The Phong Clan was to the east of Righteous Blood Sect, and Infinity Heights was to the east of the Phong Clan; essentially, the two sects' headquarters sandwiched the Phong Clan in between.

Back in the Chess Sea, the cultured and refined Governor of Infinity Heights, Ding Yushu, had approached Lu Ye to discuss joining forces sometime in the future to strike at the Phong Clan.
