[Reborn into solo leveling with five wishes]

Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Foundation of Strength

Seoul – Nightfall

The city never slept. Neon lights flickered in rhythmic pulses, painting the streets in vibrant blues and reds. The murmurs of pedestrians, the occasional roar of a speeding car, and the ever-present hum of mana flowing through the atmosphere—Seoul was alive in ways beyond the mundane.

Grisha leaned against the window of his hotel room, fingers tapping against the smooth surface of the Hunter's Map. His eyes traced the markings, memorizing key locations—the nearest equipment markets, gate coordinates, and hunter-friendly supply stores.

His thoughts were methodical.

"My abilities are monstrous and unique thought my stats are low i can make up for them with my abilities, but raw power without a medium to channel it is wasted potential."

Lunarian physiology granted him unparalleled durability, fire manipulation, and flight, but it did nothing for his offense. His newly acquired Advanced Weapon Arts was a solid skill, but without a proper weapon, it was meaningless. His Perfect Magic Control allowed intricate mana manipulation, but he had no conduit to focus it.

That meant one thing—he needed equipment.

And there was only one place to get it.

Seoul – Hunter's Market

Whith his mind set grisha moved with purpose using the night as cover and puting on a dark blue hoodi he made his way to the Hunter's market.

20 minutes later....

Grisha using the map arrived at the Hunter's market.

The Hunter's Market was a sprawling district that catered exclusively to awakened beings. Lined with towering buildings covered in holographic advertisements, it boasted everything from enchanted gear and potions to black-market relics and dungeon spoils.

The air thrummed with a unique blend of magic and commerce. Hawkers called out to passing hunters, each promising the best deals on the latest dungeon loot. Battle-worn veterans haggled over the price of monster cores, while freshly awakened hopefuls browsed second-hand gear with anxious faces.

Grisha walked with purpose.

His presence went largely unnoticed. He was still a newcomer—an A-rank in name but truthfully even with the Lunarian Physiology he could bearly be compeared to B rank he was in essence a fraued hence he neeeded gear to be low key but at the same time gave him ample boons That suited him just fine.

He entered Iron Fang Armory, a reputable shop specializing in practical gear for hunters who valued function over flair. The moment he stepped inside, a wave of mana brushed against him. The store's enchantment field analyzed visitors, assessing their potential for purchases.

A burly man stood behind the counter, arms crossed. He was a former hunter, if the faded scars along his forearms were anything to go by. His gaze flicked toward Grisha, momentarily assessing him before offering a nod.

"Looking for something specific?"

"Light armor. Practical, durable. And a weapon."

The man grunted, motioning toward the rows of mannequins adorned with metallic gear.

"Anything below B-rank is in the front section. No fancy enchantments, but solid craftsmanship. Weapons are on the right. Take your pick."

Grisha nodded and moved forward. His Six Eyes subtly activated, scanning the displayed items for hidden flaws or inefficiencies. It didn't take long for him to find what he needed.

[C-Rank Mana-Reinforced Armor]

[C-Rank Silver Gauntlets]

Enchantments: Mana Reinforcement Compatibility (enhances striking power when infused with mana)

Description: A pair of intricately crafted silver gauntlets, designed to withstand high-impact combat. Ideal for those who favor close-quarters combat.

Grisha tested the gauntlets, flexing his fingers as the metal adjusted to his movements. The fit was perfect—comfortable yet sturdy. He channeled a sliver of mana into them, feeling the subtle resonance as the enchantment activated.

"A good conduit for mana-reinforced strikes. It'll do."

The armor was equally efficient. He rolled his shoulders, testing the weight distribution. Light enough for speed, strong enough to mitigate most standard attacks.

By the time he reached the counter, the total price had already been calculated.

"You're taking both?" the shopkeeper asked.

Grisha nodded.

"Good choices. C-rank gear isn't flashy, but it won't fail you in a fight." The man tapped a few buttons on the counter display. "That'll be 270,000,0000 yen"

Grisha didn't flinch thought the cowt was nearly 85% of hsi Currantfunds he expected this after all hunters eqipment was expensive, with a heavy heart. He placed the envelope of cash down without hesitation.

"Strength isn't built on hoarding wealth. It's built on investing in the right tools."grisha consoled himslef yet his heart and wallet still felt like it was badly damaged.

The transaction was swift. Within moments, he walked out of the store, now equipped for battle.

The weight of his gauntlets felt reassuring.

His next move was clear and so he walked onto the streets and looked at a large Bulletin board.

Seoul – Hunter's Association Bulletin Board

The association maintained several digital screens around the city, each displaying available gates for hunters to clear. Some required teams, others were marked for solo attempts.

Grisha stopped before one such screen, eyes scanning the listings.

Most high-ranked gates were already reserved by established hunter groups. B-rank and A-rank dungeons carried high risk, especially for newcomers.

But he wasn't looking for something dangerous—yet.

He spotted a solo-capable E-rank gate.

A minor Goblin Nest, recently classified and awaiting clearance.

"An E-rank gate will serve as a controlled environment for testing my abilities."

He tapped the screen, confirming his participation. A small notification chimed—he had two hours to arrive before the request was reassigned.

Grisha smirked.

"The foundation is set. Now, let's see what I can do."

He turned, disappearing into the night, making his way towards the dungeon.
