"Don't be a coward!" encouraged Kevin by their mutual acquaintance with Sylvie, who invited them to join this campaign. He was the leader of a small group of four people. If it wasn't for him, they wouldn't have ended up in this dangerous place.

His name was Rodru, and unlike the couple, he was a Gold-ranked fighter, just like the other member of their group.

"What's there to be afraid of? Our goals are the same as the two of you, the Silver—ranked rookies!" said Rodru, looking down at the couple.

They were a man and a woman.

The man had short black hair and brown eyes, and the girl had short black hair and brown eyes. Their gaze and the strange but identical smile sent a shiver down Sylvie and Kevin's spine.

These two were Idan and Arabel's doppelgangers, who seemed to be playing their game with those who had ambushed their new masters. There was amusement mixed with madness in their eyes.
