Chapter 1279: Doubts about the coup
Chapter 1279: Doubts about the coup
When morning came, I looked like I had been completely drained of all my vitality. That was because that was what happened.
It seemed that nothing was enough for the three that hadn't gotten pregnant yet.
It was as if as long as they weren't filled with my cum, they wouldn't let me go.
So that session really did last all night with the way that they went at it.
It could be said that I was completely milked by them...
When I went to the study, the prime minister looked at me with a teasing smile before saying, "Rough night?"
I narrowed my eyes to look at him before teasing back, "It's better than someone who's all alone. Are you sure that you don't need my help?"
He looked back at me with the same smile as he said, "If this is the result, perhaps it's better to be alone."
To the side, the chancellor just shook his head with a faint smile.
But since we had gotten on this topic, I asked him, "Are you sure that you don't want to do anything? It's already been this long, I'm sure that she is getting tired of waiting, right?"
The prime minister's smile faded a bit, but he eventually said, "It's not the right time yet. I hope that you will respect our wishes, we have our own ideas."
I just gave a simple nod, but I knew better than to let this matter go.
I knew that this was just his way of putting guilt on me so I would drop this matter.
The fact that he was still unmarried was one that worried both my father in law and my wife, so they had been trying to set him up with someone.
All I could do was ask and speak up for him from time to time.
But to be honest, I was also worried about him.
It seemed that at the rate he was going, he might overwork himself before he actually got married to someone.
Once the teasing was over, the prime minister did have something to say, "There have been doubts coming from the one that we've chosen to lead the coup."
"Doubts?" I repeated in a surprised voice.
The prime minister just gave a simple nod in response before explaining the situation.
...
"Brother, are you sure about this? Are you sure that choosing to work with them is the best choice?"
"What will we do if we don't work with them? Do you really think that we'll be able to take down that tyrant on our own?"
There was silence that followed after this was said.
The gruff looking man who was at the center of this room and was the one that everyone looked at could see the looks of despair that were on their faces when he said this.
It was easy for him to tell what the others were thinking since it was the same thing that he was thinking.
In the end, they didn't have a choice in this matter since there was no other choice.
The reason that they gathered here like this was all because of the fact that they couldn't stand that tyrant of a king anymore. They all wanted to see him gone, so they were planning on using force to take him down.
But it was a fact that the tyrant king had a very powerful army at his disposal.
This was a very powerful army that they had no chance in defeating unless they had outside help.
However, it remained a fact that they would have to sell themselves out to get that outside help.
"Report!"
There was someone that suddenly came in with a piece of paper held high up in their hands. Everyone was surprised to see this person running in, but they didn't stop him from reaching the gruff looking man.
"Brother Alex, this is important!" That man holding the piece of paper said after coming over.
The gruff looking man who had been called Alex gave a slight frown, but he didn't say anything as he took the piece of paper that he was handed.
After reading it, he couldn't help knitting his brows even more before asking, "Are you sure about this? Did you make sure to confirm this?"
The one that brought the piece of paper gave a firm nod in response.
After a moment of silence, there was a wide smile that appeared on Alex's face before he tossed the paper onto the table and said, "Read this and your doubts will be gone."
The others were confused when they heard this, but they took the piece of paper to see what was on it.
When they read it, they all looked at the messenger as if they wanted to confirm this like Alex had done.
The messenger just gave a firm nod in response.
Then all of them suddenly broke out in smiles like Alex had done before saying that the problem had been solved.
Alex let them enjoy this moment for a bit before suddenly clapping his hands to say, "Now, we need to decide on what to do about the forces of the tyrant king. We already know where they are laid out and where the supplies for them are, but do we know how many are willing to turn to our side?"
Everyone became serious after Alex said this and they started discussing what to do for the coup.
...
"I honestly never thought that you would bring me the final thing that I needed. It seemed that I was wrong about going to support the human race in the war." The prime minister said with a smile on his face.
I shook my head with a faint smile as well before saying, "I never expected this either. But I guess there is some good that comes from this. Especially since you're the one that planned
everything."
Neither of us said anything as we looked at the report.
The words that caught our attention the most were the words...
"Fifth empire."
