One Piece's Strongest Villain

Chapter 3: Chapter 3 : Navy Headquarters

The Flames of Destruction

The mighty firestorm subsided, its terrifying heat still lingering in the air, leaving behind a sea of molten wreckage and ash. The power Uchiha Madara displayed in his prime was nothing short of cataclysmic—an overwhelming force that had obliterated everything in its path.

Clang!

Steel warped and cracked as the warship's mast collapsed, its flag melting away in the blistering heat. The once-proud vessel, a symbol of naval dominance, was reduced to a ghostly skeleton in mere moments.

The flames had consumed not just wood and steel, but the very resolve of the men aboard.

"Run! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!"

The navy soldiers, once confident in their numbers and the power of their muskets, broke into blind panic. The overwhelming wall of fire robbed them of every shred of discipline. The oppressive heat seemed to dry their very throats, leaving them choking and gasping as their fear consumed them.

In the face of death, the ideals of justice meant nothing.

Clatter.

Muskets fell to the deck one after another as soldiers abandoned their posts. Orders were ignored, and even the bravest among them turned to flee, their screams drowned out by the roaring flames.

"Damn it... what kind of power is this?!"

Major General Simmons stood frozen, his face pale as a sheet. The blazing symbol of justice on his cloak was reduced to embers. His body trembled as he stared at the figure before him—an unstoppable force clad in dark red armor, with eyes that seemed to pierce his very soul.

The three-tomoe Sharingan swirled ominously, like the abyss itself was judging him.

The heat around the deck distorted the air, making reality itself seem like a mirage. Steel warped and melted under the sheer intensity of the flames, and Simmons felt an overwhelming weight press down on him. It was as though death had already gripped his heart.

"Where... where did this monster come from?" Simmons whispered, his voice barely audible.

He knew, in that moment, that the man standing before him wasn't human.

"Is this all the navy can muster?" Madara's voice carried easily across the ruined battlefield. He folded his arms, a calm, dismissive look on his face. "How disappointing."

A single jutsu—a casual attack—had reduced a warship and its crew to ashes. Madara's power was unmatched, even in this new world.

Simmons's hands trembled as he reached into his cloak. A Den Den Mushi lay hidden inside. If he could get a message to headquarters, there was still a chance the navy could respond.

"Attacking navy warships… openly challenging justice itself… your crimes will not go unpunished!" Simmons roared, his fear replaced by the desperation of a cornered animal.

His fingers found the Den Den Mushi, and he activated it. But before he could utter a single word—

WHOOSH.

The flames surged, swallowing Simmons whole.

The navy officer's final scream was drowned out by the roaring inferno, and his body disintegrated into ash.

In mere moments, the warship fell silent. The screams of the dying soldiers faded away as the flames consumed everything, leaving nothing but embers and despair.

"The power of Uchiha Madara in his prime is terrifying!"

Leon stood on the deck of his small boat, staring at the smoldering wreckage of the warship. His throat felt dry as he tried to comprehend the sheer magnitude of the destruction.

If not for the system's absolute control, Leon would never have dared to summon someone like Madara. The man who had once crushed the ninja world with his ambition was not someone who followed orders lightly.

Madara, unfazed by the devastation he had wrought, turned his piercing gaze toward Leon. "Is this what you call the navy?" he asked with contempt, his Sharingan still glowing faintly.

"Yes," Leon said, swallowing hard. "They claim to protect justice and maintain order in this world."

"Justice…" Madara scoffed, his voice dripping with disdain. "How laughable. A swarm of ants pretending to guard the world."

Leon exhaled slowly, trying to steady himself. "Madara, thanks to your power, the crisis was resolved." He glanced at the ashes scattered across the sea. "This system is even stronger than I expected."

The thought of what lay ahead sent a thrill through Leon's veins. He envisioned his future crew—unstoppable villains from across worlds. Aizen Sosuke. Acnologia. Gilgamesh. Esdeath.

With such legends by his side, Leon's pirate group would be unstoppable.

But the cost of this power was already clear.

"The navy won't let this go unnoticed," Leon said grimly. "Major General Simmons is dead, and a warship has been destroyed. The Navy Headquarters will come after us."

Madara smirked, folding his arms again. "The navy, the so-called Headquarters… it doesn't matter. I've stood at the pinnacle before, and I will do so again. Let them come."

Madara's unshakable confidence radiated from him, filling Leon with a mixture of awe and trepidation.

This was the beginning of a new era.

Navy Headquarters – Marineford

Half a day later, in the heart of Marineford, the headquarters of the navy.

The towering structures bore the inscription "Justice," and the entire island bustled with disciplined soldiers and docked warships. The atmosphere was heavy with purpose, every corner a testament to the navy's might.

Inside the Marshal's Office, the air was tense.

A Den Den Mushi sat on the desk, the last desperate transmission from Major General Simmons still playing on repeat.

Screams. Flames. The sound of destruction.

The voice of Simmons, trembling with fear, echoed in the room:

"A… monster! He burned the warship! We're all—"

The transmission ended abruptly with the sound of roaring fire.

A muscular man with a tall frame and an M-shaped beard stood behind the desk. His dark skin gleamed under the office lights, and his sleeveless black shirt displayed a chest covered in medals.

This was Admiral Steelbone Sora, the current leader of the navy.

His hand gripped the Den Den Mushi tightly, his brow furrowed in thought.

"So," Sora said in his booming voice, "a warship destroyed, a major general killed, and a threat unlike any we've seen before…"

The admiral's eyes narrowed. "Send word to the other branches. This matter cannot be ignored. Whoever did this… they will pay for defying justice."

And thus, the name Leon began to spread across the seas—marked as a new villain in the world of pirates.
