Pokémon: Transforming into Super Saiyan, Arceus Was Stunned

After Sun Wuming finished explaining the basic concepts of Haki to Marnie,

They noticed more and more pedestrians gathering at Hulbury Harbor.

This was Oleana, Rose's secretary.

"Haha, sorry I'm late. Please lead the way, Oleana."

Leon said while rubbing the back of his head.

Soon, the two took the elevator to Rose's office on the top floor.

"Have you finished investigating what happened on the Isle of Armor, Leon?"

As soon as they entered the office, Leon saw Rose sitting behind his desk, hands crossed under his chin, asking with expectant eyes.

"I've got the general picture."

Facing his benefactor who had discovered him, Leon quickly stepped forward and recounted his encounter with Sun Wuming in detail.

After hearing Leon's description, Oleana, standing beside Rose with her perpetually sleepy expression, widened her eyes in shock.

"You're saying a human did that? How is that possible!?"

It was no wonder Oleana couldn't believe it, after all, Sun Wuming's Kamehameha had blown away the clouds in the sky.

"To be honest, if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it either."

Leon said with a bitter smile.

"...Humans possessing power rivaling Pokémon isn't that rare."

After a brief contemplative silence, Rose spoke:

"From what I know, for example, Elite Four Caitlin from the Unova region has quite powerful offensive psychic abilities."

Oleana frowned and said: "But Caitlin's psychic powers are at most at the level of a candidate Elite Four member, she couldn't possibly scatter the clouds in the sky."
