The Gnome Kingdom located on the western area of the central continent is currently having dilemmas. The Gnome Kingdom that is said to be the marvel when it comes to magical engineering is now experiencing what people call as a slump. The industrious and workaholic people of the kingdom suddenly started to have a burnout as they say.

The royal family has experienced this before and their response to the burnout that people experience is a long holiday festival called the Festival of Relaxation. This is a festival given to the hardest workers of the kingdom and has all magical engineers to have some time off. The only problem now is that those magical engineers that had time off are now too lazy to work.

A surge of laziness could be seen on most of the magical engineers of the kingdom which put a halt to the production of Magitech tools and weapons. Even the main source of livelihood of the kingdom which is exporting these tools are having a crash as all the deadlines are not being met. Even if some are lazy to work, the magical engineers are still present, but they are not their spirited selves as if they are overtaken by the spirit of laziness.

To make matters worse, the royal family that is supposed to oversee all production is suddenly silent. The people of the outside world might not know but most of the royal family is currently under a curse as they say. The curse that the royal family was affected did not harm their health, but it made them unable to stay awake for more than two hours a day.

Despite the best efforts of the apothecary in whipping up highly caffeinated drinks, the royal family would still sleep as soon as the two-hour mark is reached. To add more worry to the mix, the ministers were also feeling incredibly lethargic as they were keeping the kingdom afloat. The frustration and tiredness they felt would often have the ministers leave in anger and not go to work the next day.

The entire Gnome Kingdom could be said to have stopped but there were still some keeping it alive. The royal family tried their best to circumvent the curse that is said to have afflicted them by having schedules on who is awake but that is not enough. The ministers even called upon all of the famous healers they know even the secret contacts they have but they could not lift whatever curse there is on the royal family.

"They are not cursed." Hexy stated as she was in the room of king and queen that is sleeping soundly.

"What do you mean they are not cursed!?" The minister shouted in frustration, but the king and queen did not wake up even with the disturbance.

"I also have the same opinion because I cannot feel any curse seeping in their body." Creepysoo added as he was there as well.

"True Saint Lime… I know that you brought them but are you sure that they are not lying? All the other churches told us they were cursed. You also had that opinion when we asked for your aid." The minister stated as he looked exhausted and unwilling to believe the two people that Lime brought.

"If they said that this is not a curse then it is not a curse. I do not know if you care much about the outside world, minister, but he is the Prince of the Undead. If one knows about curses, then it surely be the one that is a living curse himself. His companion is none other than Hexy, who is also royalty from the Faekin. She is a Black Fairy known for their exceptional usage and command over curses." Lime stated as she is actually thankful that they were there to answer her call.

Lime was called upon by the Gnome Kingdom as she owes them a debt. She asked the Gnome Kingdom to create a bracelet that stabilizes the body as this was a gift she gave to Imiter. Imiter had some problem stabilizing his body when the dark god that had a part of creating him died. He would often suddenly sag as the body was unstable which is why she asked the Gnome Kingdom.

She did ask the demons for help at first, but they are not beings capable of helping when it comes to living bodies. The demons do not have technology of this kind for help, but they did have the knowledge. Aernas was able to get a blueprint of a special device that stabilized the magical energy in the body, but it was made by the First Gnome King.

Fortunately for Lime, she had helped the Gnomes in the Gnome Kingdom before and have a good reputation. She was able to have an audience with the royal family in exchange for owing them a debt. The Gnome King himself was the one that created the Mana Stabilizer that Imiter now uses. As she owes the kingdom a debt, Lime was called upon to act on that debt as they were in crisis.

The ministers of the Gnome Kingdom knew that she was the True Saint. The True Saint is a being that is blessed by the world itself as they were born and only did good deeds. They called upon her as they believe that she could dispel the curse that has befallen the royal family, but she also failed in helping. Seeing that the entire kingdom was in jeopardy, Lime immediately called upon her guild for assistance as they might be able to solve it.

She immediately contacted the guild via their guild chat on any experts on curses. Fortunately for her, Creepysoo and Hexy were available and were interested in hearing what she needs. The sudden knowledge of a sleep curse made Hexy thrilled and Creepysoo also followed just in case. They arrived at the Gnome Kingdom with Lime as their escort but they frowned upon learning that it is not a curse.
