After listening to the lecture for a while, Sui found himself growing bored. Like Sōma, he wasn't particularly interested in these kinds of theoretical classes. If it had been a hands-on cooking class, his enthusiasm might have been different.

As he started to feel drowsy, someone suddenly stepped on his foot. Glancing beside him, Sui saw Erina sitting properly, her eyes focused on the lecture, diligently taking notes. But without turning, she whispered, "Sui, don't zone out. Pay attention."

Sui scratched his head. Is this what it feels like to have a girlfriend who's a top student? He felt like he was destined to become the underachiever in this relationship.

"It's fine. Just lend me your notes later," he replied casually.

"Well... alright. But if you don't understand anything, make sure to ask me," Erina said with a hint of concern.

"Sure, but for now, could you take your foot off mine?"

Sui shifted slightly and placed his hand on her thigh, intending to move her foot away. However, once he touched it, he realized how smooth and soft it felt. Her legs, wrapped in black stockings, felt irresistibly good under his hand, so he lingered, gently stroking her thigh a few more times.

Erina's angelic face flushed, but she kept her eyes on the lecture, whispering shyly, "Sui, stop... don't do that. We're in class."

Sui found her attempts to remain composed and studious amusing. Watching her pretend to pay attention while trying not to react, he deliberately moved his hand again, this time more boldly.

Erina's face turned a deeper shade of red, and her body began to tremble slightly, though she still tried to maintain her outward composure. Her violet eyes remained fixed on the instructor as her hands scribbled across her notebook, though it was clear her focus was long gone. She bit her lip, her writing now erratic as she struggled to control herself.

"Sui... stop it, please. We're in class," she pleaded in a low, trembling voice.

"Miss Erina, are you feeling unwell?" the instructor asked, noticing Erina's flushed face and distracted behavior.

"Huh? N-No! I'm fine!" Erina stammered, startled by the sudden attention.

The students around her exchanged curious glances.

"I never thought the ever-serious Miss Erina would be distracted in class," one student whispered.

"Yes, it's so unlike her," another agreed.

Erina's cheeks burned even hotter. She couldn't exactly explain to everyone that the mischievous guy next to her had been teasing her under the desk, could she?

Sui, noticing how flustered she'd become, felt a mix of amusement and satisfaction. After having his fun for a bit, he finally withdrew his hand, deciding to stop distracting her from the lesson.

As soon as she felt his hand retreat, Erina exhaled in relief. But even after he stopped, she couldn't fully concentrate on the rest of the lecture.

When the class finally ended, Erina let out a long breath.

"Hisako, can I borrow your notes later?" she asked her secretary, Hisako, as they packed up.

"Of course, Erina-sama, but didn't you take your own notes?" Hisako replied, a bit surprised. It was the first time she had ever seen Erina get distracted during class.

Erina's eyes briefly flickered with embarrassment as she shot a cold glance at Sui, silently blaming him for her uncharacteristic lapse in focus.

As they left the classroom, Sui suddenly remembered his phone. Checking it, he was shocked to see hundreds of unread text messages and dozens of missed calls—all from Rindō. The last message read:

"Sui! You're dead!"

It was accompanied by a skull emoji.

Sui gulped. He had a bad feeling about this.

And then he heard it—a voice yelling, "Sui! You're dead!"

Before Sui could even react, a figure rushed at him, leaping high into the air. The last thing Sui saw was a pair of pink panties before everything went dark.

"Damn it! You shameless guy gave all the good food to others and didn't leave me any, then had the nerve to brag about it!" Rindō shouted angrily, her legs clamping around Sui's neck like a pair of scissors as she flipped him to the ground. Grabbing both of his hands, she growled through gritted teeth.

Sui's face was buried under Rindō's clothes, making it hard for him to breathe as her thighs squeezed his neck.

His nose was filled with the faint scent of her perfume, and his vision was dominated by pink.

Seeing the two of them tangled on the floor in such an indecent position, Erina and the others didn't know whether to be angry or laugh.

"Rindō-senpai, please let go of Sui! This is so inappropriate!" Erina shouted, her face flushed with embarrassment.

"Hmph! This idiot didn't save me any of the good food, and then he bragged about how great it was!" Rindō fumed, tightening her grip. She had no intention of letting Sui off easily.

"I still have some…Also... Rindō-senpai, could you please... let go?" Sui croaked, struggling to speak with his neck trapped between her thighs.

Rindō hesitated, narrowing her eyes. "You swear you're telling the truth?"

"Yes... really! I swear! Cough, cough..."

Only then did Rindō reluctantly release him. Freed from her "death grip," Sui gasped for air, coughing loudly. He cast a resentful glance at Rindō.

"Rindō-senpai, that was way too harsh," he muttered.

"Hmph! I sent you so many messages, and you didn't even reply! You deserved that punishment!" Rindō huffed, grinding her small canine teeth. "If you lie to me again, I'll make sure you regret it like this!"

Sui: "..."

Well, dying this way doesn't seem like the worst fate...
