Chapter 451: Chapter 450: Girls All Hold Grudges (7)

"Wait, is sensei's 'boyfriend' really going to compete with Nino in a cooking duel?"

Itsuki rested her chin on her hand, casting a mischievous glance at Sui. Clearly, she hadn't forgotten his earlier implication that she was fat.

Sensing the mocking tone in her voice, Sui felt at a loss. This girl sure could hold a grudge.

What's so wrong with having a bit of extra weight?

"Hey, Kasumigaoka-sensei, are you serious about this? If we win, no class today?" Nino, showing off her freshly manicured nails, tilted her head with a sly smile.

"Of course," Utaha chuckled softly before leaning in close to Sui and whispering in his ear, "Kouhai-kun, help me teach these bratty students a lesson, and I'll make sure you get a special reward."

The sweet fragrance of her breath tickled Sui's face, leaving him momentarily helpless under her gaze.

"You'll help out your dear senpai, right?" She pleaded with her eyes, her long, smooth legs—encased in black stockings—brushing lightly against his. The sensation was soft and teasing.

"I might even offer you something like... a freshly taken lingerie as a reward," she added coyly.

Sui rolled his eyes internally. This girl could hold a grudge, too!

But, to ensure Utaha's tutoring went more smoothly, Sui decided to play along.

'And definitely not because of the promise of some reward!'

If he really wanted anything from her—well, her room was basically an open invitation. She carelessly left the spare key under the doormat, and her stockings and other personal items were scattered around like decor.

"Alright, fine," Sui agreed with a sigh and stood up.

"Nino, you've got this!" Itsuki cheered, encouraging her sister.

"Do your best! Whether we get to skip class today or not is all in your hands!" Ichika chimed in, laughing.

"Go, Nino!" Yotsuba raised her hand enthusiastically before adding, "Oh, and you too, sensei's boyfriend! Do your best!"

"Whose side are you on?" Itsuki scolded, giving Yotsuba a sharp look.

"Uh, both?" Yotsuba scratched her head awkwardly, her innocent smile making Sui chuckle. She was too adorable in her clumsy sincerity.

Meanwhile, Nino had already marched confidently to the kitchen counter, her long legs, clad in white stockings, moving gracefully. She rolled up her sleeves and washed her hands, ready for action.

The Nakano family's open kitchen faced the living room, allowing everyone to see the scene unfold.

"Can you even cook?" Sui asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Of course," Nino responded smugly, turning to him with a confident smirk.

Sui glanced at her beautifully polished nails and shook his head. "Handling ingredients with nail polish on is unprofessional. Any decent chef would know that—especially in a place like Totsuki. You'd get expelled for that."

His critique clearly hit a nerve. Nino's expression turned cold, her jaw clenched as she shot him a fierce look. "Just watch," she huffed, rolling her eyes before diving into her cooking.

Watching from the sidelines, Utaha smirked. 'You dare mock me for being a shut-in? Let's see how you handle the terror of true culinary skill, you ignorant girl.'

Her wine-red eyes sparkled with mischief as her cheeks flushed slightly, excitement building at the thought of sweet revenge.

Soon, both dishes were ready.

Nino presented her creation—a plate of Dutch pancakes—while Sui had prepared pumpkin chicken fried rice.

"Try my Dutch pancakes," Nino said proudly, glancing at Sui with a self-assured smirk.

Everyone eagerly dug in.

"Wow, it's really delicious!" Ichika exclaimed, thoroughly enjoying the meal.

Even Sui, after taking a bite, was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was indeed impressive!

While it was undoubtedly tasty by normal standards, it still couldn't compete with the culinary expertise of even the average Totsuki students. Nonetheless, Sui found himself looking at Nino with newfound respect. He had always seen her as a prideful, beauty-obsessed rich girl, but her ability to cook so well was unexpected.

For a girl of her background, this was truly admirable.

Although she had a bit of a tsundere personality, Nino clearly had a virtuous side.

"How is it?" Nino asked, waiting for Sui's reaction, her confidence radiating from her.

Before he could respond, Itsuki—still holding a grudge—scooped up a spoonful of Sui's dish, likely ready to make fun of him.

But as soon as the food hit her tongue, the combination of fragrant rice, sweet pumpkin, and tender chicken overwhelmed her senses. It was as if an explosion of flavor had taken over.

"Ah~" Itsuki let out a soft moan, her face turning bright red. She tried to stifle the sound, but her reaction betrayed her.

"Huh? Itsuki, are you okay? Is it that bad?" Yotsuba asked, concerned. She took a bite of Sui's dish herself and was immediately hit with the same overwhelming sensation.

"Ah~" Yotsuba's cheeks flushed, and despite trying to hold back, a soft moan escaped her lips as well.

"This dish is incredible!" she exclaimed, embarrassed by her own reaction.

"What?!" Nino, still feeling smug, was taken aback by her sisters' strange behavior.

"Really?" Ichika rushed over, took a bite, and soon let out her own satisfied moan. "Are you some kind of culinary master? I swear, even the high-end restaurants our dad takes us to don't serve dishes like this!"

She looked at Sui, her cheeks flushed with excitement.
