

Yun Jiujiu, dressed in a flowing blue-green gown, stood panting heavily. Her loose, slightly curled golden hair flared out behind her, whipped by her fiery temper.

On the other side, Feng Yudie, dressed in a robe, looked utterly disheveled, as if she had just crawled out of a tunnel. Her entire body was covered in dust, her clothes torn in several places, with wood chips and rubble all around her.

“What happened?!”

Yun Yiyi ran into the courtyard with Ye Anping, stopping in her tracks when she saw the chaotic scene. Her face froze in shock, completely clueless about what had transpired.

Behind her, Ye Anping had a similar reaction. From the looks of it, Yun Jiujiu had struck Feng Yudie hard enough to send her flying out of the main hall, leaving a human-shaped hole in the wall.

Yun Jiujiu glanced at the two newcomers, wiped her nose with her thumb, and picked up an iron rod from the ground. Without hesitation, she charged toward Feng Yudie.

“You little liar!!!”

“Wait! Jiujiu! Calm down! Hey—!”

Boom!

Feng Yudie sidestepped just in time, narrowly avoiding the iron rod that brushed past her chest and slammed into the ground. The impact sent bricks flying, and even Yun Yiyi, standing at the entrance, had to take a step back to steady herself.

“Young Master Ye, stop her!” Yun Yiyi quickly called out.

Without hesitation, Ye Anping flashed forward, stepping between Yun Jiujiu and Feng Yudie. With his storage pouch left behind with his junior sister, he grabbed an iron rod from the ground to block Yun Jiujiu’s swing. The force of the blow rattled his arm.

Seeing Ye Anping intervene, Yun Yiyi moved forward as well, sliding her arms around Yun Jiujiu’s waist to lift her off the ground.

“Let me go!! I’m going to split this liar in half!!!”

“What liar?! Are you drunk?!” Yun Yiyi shouted, baffled. “That’s Young Master Feng! Didn’t you want to leave the Shadowmoon Sword Sect and open a tavern with him?”

“Open my ass!! She’s… cough cough—” Yun Jiujiu choked on her own spit before angrily blurting out, “She’s a woman!!!”

What?

Yun Yiyi blinked in surprise, shifting her gaze toward Feng Yudie, who was now crouching behind Ye Anping. Strangely enough, she wasn’t entirely shocked.

She had suspected something was off about “Feng Yu” from the start, particularly regarding gender. But since Yun Jiujiu had been singing his praises nonstop, she had chosen not to interfere, as it didn’t seem like a significant issue.

Hearing Yun Jiujiu’s words, Ye Anping slowly turned his head toward Feng Yudie, his expression silently questioning: You were exposed?

Clutching Ye Anping’s waist, Feng Yudie peeked out with an awkward expression. Noticing Ye Anping’s gaze, she replied with a guilty look: I… I didn’t mean to…

“… …”

Ye Anping felt helpless. Why had so many unexpected things happened today?

Still, he had anticipated that Feng Yudie’s disguise might eventually be exposed. In fact, he was surprised she had managed to keep it up this long.

After a moment of thought, Ye Anping decided to attempt some damage control. Politely, he asked,

“Second Young Mistress Yun, how could Young Master Feng possibly be a woman? Perhaps you’re mistaken? You drank so much yesterday—”

“Mistaken my ass!! I checked three times!!!” Yun Jiujiu shouted. “She doesn’t even have a… You don’t believe me? Go ahead and check for yourself! It’s just a slit!!!”

Yun Yiyi turned red with embarrassment, while Ye Anping looked completely speechless.

He had hoped to smooth things over, but since Yun Jiujiu had confirmed her discovery through physical inspection, there was no way to salvage this now.

After a brief moment of reflection, Ye Anping stepped aside and turned to Feng Yudie.

“Young Master Feng, care to explain? Why are you cross-dressing as a man?”

“… …”

Weren’t you the one who told me to?!

Feng Yudie looked incredibly awkward, unsure how to respond. She could only gaze at Ye Anping with pleading eyes, hoping he’d signal her what to say.

Ye Anping pursed his lips: Just ask her—‘So what if I’m a woman?’

Oh…

Feng Yudie nodded and then boldly asked,

“So what if I’m a woman? Didn’t I drink with you, spar with you, and even help you in times of crisis? You can’t hit me just because I’m a woman.”

“Spit!” Yun Jiujiu spat on the ground angrily. “Then why didn’t you say so earlier?! I even wrote you love letters! Wore dresses for you! Damn it, I—!”

She seemed to be at her wit’s end. Looking down at her dress, Yun Jiujiu reached out, ready to tear it apart.

Seeing this, Yun Yiyi immediately grabbed her hands to stop her.

“Second Sister! Enough, enough! Don’t—don’t do this… we’re outside!”

“Sniff—” Yun Jiujiu sniffled, her expression suddenly shifting to one of grievance. “I… sob I trusted her so much, even said I’d marry her, but it turns out she’s a woman…”

“… …”

It was the first time Yun Yiyi had seen her fiery-tempered younger sister show such an expression. She realized that Yun Jiujiu must have been truly hurt, so she tried to console her.

“Well… being a woman isn’t so bad, right?”

What?

Ye Anping, though aware Yun Yiyi was trying to comfort her, was taken aback to hear such words coming from her mouth.

Feng Yudie quickly chimed in as well.

“Y-Yeah! Being a woman isn’t bad at all!”

“Bad my ass!!” Yun Jiujiu, snot running down her face, turned and glared at Feng Yudie. “You can’t even have kids!!”

“Ah… who says we can’t have kids? We could always ask a celestial crane to deliver them!” Feng Yudie blinked innocently, her voice small.

“… …”

A cold wind swept through the courtyard, silencing even the birds in the distance.

After a moment of contemplation, Yun Yiyi suddenly asked,

“By the way, Second Sister, why did you touch her in the first place?”

“I just wanted to see if her bird-thing were big, and then—who would’ve thought… sniff—”

“It’s okay, it’s okay…” Yun Yiyi patted Yun Jiujiu’s head to calm her down. At the same time, she felt a twinge of relief. At least her Young Master Ye only had a problem with performance, not… anatomy. “No matter what, Young Master— um, Young Mistress Feng saved your life. Even if you can’t marry her, can’t you still be friends?”

“Yeah, yeah! Jiujiu… being friends isn’t bad either!”

“Shut up, Young Mistress Feng!” Yun Yiyi glared at her before turning back to Yun Jiujiu. “Second Sister, go cool off in your room. By the way, Yun Xi was kidnapped by Zhuang Yan just now. The elders will be here soon.”

“… What? Yun Xi was kidnapped? When did this happen?”

“Just now… let’s go inside and talk.”

Yun Yiyi sighed, then shot Ye Anping a look, signaling him to take Feng Yudie away from the scene. She then dragged Yun Jiujiu back into the hole-riddled main hall.

Watching the two leave, Ye Anping turned to Feng Yudie with an exasperated look.

“I’m docking your pay.”

Hearing that her pay was about to be cut, Feng Yudie’s face fell, and she immediately protested.

“What? That’s not fair! It’s not my fault! How was I supposed to know she’d sneak in while I was sleeping… by the way, what’s a ‘bird-thing’?”

What?

Ye Anping froze, his brows twitching as he grabbed her face.

“Why are you even asking that?!”

“Ouch, ouch! I was wrong, okay? I was wrong! Please dock less spirit stones, pretty please?”

“Sigh—” Ye Anping let out a weary sigh and turned away.

“Let’s go. I’ll tell you what you need to do next.”

“Okay…”
