Chapter 639: The Arrival of the Star of Arms
Lin Shen found himself once again on that planet full of ruined temples, fortunately it was still daytime, and those bizarre creatures had not yet appeared.
He quickly felt behind him, the Sun Shooter General's bow was still there. With this bow, he just needed to find the Golden Buddha Temple and he could return.
"So the mechanical watch can actually teleport to this weird planet. Does that mean that as long as I use this watch, I can leave anytime?" Lin Shen was pondering why Tie would bring him here when he heard Tie's voice.
"Follow me," Tie was actually standing right behind Lin Shen, having been teleported with him.
"So he also came!" Lin Shen followed Tie and asked while walking, "Why did you bring me here?"

As they walked, Tie said, "I don't know who was teaching you before, but what you've learned is offbeat and lacks normal systematic training. This has caused you to be unable to solve many problems through a system. But things have come to this point, and considering your current foundation, it's very difficult to complete a system now, so we can only take another road."
"Which road?" Lin Shen asked.
"One skill can break all other skills, overwhelming strength can overpower anything. You don't need to know everything, nor do you need to care what others know. Crushing them is enough." Tie led the way in front, continuing, "Your blade technique channels energy in a very special way; you might be able to make it work. However, it's still not enough at present. Your Blade Qi needs strengthening, and this place can help you."
"How can it help?" Lin Shen didn't quite understand how such a place could help strengthen his Blade Qi.
"We're almost there." Tie didn't explain further and led Lin Shen through the planet that was like ruins, arriving in front of a temple.
The temple was so dilapidated that even the gate tower was gone, only the main hall remained standing. Nevertheless, the plaque above the main hall had also vanished, leaving them completely unaware of which deity was enshrined inside.
Inside the grand hall, a god statue was hanging. Tie pointed to the statue and said, "Go and bring it down, put it back on the altar."
Upon hearing this, Lin Shen did not hesitate and went over to embrace the statue, freeing the head of the statue from the rope, and then returned it to the altar.
Tie was much stronger than Lin Shen. If he wanted to harm Lin Shen, Lin Shen wouldn't be able to resist, so even though he still didn't quite believe Tie was his second brother, he did as told.
After the statue was placed back on the altar, the body, originally shaped from black clay, began to emit an eerie glow.
Under that glow, the temple, which was once decrepit and in ruins, seemed as though time was flowing backward. All the collapsed buildings were being restored. In a moment, it had become a majestic and spectacular temple.
Within the temple, a beam of light shot into the sky. In the daylight, a star twinkled overhead, corresponding with the temple from afar. Even the sun in the sky could not overshadow the star's brilliant light.
Lin Shen saw the words "Chiyou Temple" engraved on the stone plaque of the temple and could not help but be slightly taken aback.
How could humans not know of Chiyou, the Weapon Master, a legend from myth who contended with the Yellow Emperor?
Just as Lin Shen was puzzled about what was happening, he saw the temple fall into disrepair once again. In a moment, all the buildings collapsed, this time including the main hall, and the statue inside was also destroyed.
The temple that was intact just moments ago had completely turned to ruins in the blink of an eye, and the brilliance from before seemed like nothing but a fleeting dream.
Lin Shen looked at Tie, not understanding what was happening and what Tie meant by this.
"Check the coordinate records in the watch," Tie said calmly.
Lin Shen hurriedly opened the mechanical watch and discovered there were now four coordinate records in it.
Two of them were the coordinates of Realm King Planet and Ring Mountain Planet, and Lin Shen was familiar with these.
Among the remaining two coordinates, one should be for this Mysterious Planet, and the watch was still counting down, signaling that teleportation would be possible once the countdown ended.
As for the last coordinate, Lin Shen couldn't guess where it might lead; he had no idea what location it corresponded to.
Thinking back to the dazzling daytime star, Lin Shen turned to Tie and asked, "Is this the coordinate of the star that was shining earlier?"
"Chiyou returns to position, Star of Arms appears in the world, you can use the teleporter to go to the Star of Arms for combat training, which will help with your Blade Qi and blade techniques," Tie explained.
Lin Shen was utterly shocked, "Could it be that each deity in these temples corresponds to a star? Can the deities in the temples transform into planets?"
"It's not that magical, the planet likely existed independently, simply resonating with the temple. I don't remember much, only fragments of events. I don't know the origin of this planet, why there are these temples, or why the statues are suspended in the temples. I'll tell you when I recall more," Tie mused, "Don't touch those statues casually, I don't know why, but my feeling tells me that some of them are very dangerous and should not be meddled with."
Lin Shen nodded in agreement and checked the watch, noting that the countdown set by Tie was nearly over.
Once the countdown ended, Lin Shen teleported back with Tie.
Tie did not tell Lin Shen to go to the Star of Arms, but Lin Shen was very curious about it. He set a short timer and chose to teleport there.
He only set three minutes, thinking that if the Star of Arms was too dangerous, he would only need to endure for three minutes to teleport back; after all, survival was his top priority.
After a moment of dizziness, Lin Shen found himself on a planet covered with ancient bronze mountain ranges.
Before he even landed, he saw a bronze humanoid holding a sword walking towards him from the front.
When the bronze humanoid saw Lin Shen, red light burst from its body, and its Bronze Sword was pointed at Lin Shen. It threw its sword, which instantly turned into a streak of light piercing towards Lin Shen.
"Nirvana Creatures!" Lin Shen was taken aback, immediately summoned his full Strength, activated various skills, and drew out his Scrap Sword and scabbard, clashing them together to meet the flying Bronze Sword.
With a clang, the crimson flames on the Bronze Sword were forcibly cleaved apart. The collision between the sword and scabbard against the Bronze Sword actually left a notch on the blade, and Lin Shen staggered several steps back to steady himself.
"It seems Nirvana Creatures are not that strong after all," Lin Shen muttered as he took out the Inheritance Fan and waved it a few times towards the Bronze Sword coming at him again.
Wind, carrying enigmatic characters, landed on the Bronze Sword, which had been soaring through the air; suddenly, the Bronze Sword plunged into the ground, unable to fly again.
"This Shocking Form is really useful, it can even ground Nirvana Level beings," Lin Shen rejoiced internally.
With this Shocking Form, he wouldn't fear distance attacks from Life Base anymore. If someone dared to unleash their Life Base, just a wave of his fan would force it to the ground.
