Chapter 586: That guy still loves to fight
In an unknown place, GK3 suddenly appeared and spat out a mouthful of thick blood while clutching his chest.
"Shit, what an absurdly dangerous woman. How could she be so strong if she has so little power?" He growled in his heart.
When he was fighting her, not only did he have several curse spells active, but he also had his Vampiric Mark, so his power should be around 200,000.
200,000!
A difficult concept for many people to understand.
But she still managed to hurt him!
Although he was not mortally wounded, the wounds on his body should not have been inflicted in such a short time by a woman with little more than 100,000 power.
Besides, the biggest problem was not the wounds; his energy was being consumed too quickly due to the excessive use of curses and so on. Normally, by activating so much power, he should have won easily, but the infinite energy of someone immortal cannot be underestimated.
She will never run out of energy in combat, so she can take as many blows as she wants. Meanwhile, in the end, he will be exhausted, as in this case.
'Fortunately, I managed to escape in time.' He sighed.
'The Missing Link... I think I believe you now, woman. You are certainly dangerous. I have gained nothing but time, but I will see you again.'
Although he didn't feel right withdrawing like that, this is something he must report.
So, he soon set off to talk to his leaders.
...
Alice had been quiet these days.
The war had started, but she hadn't been doing much because she was busy trying to communicate with Alessa.
She worried about that stubborn little girl, who was always smiling and talking nonsense all around her.
But try as she might, she never managed it, so she could only sigh.
'Looks like I'll have to face all this alone.' That's what she thought before heading out to the front line.
"What's been going on these days?" She asked one of the girls who was leading the forces.
"Miss, our girls have been able to use battle strategies with the forces you brought from Clan Allen, which has meant that everything has gone well. But there are powerful people in the city, and we have had problems taking control of the different churches. Miss Emma seems to have finished her battle but is too injured to come for now. While Miss Isla should be fighting at the moment. We have no information on Miss Ava, and the Master…" She suddenly stopped and looked sideways, checking that there was no one nearby.
"I think he's on his way to the capital."
Alice looked at her and nodded.
'To think you can stop all the armies and the most powerful people on your own... It must be you. But I can't let you do it all on your own.' Alice smiled and looked straight ahead.
A sword appeared in his right hand, and a second appeared in his left.
"Launch an all-out attack; I'll go and take care of the powerful traitors. Don't worry about me. Just take care of the churches, take control of all that, and if there are any strange inscriptions, destroy them."
Alice turned to look at the girl. "Remember, for the traitors, the churches are more important than the city. So let's hit them where it hurts them the most."
Then she began to walk at an astonishing speed as she passed from the camp where she was to the city's thick walls and then to the buildings in one leap.
The person talking to her was forced to sigh and do everything she had ordered her to do, as this was the decisive moment.
They all know it. Once the squad leader steps forward, it's the war's climax. Because when it comes to traitors, no laws apply except the law of the jungle. And when it comes to the law of the jungle, who can be more powerful than the different squad leaders Matthew put in place? At least that's what they thought.
That's why a great mobilization soon began, and war broke out all over the city. The infiltrators began to cause chaos, and the whole city descended into chaos, alarming the city's leaders.
.
As Alice made her way towards the place where the city's leaders were, looking at the partially destroyed city below her, she sighed.
"There is a lot of poison in this city. Does its leader have something to do with the snakes? I see snakes everywhere, and they even seem to live within the population. What strange people." She sighed.
Despite this, this poison was not inconvenient for her girls or anyone in her group, so she did not worry about it.
As she walked, dancing with her swords drawn, she saw the roof of the central city property collapse as several powerful types emerged, seeming angrier than an erupting volcano.
"Who dares to destroy our city?!" he shouted.
Alice frowned, noticing that the ceiling had not collapsed because of those guys leaving; someone had collapsed it beforehand.
She looked up and sighed.
"Are you coming to steal my thunder, Liam Wagner?"
A man with a spear was standing in the air. He was dressed as usual: no shoes, strange joggers, and a short flannel. He was possibly the least extravagant Heir of all those that existed, although that somehow made him look extravagant.
He looked at Alice and was surprised.
"Miss Alice, long time no see."
"What are you doing here?" she asked after nodding to him.
He smiled.
"I'm fighting an amazing guy I met in the Blacksmith Kingdom. I'm sure he fell this way."
Alice frowned. "In the Blacksmith Kingdom? You're in Richter's Kingdom, Liam Wagner."
"Oh? Have we already come this far? Hahahaha, I met him over a week ago, and we've been fighting across the sky!" He exclaimed with indescribable joy.
Alice looked at him in shock. 'This bastard is always crazy about fighting.' She sighed. She didn't know how anyone could stand fighting for a week just for fun.
Honestly, she couldn't understand it.
"Who is he? He shouldn't be an Heir. Is he from the Independent Clans?" she asked while trying to find the guy who could play along with this madman for a week.
Liam Wagner smiled. "I have no idea. He's not from the Independent Clans, and he's not a Heir either. I've never seen him before, although he swears he's from that strange religion set up in the Central City." He said, and then he started looking around.
"Oh? Who are you?" He asked, after looking at some guys who were looking at them there with angry faces.
"You destroyed our roof, you bastard!" they shouted, but Liam Wagner ignored them.
He looked at Alice. "Are they your enemies? Were you fighting them? They don't seem like nice guys."
Alice nodded. "Yes, I should be killing them right now," she replied ironically.
"Oh, I'm sorry then. I'll look for that interesting guy to follow. With three takedowns, I would win; I'm only up to 2."
He immediately started to fly, but suddenly, he looked at someone running far away.
"There you are, boy! Come back up!"
"Bastard, stop following me!"
"Hahaha, a bet's a bet, little one!"
From a distance, the men who had insulted Liam Wagner a moment ago were shocked.
"Young Master?!" They exclaimed as they watched a young man run through the city. He was wounded but powerful enough that it didn't matter.
But they soon lost sight of him, and a strange fight on the horizon began again.
Alice had been paying special attention to the case since Liam said that the person he was fighting belonged to that religion and Central City. So, the moment she saw the reaction of the city leaders, she quickly sent a message to her people.
No one noticed.
