Pokemon master:shock the world

Chapter 46: ch-46

The audience eagerly awaited Ash's fourth peak battle.

**On the screen:**

A turquoise-green Pokémon appeared. Its belly was rose red, and its tail was dark green.

It had a pair of sharp, olivine-colored eyes and held a branch in its mouth, exuding an air of dominance and coolness.

**Champion Guest Seats**

"Hmm? Treecko," said Wallace, the Champion Trainer of the Hoenn Region, recognizing the Pokémon instantly.

Treecko, a forest lizard Pokémon, is known to build nests in the large trees of the forest.

Despite its small size, Treecko fiercely intimidates enemies invading its territory. It's renowned as the protector of the forest's trees.

Most Treecko are calm and composed, able to maintain their cool regardless of the situation. Even when stared at by large Pokémon, they meet the gaze without flinching.

Treecko's feet are equipped with small thorns, allowing it to hook onto vertical surfaces and climb with ease.

Even when hanging upside down, Treecko doesn't lose its grip and can effortlessly walk on walls and ceilings.

Normally, Treecko uses its thick tail to deliver powerful slams. It also uses its tail to sense humidity in the air to predict the next day's weather.

"This Treecko looks particularly energetic," observed Raihan, noting the branch it held in its mouth.

He knew instantly...

This Pokémon wasn't ordinary.

At first glance, it had the aura of a true powerhouse.

Raihan liked it a lot.

"Petalburg Woods is home to a tribe of Treecko. I wonder if this one comes from there," Steven Stone remarked.

Steven recalled that Petalburg Woods wasn't far from his hometown of Rustboro City. As a child, he often ventured into those woods.

Petalburg Woods, the largest natural forest in the Hoenn Region, was home to Treecko, revered as the forest's guardian.

"Is this Ash's new Pokémon?" Alder asked curiously.

---

**The scene continues:**

While traveling through the Hoenn Region, Ash encountered a Treecko in Petalburg Woods.

Ash had always liked Treecko and was eager to catch it immediately, but an accident caused him to roll down a hillside.

Separated from May and the others, Ash found himself near an ancient, withered tree. There, he was attacked by the Treecko.

Although Pikachu fought valiantly, the Treecko's agility was too much for Pikachu to handle.

---

**Audience Seats**

"Even Pikachu can't keep up with Treecko's speed?"

"This Treecko must be exceptionally fast."

Many Trainers were amazed.

---

**The scene continues:**

The battle intensified, but thanks to the intervention of several other Treecko, the skirmish ended.

It turned out that the Treecko tribe wanted to bring this stubborn Treecko back with them.

The tribe had been troubled by the lone Treecko's refusal to leave the aging, mysterious giant tree.

This particular Treecko, born on that tree, was determined to care for it.

Ash, moved by Treecko's dedication, decided to support it wholeheartedly.

Then, Team Rocket appeared, attempting to capture a large number of Treecko, including Ash's Pikachu.

Treecko stepped up, cleverly using Cacnea's **Pin Missile** to pierce Team Rocket's balloon, allowing everyone to escape.

After this event, the lone Treecko was finally understood and accepted by its companions.

---

**Kanto Region, Team Rocket Headquarters**

"These three fools, assisting others again? Have they forgotten their purpose?" Ariana said in frustration.

She couldn't understand why Jessie, James, and Meowth were part of Team Rocket.

Compared to other Rocket Team members like Matori or Dr. Namba, these three were utterly unreliable.

Sometimes, Ariana was so exasperated she couldn't help but laugh.

---

**On the screen:**

Although the Treecko tribe had come to an understanding, the giant tree eventually fell due to excessive aging.

Despite the sadness, the tree left behind a green seed, which might grow into a sapling in the coming year.

Treecko, realizing this, challenged Ash to a battle. Ash sent Pikachu, who defeated Treecko, allowing Ash to capture it successfully.

Treecko then planted the seed left by the giant tree, said goodbye to its companions, and joined Ash.

---

**Palace Gate Stadium Audience Seats**

"This time, Treecko didn't get the usual 'abandoned by a Trainer and proving its strength' storyline."

"What kind of script is that?"

"The one where Pokémon is discarded by its original Trainer and then becomes strong to show them what they missed."

"Ah, got it."

---

**The scene continues:**

Ash's journey through the Hoenn Region continued.

Treecko, now a member of Ash's team, was aloof and arrogant. Even during meals, it chose to sit alone in trees, pretending to be a lone master.

But beneath its cold exterior, Treecko cared deeply for its friends.

One day, during lunch, a wild Seviper attacked May's Torchic.

Treecko stepped in to save Torchic but was injured by Seviper's **Poison Tail**, which left its right hand badly hurt.

Due to the toxic effects, Treecko was rushed to the Pokémon Center for treatment.

Though the injury wasn't serious, Treecko couldn't accept its defeat. It quietly left the Pokémon Center to confront Seviper on its own.

Meanwhile, on the other side, Team Rocket encountered Seviper in an unusual way...

---

Seviper bit off Jessie's hair, causing her to go into a fit of rage.

Jessie retaliated with her own unique "moves":

- **Scary Face** slowed Seviper, making it fearful.

- **Crazy Fury Swipes**, executed with Jessie's sharpened nails, scratched Seviper's cheek.

- **Megaton Jump Kick**, a heavy downward strike, left Seviper completely incapacitated.

---

**Audience Seats**

"Jessie is terrifying!"

"Why doesn't James just send Jessie into battles? She'd never lose!"

"That wouldn't work. If Jessie fought, Pikachu would have to send Ash into battle against her!"

"Is this the physical prowess of people from Kanto? Amazing!"

The audience couldn't help but marvel at Team Rocket's strange but effective Pokémon capture methods.

---

**The scene continues:**

Ash and his friends found Treecko by a waterfall.

Treecko had been undergoing intense training to become stronger.

Team Rocket then appeared, using their newly captured

Seviper to attack Ash and his team.

Under Ash's command, Treecko defeated Seviper with **Pound**, reclaiming its dignity.
