This time, however, the Cosmic Energy didn't surge further up the meridian channels.

"Can you unfreeze my account?" Lin Xuanyu thought for a moment and added, "Without the Lin Clan knowing?"

"Negative. It will alert the clan," Lia replied.

Derick and Jerry had taken everything in his possession, including his personal wallet. Thankfully, they hadn't taken the PC or the things in the closet, or else he wouldn't have been able to uncover their betrayal.

As he was musing, Lia's voice once again came from the PC. "Young Master Lin, I have already issued a new wallet for you."

"Hmm?" Lin Xuanyu frowned. "Wouldn't that draw the attention of the Lin Clan?"

"Negative," Lia replied. "I have your complete biometrics stored in the cosmic web database. Hence, a Bloodline survey is not required to request a new wallet. The request for a new wallet being made is handled by AI like me. Telling the Lin Clan that you are alive does not fall into their tasks."

Lin Xuanyu nodded. "Then how will I receive the new wallet?"

"Notice," Lia's emotionless voice echoed from the computer. "The new wallet has been created and sent to the nearest teleportation facility."
