The Winner Of Life

"Even though there are no dangers on the planet that can threaten you two, you must take care of each other." Mother said to us.

We were about to go to the blue pole all by ourselves. Mother wanted to come with us, but I told her not to. It's not like we were going for battle. Besides, there is no danger on the planet that can harm us.

I nodded and replied "I will, mother. You can rest assured."

"Yes, master. We will return very soon." Qingyue replied, too.

"Sigh! I know. But I'm still worried for you two." She then smiled and said "don't fight there. Those mortals won't be able to survive even if a shockwave from your fight hits them."

We looked at each other and laughed embarrassingly. Qingyue pointed at me and said "you should worry about him. It is him who comes to fight me most of the time."

"Look who's talking." I replied, giving her a stinky eyes.

Mother sighed again and shook her head. She then pulled both of us in her embrace and hugged us. We stopped arguing and hugged her, too.

She kissed both of our foreheads, and we kissed her cheek. Mother smiled and let us go.

She then said "okay, have a safe trip. And enjoy your time too. Qingyue, Don't start training there and try to spend some time with your family, okay?"

"Yes master." She nodded and gave her a salute.

Mother suddenly pulled me and gave me a deep lip kiss. I responded fast and kissed her with the same amount of passion and love.

Qingyue smiled on the side.

After the kiss, I made a portal with a wave of my hand. Mother looked at this and said "it's very convenient, but won't your ark be useless if you use this all the time?"

I shook my head and said "the ship is for vacations only."

Mother and Qingyue laugh at the same time.

"If someone heard that you are using a fully weaponized ship with so much power and capabilities for a picnic, they will die from envy and anger." Mother commented while Qingyue agreed from the side.

We laughed together. We then said goodbye to my mother and stepped into the portal.

We came out of the portal and looked at the empty room. It was the same room my mother and I used in Xia mansion during our stay here.

Qingyue looked at the room nostalgically. This was the room that changed her life forever.

"Let's go. Your father is not at home, but your brother is." I said to her.

She nodded, and we then walked out of the room side by side.

"Who are you? How did you enter the house?" As soon as we came out, someone noticed us. She was a servant of the Xia family. She was looking at us weirdly.

Oh, I knew the reason. It was because of our clothes. We were wearing clothes from the modern world which were lots different from Cultivation worlds.

I was wearing a red long sleeve T-shirt and black pants and white snickers. While Qingyue was wearing complete black. Black T-shirt, jackets, pants and shoes.

Just when Qingyue was about to reply to the servant, a giant figure came out of a room. He seemed to hurry but stopped when he saw us.

He looked at us weirdly with confusion written all over his face. He walked towards us and asked "who are you? Do you need something?"

He looked at Qingyue a few times with confusion. He asked, "Have we met before? You look familiar."

The servant continued to look down since the boy came out of his room.

Qingyue looked at her brother and felt emotional. He may not recognize him, but she did. She recognized him at first glance.

"Yunba, it's me, Qingyue, can't you recognize your elder sister?" Qingyue asked as she moved close to him.

Xia Yunba's eyes widened as if he was hit with a realization. He looked at her closer and asked in a trembling voice "y...you, you are my elder sister?"

I stood at the side and looked at the siblings' reunion with a smile. The servant stood there confusedly.

"Call the butler here." I told her. She nodded and quickly ran from there.

Meanwhile, Yunba finally recognized his sister, and he started to talk with her excitedly. As lively as always, he started to tell the story of everything.

Soon, the butler also arrived. He quickly recognized her as he had seen her mother, who looked almost the same as her.

He quickly bowed and saluted her. Qingyue replied with a smile and told him not to act like that as he was older than her. Her reply made him happy as he said "you act just like sir and madam."
