Kael and Hassaka arrived near the device that transported the equipment from underground.

Looking at the spiral drill cabin, he felt his brow twitch wildly.

"So it really is this thing..."

Kael looked up at Hassaka and said, "Hassaka, would you like to come down with me to take a look?"

Hassaka nodded. She didn't know what this thing was, but as long as her master wanted, she would accompany him down.

As Kael stood before the massive spiral cabin, he reached out to press on the hatch. Runes began to emit from within, wrapping around Kael's arm.
