Seoul Object Story

Chapter 480

In the afternoon, with the sun high in the sky, the thick jungle leaves, so lush that it was hard to believe this was still Korea, shimmered a deep green, gently swaying and dancing in the wind.

Golden sunlight, squeezing through the gaps, cast a subtle glow over the valley.

The light shimmered and scattered over the clear waters of the stream.

The sound of the water was crisp and vibrant.

The streams crashing against the rocks raised white foam, scattering in all directions—truly a dynamic picture drawn by nature.

The Cabbage Woman sat near the stream with Mingming, gazing at the scenery.

The sound of the water softly seeped into her ears, and the breeze brushed gently against her face.

Perhaps due to the dangerous object incident that happened just a month ago, everything around her now appeared beautifully serene.

Everything in the surroundings seemed to merge into one.

The sunlight trapped in the droplets shone in rainbow colors, and that very light warmed her heart.

Sitting on a mat, she carefully dipped her feet into the water, feeling the coolness tickle her toes.

The refreshing sensation seemed to spread from her toes all the way through her body.

The water was so clear that it appeared like pure glass.

The pebbles, worn smooth by years of rushing water, softly gleamed beneath the surface, while the green water plants swayed with the current as though dancing.

A few small white Reapers swam swiftly between the plants, looking as if they were playing hide-and-seek.

She was completely absorbed in the sight.

Time seemed to stand still, and it felt like only the whispers of the stream and the breath of nature existed.

It was truly a magnificent summer valley!

"Earth must have been in winter, but isn't it amazing?"

"Ming!"

The Cabbage Woman smiled brightly as she cooled herself with the stream’s water, feeling the heat from the sunlight.

While parts of "Earth," like James Tower, were gripped by the harsh cold of winter, this place felt like a midsummer heat, almost as if it were from another world.
