The first location, where I knew six of the 16 children were, was outside of this realm but it had a bridge/portal connecting it with the main world.

I was waiting for sundown and until Grover fell asleep again. During this entire time I was thinking of how I would do this but eventually came to the conclusion that I would be spontaneous.

I knew the enemy had no real morals so I went and prepared a set of six light armors made out of leather and reinforced with stygian Iron and an enchantment making the wearer able to survive most environments and another one stopping injuries from worsening while slowly healing them. I would have made it better but I had nothing that would realy be useful for healing and I couldn't just use Celestial Bronze as it would not protect the mortal children but only the demigods among them so Stygian Iron it was.

I put on the Weaver Armor, strapped the bow and rifle to my back before putting on the boots and war mask.

The enemy I would be fighting and hopefully killing tonight might have the annoying ability to split himself up and return after a time. Probably stronger than before.

Once Grover had fallen asleep I used a sleeping spell on him with the same effects from the day before.

After that I snuck out of the window and let myself fall to the ground which was just a few meters below me.

Then I sped out of the schoolgrounds straight into the forests. I followed the way the memories of the first spirit led me and I soon stumbled onto a clearing in the forest.

Five Trees stood around me and the full moon was high up in the sky. I could feel one of the trees resonating with me. I wondered why it would and how but the i got closer to it and recognized a picture on the trees bark.

It was that of a pumpkin with a sharp and big smile.

I put my hand close to it and looked for something to open it but it didn't seem to have a way to do so. I couldn't find a way to pull it open.

Desperate I tried to push it in and then it gave way and I fell.

The fall felt long and I could feel something connect with my soul, something awakened and I was suddenly asulted by pain, lots of it.

I finally landed somewhere on the ground and stared up into a dark sky. With another moon. It looked like the one from the main world but it either was bigger or closer to the realm than it was in the main world.

The trees around me looked weird and skeletal. Some seemed to curly in on them self and others reached into the sky like they were trying to tear of a piece.

The pain increased and then the System sent several notifications.

That's nice system but can you tell me why I am in pain? Fuck!>

I just felt like an iron rod was pushed through my lungs but nothing realy happened.

My back buldged and spider legs burst forward. They were on like previously where while long and creepy these ones were worse as a black mist was falling of them and the trees around me. The legs disappeared and then there was the rustling of something big in the forest.

I turned around and saw a big ass fucking spider looking back at me. I knew this was my "Father Spider" form but it was bigger than before. I wanted to question it about how it had appeared when I was still here and not asleep but I couldn't as a big as leg launched in my direction and broke through several trees behind me. It was a hit I had only managed to avoid because I had slightly shifted my weight.

The spider me suddenly shuddered and stopped. Then it went up in smoke.

The system didn't react but instead something else appeared in the forest. Two woman suddenly exploded out of the darkness and I recognized both within a second. They were Echidna and Kampe.

I reacted instandly. There was no hesitation I just grabbed the bow and fired several arrows into them. They did nothing but scratch them. I backed of before they could gather themselves and drew another arrow.

"There he is our new experiment!Now had did you achieve a human form!?" "You belong to us boy! We are your new parents and you will come home with us! We have a few more things to give to you before you are perfect and ready for the world." "Like a lobotomy. Can't have you run away again."

And I just thought infused the arrow with my sound magic and let it go. Once it hit the first one you could literally see as the vibrations traveled through Echidna body as blood seemed to boil from the kinetic energy and it began to pour out of her orifices. Then she broke apart into tiny pieces.

Meanwhile Kampe had came closer to me and I had no time to react and fight back. She grabbed me by the throat and lifted me up. I kicked out against her but even with the strength of the domain enhancement it felt like kicking concrete.

I could do nothing or so I believed and then I remembered something I had not used before. Something that wouldn't need me to be able to move.

I used my glasses skill: "Enhance Curse" and looked Kampe straight in the eyes. She froze for a second and then let go, apparently scared from what she had seen. Then, as I kept eye contact with her, her movements stopped and a metallic sheen appeared on her skin.

I growled as I moved through the new forest. The traces of my fight had already disappeared but I was not done yet. I still had to find the children.
