"Alright—! Time to head back!"

Adam carried Megumin back to the guild, where they collected and divided their reward.

When the others ordered a hearty lunch, he packed up some food instead.

"I'm still worried about Darkness, so I'll head back first." He told them.

"Let's all go back together!" Kazuma suggested.

"No, I'll go alone." Adam declined the offer, adding, "Kazuma-kun, watch over Aqua — don't let her drink too much again."

"Oh, leave it to me!"

"Mm."

With a satisfied nod, he headed back to the mansion by himself.
