There were tinkling sounds from within the bowl, but the Green Crystal Shield never re-emerged.

The Dou Shi Buddha leaped into the air and flew towards the Holy Shield Dragon.

The Holy Shield Dragon, which had never been subjected to such humiliation – being abused by Nirvana-level Death Powder was one thing, but being bullied by an Ascended creature was another – became infuriated.

The next second, Lin Shen and Tian Qingyu witnessed a scene that left them astounded.

The Holy Shield Dragon's immense body shrank rapidly in front of Dou Shi Buddha, and eventually, just like the Green Crystal Shield, it was sucked into the Obsidian Jade Bowl.

Both of them felt a chill in their hearts. Lin Shen found it unimaginable that the Holy Shield Dragon, which should be invincible among Ascension Level creatures, was so easily subdued by an Ascension Level being.
