Chapter 15: Chapter15: The "Boring" History Lesson
Zara sighed. Loud. Dramatic. "Alright, kids. Time for a history lesson."
Luc perked up. Finally, something that didn't involve him getting thrown across the room.
Zara stretched. "Exorcists, demons, ancient wars—ugh, so dull."
Mira smirked. "Then why are you teaching it?"
Zara grinned. "Because I like messing with your heads."
She snapped her fingers—
The classroom vanished.

The Sealed Monsters
Dark skies. Cracked earth. An ancient battlefield.
Luc's heart pounded.
They were standing in the middle of a war.
Demons roared. Shadows twisted. The air reeked of blood and fire.
Then—BOOM.
The sky split open.
Eight figures descended. Cloaked in golden light.
Zara gestured. "The Eight Grand Exorcists."
Luc froze.
He knew this story.
His father used to tell him.
They didn't just fight demons.
They sealed them.
Zara continued. "With their combined power, they locked the demons away—forever."
The battlefield shifted..
Zara smirked. "And that's how the war ended."
But Zara let out a heavy sigh, his voice tinged with disappointment. "Over the centuries, some seals weakened. Some were broken. And some monsters… escaped. That's why there are exorcists like us, fighting to keep those creatures in check."

Luc's Realization
Luc's breath hitched.
He had here this before.
In the demon realm.
His father told him about it.
The seal was real.
And he had witnessed it firsthand because he was there—he was the Demon Lord's son, sealed in the other realm.
Zara watched Luc carefully.
"Something wrong, rookie?"
Luc forced a smile. "Nope. All good."
She raised an eyebrow. "You sure? You look like you've seen a ghost."
Luc gulped. More like I've seen my past.
Zara grinned. "Well, keep up. I'm not done messing with your heads yet."
