Chapter 33: Chapter 33
So, he acted. While Gorr was momentarily caught off guard, Galactus appeared, along with Thunder, as they were never hit or sent flying. The three of them surrounded Gorr, closing in on him from all sides.
At the same time, Mage unleashed the full force of light, hope, and justice, forging that power into a blinding sword of pure energy. The sword rocketed toward Gorr, tearing through space at speeds beyond comprehension.
A massive explosion erupted where Gorr stood. The sheer force of the blast sent shockwaves rippling across Asgard, warping the sky itself. Galactus, Thunder, and Warper didn't hesitate. The instant the attack landed, they moved in, striking from every angle, aiming to overwhelm Gorr before he could react.
But before their attacks could land, A dark, symbiotic mass burst outward, forming a barrier around Gorr. The living mass pulsed with unnatural energy, swatting all three of them away like insects.
From within the barrier, Gorr shot out, his massive wings unfurling as he took to the air. His predatory gaze locked onto Ashborn, his entire body radiating raw, unrelenting malice.
"Bring it, ugly," Ashborn taunted, standing his ground. With a single flap of his wings, Gorr vanished, reappearing before Ashborn in an instant. But just as they were about to clash… He teleported. In the blink of an eye, Gorr materialized behind Ashborn, his blade plunging forward.
Boom!
A cataclysmic impact rippled through reality itself, tearing through the very fabric of the multiverse. But before the attack could land on Ashborn—Warper had intervened. At the last possible moment, Warper warped reality itself, switching places with Ashborn, taking the full brunt of Gorr's attack.
The collision of Gorr's devastating power and Warper's reality-warping abilities sent shockwaves across the battlefield, space itself fracturing under the sheer force of their clash.
Gorr narrowed his eyes, irritated. He hadn't expected Warper to hold his own… no, Warper wasn't just enduring the attack… he was adapting to his own power, and bit by bit, he was drawing out the full limits of his capability.
Warper lacked full mastery over his abilities, but in a battle of this scale, where he was pushed to his absolute limits, he was rapidly awakening his true potential. Every clash, every counter, every surge of power forced him to evolve at an accelerating rate.
But he wasn't the only one.
Even Thunder was growing stronger, though not at the same exponential rate as Warper. Still, the battle was sharpening them both, pushing them beyond their previous limits.
"No more reality!" Gorr roared, his voice booming across existence itself. His eyes locked onto Warper, filled with pure hatred for the one constantly twisting and rewriting reality around him. Warper merely smirked, but his expression quickly hardened.
Cracks.
They spread across the battlefield, fractures in space itself. The universe trembled, the very fabric of reality straining under the relentless clash of titanic forces. And then… Like glass, the universe shattered.
Warper found himself without a reality to warp, rendered no different from a normal human. His pupils shrank as he realized he was completely helpless.
Boom
A barrier formed around Warper at the last second, shielding him from Gorr's attack. Gorr's eyes locked onto Susan, who struggled to maintain the barrier under the immense pressure of his strike.
But before Gorr could move to finish her off, his head snapped toward Ashborn. Ashborn was moving, not toward him, but toward the multiverse. Yes, they were no longer inside it.
They had been thrown Outside, beyond the multiverse. It was called Outside because it was outside the multiverse. Marvel wasn't too good at naming stuff.
Even while ignoring the different dimensions that make up each reality, there are many layers to the Multiverse. Starting within a single universe, going beyond it would lead to the Superflow, the space between universes.
Going further would bring one into the Neutral Zone, the farthest boundary of the Multiverse, where matter and antimatter coexist. While locations like the Neutral Zone exist outside all universes, they are still contained within the Multiverse.
But Outside—that was different. It was a realm completely beyond the Multiverse and beyond Eternity's influence. Eternity, the embodiment of the Multiverse itself, had no reach there. If one went even farther beyond Outside, they would reach the Far Shore, the domain of the Primordial Void—also known as Oblivion.
Gorr moved, appearing behind Ashborn with a sword forged from pure darkness, aiming to end him in a single strike. But before he could land the blow, a ray of holy light blasted him away, sending him rocketing across the void.
Mage moved swiftly, weaving spells effortlessly without the need for incantations, his magic illuminating the emptiness of the Outside.
'Warper, even outside reality, you're not powerless. You can create a new reality!' Ashborn's voice echoed through their mental link.
Warper froze for a moment, stunned by the realization. But then, something clicked. A spark ignited within him, and reality itself began to bloom from his very being. The force expanded outward, stretching and twisting until it reshaped the Outside, flooding the void with existence once more… you heard that right, all of the Outside was covered in this new reality birthed from Warper.
'I'll help you push your power to its fullest. First, rewrite reality—turn one Warper into two,' Ashborn commanded, his voice sharp and decisive.
Warper barely had time to process before his power surged. At first, he created a single clone, then two… but with Ashborn guiding him, he didn't stop there. In mere moments, millions of Warpers filled the void, each an extension of himself, all sharing the same mind.
'Warper, if you can imagine it, you can make it real. If one of you isn't strong enough, then create millions, combine your powers, and force reality itself to bow to your will.' The Sea of Warpers moved as one, their presence flooding the newly formed reality.
Gorr's eyes widened as he felt his own reality falling under the sea of Warper's will. But he had no time to hesitate. Tapping into the vast reservoir of genetic power forcefully implanted within him, his body erupted with a surge of energy unlike anything before.
The multiverse was infinite, and somewhere within it, a Venom symbiote had bonded with nearly every conceivable being, Thor, Hulk, Hope, Iron Man, Franklin Richards, and countless others. Now, every one of their genetic imprints awakened inside Gorr, rewriting his very essence. His form twisted further, shedding its half-monster state and transforming into something far worse—a true nightmare, wielding the power of countless titans.
Then, to Ashborn's dismay, Gorr's body rippled, and the darkness around him multiplied. Clones.
A shadow stretched endlessly across the void, filled with an infinite army of Gorrs, each carrying the strength of the original. Their collective presence twisted the very fabric of reality, drowning the battlefield in their sheer numbers.
"Fuck you, why can't this be like the comic?" Ashborn cursed, not liking this hard mood, impossible battle.
