Sam checked the details again and again. He was very tempted to do this.

"What exactly are your goals in here? I am sure if you had really wanted this, you would have sent an actual team there. The resources here are very tempting even to me."

"I just want to ensure the Olympian teams don't get any. At the moment, our elite team

doesn't have much of an advantage in the Phoenix planet and I cannot route the elite

formation or strategy teams there."

"Simple. Just let the Olympian teams have some success, let them occupy a decent part of the planet and start taking out the resources. Once they have a substantial number of people inside, tell the Gambler academy team to follow this plan to the tee..."

He gave them a detailed plan along with some blueprints.

Ling Tian was impressed by it.

"You sure you want to proceed this way? The stakes will just become higher. And if we follow this, you would only have more problems by the time you actually enter this realm."

"Leave that to me.

But what will you do until then?"

"Just find more special planets like the poison one and the fire one. Any element will do."

"Well as it happens, there is indeed one. And there was little competition there. The rewards and benefits are not really that high, so only some low level teams that are operating on their own and some outsiders are going there."

"Nice. What element is it?"

"Even better. I will take it."

Thus Sam picked a new world and went there. No one expected him to go another world that only has a couple of planets and not much competition or promise. The few people that went there, were hoping to get some rewards that might change their fortune.

But too bad, Sam not only went there, he worked around the clock and quickly took over the planet that he wanted. He sent a message to everyone just like he did with that testing ground planet and ensured that this planet will not be occupied.

Just like that, within ten days since the conquest started, Sam had three planets completely under his control and had a huge stake in one of the most popular realms in the second grade.

This put the second grade students in a bind. Not only were these ten days a great achievement on Sam's part, they also served as great demonstration. A demonstration of his overwhelming resourcefulness and means that he could use as he wanted.

Even when he was being ganged up by hundreds of people in the inter academy competition, Sam didn't use so many tricks.

He did use a couple of those card tricks, but he wasn't this good with it.

But now that there are no restrictions and almost no witnesses to rat and report on the exact means and methods he used. They didn't understand how he did what he did.

Most of the time he was testing the resonance and amplification stuff along with some formations, but he got creative as well with the curses and poisons.

No matter what method he used, he was creating mass destruction. This made everyone wary. The conquest of these worlds is way too important, their performance in this could very well mean the difference between their future and their ruin.

So, the academies were all thinking what should they do about this. One thing they did do was hope that Sam wouldn't target their teams. But that is nothing more than wishful thinking. They did thinking about risking it and killing him, but they remembered what Ling Tian did. The man ragdolled Theron.

If one never knew Theron and only saw him and heard of him for the first time through his fight with Ling Tian, they would consider him as utter and weak trash.

That is how Ling Tian treated him.

They didn't want to go through that. But they couldn't just let Sam be. This dilemma made many of them regret not killing them before. And by the time they could even start thinking of a solution, they realized that their prayers are in vain.

Sam started attacking other second grade areas.

Mostly, the ones with the elemental planets. Maybe because the way Sam operated is way too direct, these people soon realized that he has been coming for the planets with chaotic elemental energies. So, the teams, even when their academy elders said that they shouldn't back down so easily, decided to do just that.

They decided to not to compete with Sam regarding these few planets.

Whenever he decided on a planet and entered it to make his presence known, the second grade teams just abandoned them. Of course, it is not that some teams didn't think of fighting back. There were plenty of ambushes, attacks and assassination attempts when entered a world.

But no matter what they did, Sam always had a counter.

He killed so many people and destroyed so many forces that the academies had seen so many unexpected losses in the first few days. By the time, thirty days are over since the start of the conquest, Sam had around ten elemental planets in his control.

Of course, apart from that, he also helped the Gambler academy and Ling Tian fight back

enemies.

It seemed like even that fear that Sam put in them didn't stop them from resisting against him in those cases.

Because, when helping Gambler academy, Sam only came at the moments when the opponents were at a significant advantage.

They would have already poured too many resources into it and so much man power was already invested. They couldn't afford to just let the place go like they did with those chaotic and unstable elemental planets.

Soon, as the month is over, Sam finally stopped running around like that. Because now he had a clear goal. In the past one month, apart from gaining some planets, Sam also managed to do something else. Establish a pattern.

Avoiding the patterns, a lot of academies established themselves. This was what Sam is looking for. There are so many resources already put into it. A lot of forces any remaining members that had half decent skills in the second grade are all stationed at these spots.

The second grade worlds are now slowly saturated and the dominant parties emerged. The rankings have been unofficially established and now truly attacking and defensive measures are being taken with the aim of expansion.

Hou Yi academy is mostly comprised of archers. Archers were peculiar type of fighters. More often than not, they end up doing relatively badly compared to their counterparts in arena

battles.

The space limits their mobility and their expertise to perform their attacks to the fullest

potential.

However, in battles like these... they are the best. They do well in actual wars where they have almost no restrictions on the battlefields.

And these made them one of the highest ranked academies in the Xia region.

They conquered a lot of territory in various realms.

Sam quickly made a list of all those territories and created a board in the tent provided by Ling

Tian. He was trying to categorize the list of these territories.

Not by their monetary value or the resources he could gain. Rather, the value of sting. Based on how much hurt the members of Hou Yi academy will take if he takes down a territory.

It was a big difficult, but he did manage to rank them. Twenty-four territories and he is going to take them all down.
