I left and went back to the regional chat while eating my cooked and seasoned meat. The reason I helped her and put up with Hercules is that I want to increase my credibility before the store opens.

I don't know how it will all work. But if people go looking for my stuff it's all the better. Making a loss now to achieve some big gains.

Megabraink: Seriously? You call them slow, their loyalty goes down. Hit them and it goes down. Tell them to work in the rain then it goes down. What are we even supposed to do? It's not like they can actually die so why go through all the effort?

I furrowed my brows. This guy is a class A asshole. Maybe you don't run your troops like a slave driver. Well the worse of you are the more chances I have at survival.

Though people are talking about their troops decreasing in loyalty. But mine has a locked icon and a 100%.

I know for sure now. My troops aren't normal. It doesn't seem to be a bad thing.

Skeleton_King: My troops never decrease in loyalty. Though they do need more than a little direction.

I finished my meat and put the end of the stick in the fire then in my inventory. When I took it out it was still lit.

I immediately sent a message.

Nitorian: Message me if you want fire. Be prepared to trade. Photos are not a form of currency.

I sent the last part since….I don't have to explain that.

Immediately my messages exploded. I set to work trading stkcks on fire and trading them for whatever people had to offer. I didn't ask for much so for a long time people didn't reveal how I did it. They just thanked me in the chat and sent photos of their fires and cooking food.

Only after an hour did someone explain how I did it. Even after fire is in the inventory for a while it still comes out like it was when it went in. I put all the meat out of the warehouse and into my inventory.

It's the legendary inventory. Where things don't expire even after years. Items are protected by space and time.

Even after it was revealed people still traded with me. I wasn't asking for an absurd trade. Simply trading for what people thought it was worth. But I still ignored the people asking for a freebie.

Those asking for a freebie or handouts probably won't last till the tutorial. Not to mention the actual tutorial. It was night by the time I stopped trading. Basically everyone in the region has fire now.

Honestly I don't like the thought of anyone dieing. So helping this little bit feels good for my soul. It's almost free publicity too.

I checked the chat full of people thanking and praising me. My dear Lumberjack was singing my praises as well. I wonder what her name is.

I eat an apple and lay down. Checking my troops. Both were almost level 15.

People aren't revealing the level of their troops. I now know something is at least a bit odd with my troops. I won't change it since it seems to be at my advantage.

I message them.

I scrolled through my messages and made a couple more trades. I used my ability one more time sorting through a bit more before going to sleep.

It was strange. Almost every night for the past four years I've fallen asleep next to my boyfriend. I go to sleep after him.

He snores but I find it now too quiet. I've naturally laid down on the left side of the bed even though I don't have to.

I stare at the empty side of the bed. And cry.
