Chapter 92
Chu Muxi left the classroom after class but was blocked by Cen Xue again.
He looked at the excited senior with a look of helplessness and said, “Senior, let’s talk about it tomorrow if it’s urgent. I need to hurry home now.”
“What’s the rush? Just a few words won’t take much time,” Cen Xue said with an evil smile. “Are you going on a date tonight?”
Chu Muxi glanced at her. “Yes, I have a date. So, I really need to go now.”
“No,” Cen Xue insisted, leaning in. “Junior, just give me a few minutes. If you promise to do me a favor, I’ll let you go.”
“You can’t stop me even if you try,” Chu Muxi replied seriously, cutting her off.
Cen Xue immediately feigned tears, “Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.”
Chu Muxi interrupted her, “Enough.”
Cen Xue immediately brightened up. “Come and be a model for me tomorrow!”
“A model?” Chu Muxi wondered. “What kind of model?”
“How can you forget! I told you ages ago that our club is planning a revival. We’re doing a layout of ancient Chinese costumes from the old star calendar era! You promised to help, but you’ve been delaying it!” Cen Xue accused.
Chu Muxi scratched his nose. “I’ve been busy with something.”
“I know, I know, but now you’re free! Don’t say you’re not free! Your performance department only has two classes a day! Don’t lie to me!” Cen Xue blocked all possible reasons for rejection.
Chu Muxi had no choice but to nod. “Okay, tomorrow it is. Can I go now?”
“You really do have a date?” Cen Xue shouted after Chu Muxi as he quickly left. “Xiao Xi, you’re still young! If you go for a drink, don’t forget to-”
“Shut up!” Chu Muxi turned around and yelled before quickly leaving, his face flushed.
His senior sister was becoming more and more annoying.
.
As he reached the school gate, he saw a familiar aircraft parked there.
Lu Junzhi didn’t come down. He had wanted to wait for Chu Muxi at the school gate, but his presence might cause a panic here, so he didn’t get off.
But there was another reason Chu Muxi was quite shy.
Despite his calm demeanor in facing enemies, his attacks were always precise and efficient, and he was never sloppy.
Yet, this little guy would sometimes act like a timid quail in certain situations.
Chu Muxi boarded the aircraft, attracting curious glances from passing students. As soon as he entered, Lu Junzhi hugged him.
“Why are in a hurry?” He reached out and touched a glistening bead of sweat on Chu Muxi’s nose.
Chu Muxi blinked, about to say something, but Lu Junzhi kissed him on the tip of his nose, making him blush again.
“Why do you always surprise me like this?” Chu Muxi rubbed his nose and said softly.
Lu Junzhi smiled, ruffled his hair, and they left the school in the aircraft.
“Because I can’t resist it when I see you.”
“Shut up!” Chu Muxi shouted, for the second time that day.
Why hadn’t he noticed before that the people around him were becoming more and more shameless?
