Chan Li sat upon his throne in the Heavenly Mystic Sect, his fingers lazily tapping against the armrest. After centuries of battles, breakthroughs, and overwhelming victories, he had once again found himself in a familiar predicament boredom.

His disciples, now powerful figures who could shake the heavens with a flick of their fingers, sat in respectful silence before him. They had fought wars, conquered realms, and even toyed with gods. Yet now, with peace reigning supreme, there was little excitement left.

Chan Li suddenly smirked. A new idea had struck him.

"What if I create something… entertaining?"

The disciples glanced at each other, confused. "Master, what do you mean?" one of them asked.

Chan Li stood up, his robes flowing dramatically. "I shall create a system. A divine, all-encompassing, absolutely ridiculous system! One that grants quests, rewards, stores, and even real-time drama!"

His disciples gasped.

Chan Li chuckled. "Exactly, but better! This shall be our new source of entertainment. We shall watch the weakest of mortals rise, struggle, and ascend all for our amusement!"

With a flick of his wrist, an enormous screen materialized in the sky, visible to all in the sect. It showed a vast world a mortal realm known as the Ancient Supreme World.

Chan Li waved his hand, scanning billions of mortals until he found the perfect candidate: Ye Chen, an orphan with no talent, no background, and no luck.

"Ah, yes! A true underdog," Chan Li mused, grinning.

The system interface appeared before him, displaying:

Another disciple pointed. "Wait, he just accepted a quest! He's looking for a cultivation manual! This is getting good!"

Chan Li stroked his chin. "Hmm… I should add a 'Comedy Mode' for extra entertainment."

With another wave of his hand, a new feature was added to the system: Embarrassment Effects—any time Ye Chen failed a quest, he'd trip, fall, or get caught in ridiculous situations.

Ye Chen, unaware of the celestial beings watching him like a reality show, set off on his first quest.
