Transmigrated as the Fake Young Master, I’ll Beat up the Scumbags and Bitches

Chapter 212: One-eyed

HuMing had long been aware of the presence of others in this dilapidated house.

Without hesitation, he acted decisively, intent on eliminating Sui Zhao.

Standing behind Sui Zhao, he kicked down hard, breaking the man's leg, but in doing so, he exposed himself to the view of a shadowy figure nearby.

Their gazes met.

The other figure had only one eye but moved with astonishing speed.

The moment he saw HuMing exposed, the one-eyed man instinctively pulled the trigger. However, HuMing’s reflexes were far sharper than expected.

He lifted the incapacitated Sui Zhao and hurled him toward the shadowy figure.

Sui Zhao’s eyes widened in terror, but he never had the chance to utter a word.

Several silenced shots rang out, all striking Sui Zhao. His body collapsed to the ground, lifeless.

Meanwhile, HuMing pressed his back against the wall, his mind racing with the image of the one-eyed man.

The man’s agility was unmatched, and after firing his shots, he immediately moved to evade. This opponent was on a completely different level compared to Sui Zhao.

Holding his breath, HuMing felt as though time slowed around him. Suddenly, he rolled out from behind the stone wall, just as rapid gunfire struck his previous position.

He wasn’t sure how many bullets his opponent had left, but he knew he needed to force the man to reveal his hand.

Picking up a stone from the ground, HuMing hurled it toward a particular spot, creating a diversion.

But this time, HuMing sprinted in the same direction as the stone.

A shadow darted past him, a pistol emerging from around the corner.

HuMing’s gun was already aimed at the man’s head. He pulled the trigger, but to his surprise, the one-eyed man ducked unexpectedly, and the bullet missed.

Realizing he had narrowly escaped, the one-eyed man fired several shots at HuMing, which proved futile as he dodged them. The one-eyed man’s pupil contracted sharply as he reached for a dagger in his pocket.

But this time, HuMing firmly grasped his hand, preventing him from drawing the blade.

The one-eyed man was stunned by HuMing’s strength and skill. Men of HuMing’s age and capability could be counted on one hand.

Clearly, the intelligence his master had gathered was flawed. HuMing wasn’t as simple as he appeared—he might even be an assassin.

HuMing finally got a clear look at the appearance of the one-eyed man in front of him. The man only revealed his right eye, while his left eye was covered by long hair, making it impossible to see clearly!

It was like the way people used to describe those considered "non-mainstream": you could donate your unwanted eye to someone in need.

This man was far different than anyone HuMing had faced before. But since he aimed to kill, HuMing wouldn’t hold back.

“Do you know how hard it was to draw you out? First, Han ShuYi, then that assassin—if I hadn’t used them, I’d never have had the chance to meet you.”

The one-eyed man didn’t respond, struggling silently against HuMing’s grip.

Neither had any bullets left in their guns; HuMing had heard the click of an empty magazine earlier.

It was time for close combat.

HuMing discarded his gun, and the one-eyed man did the same, finally freeing his hand and drawing the dagger.

The gleam of the blade reflected danger in HuMing’s eyes, but he faced it barehanded.

Their circumstances were vastly different, but to HuMing, it wasn’t a disadvantage.

He believed in his ability to win—without that confidence, he would have died years ago.

“Not only are you blind, but you’re mute too. No matter, I’ll make you talk about who’s behind this.”

The bones in HuMing's fist made a cracking sound. And the next moment, he lunged forward, charging at the one-eyed man.

The one-eyed man swung his dagger at HuMing, but HuMing effortlessly swatted it away.

In the next instant, HuMing slammed his palm into the one-eyed man's chest.

The impact sent the one-eyed man stumbling backward, but HuMing pressed the attack, forcing him to retreat under a barrage of punches.

The one-eyed man pressed both hands in front of him, his body being relentlessly pushed back by HuMing.

Suddenly, his eyes swept to the jade pendant around HuMing's neck.

That was the item he had been searching for in HuMing's house, but he never expected HuMing would wear it around his neck!

His master had said that even if he couldn't kill HuMing, he must destroy the jade pendant.

In terms of priority, destroying the jade pendant came first!

In this duel, the one-eyed man was clearly at a disadvantage. He had underestimated HuMing's strength.

Thus, he needed to destroy HuMing's jade pendant. By doing so, he could complete this mission and escape.

This was where the one-eyed man differed from Sui Zhao.

He was trained by his master and tasked with secretly solving issues for him. However, over the years, his master had assigned him very few tasks. Except for a few people who absolutely had to be eliminated, he rarely had to show up.

He didn't understand why his master did things this way, but he didn’t need to understand.

However, he had heard from some of the dead that the master’s household closely monitored everything the master did, aware of even the slightest movements.

Perhaps the people his master wanted him to kill were all those who had been monitoring him.

After all, every time he erased someone, it had to appear like an accident.

Now, despite reaching this point without eliminating HuMing, he had no choice but to complete one of his missions before he could return!

As he reevaluated his strategy, the one-eyed man dropped his defensive posture and slashed toward HuMing’s chest, targeting the pendant.

HuMing had been wary of such a move and wasn’t surprised. Yet, in doing so, the one-eyed man exposed himself.

The dagger cut the string holding the pendant, but HuMing seized the opportunity, delivering a spinning kick that sent the man crashing into the stone wall.

Catching the falling pendant mid-air, HuMing slipped it into his pocket.

Despite the pain in his chest, the one-eyed man charged forward, tossing a smoke grenade that filled the area with dense fog before disappearing into the chaos.

HuMing narrowed his eyes, scanning the surroundings carefully.

The faint sound of a blade slicing through the air reached him—it was aimed directly at the pocket holding the pendant.

His reflexes kicked in faster than thought, and a sweeping kick knocked the dagger from the man’s hand.

The blade spun through the air before embedding itself in the wall.
